Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

I just wanted to say thank you for coming out and fixing the problem with our unit last week. The crew was very professional and helpful at the house. Props to Howard for diagnosing the problem and other two guys for double checking everything.

What's worse a plugged up toilet or being told you have to wait a day before anyone can help you out.  WELL, THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH ELK GROVE PLUMBING AND DRAIN.  Within the hour Laird Lotko was at my door, solving the bathroom issue, gave us a discount for just being old! I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

I hired Clarke & Rush to replace all of the duct work in my house, install a new heating & Air system in one half of my house and make sure the other split system that is 6 years old work properly.  They performed all of the work in one week and everything worked fairly well for 5 or 6 weeks.  They were paid well over $13,000 for their work. Soon after, the furnace on the split system failed to turn on.  I called Clark & Rush to have them repair the problem and they wanted more money to diagnose and/or repair the split system they just certified to work properly.  Does this sound like good service to you?  I am still waiting to see what they plan to do.  I will keep you posted.

As it turns out, the problem with the 6 year old split system had nothing to do with the work Clarke & Rush performed at my home so an additional fee to repair the problem would be appropriate.  The furnace in the 6 year old split system had a problem with the electronic ignition that I decided to repair myself.

Saturday night we come home and we're welcomed with hot air blowing out of our vents and a loud noise coming from the a/c unit outside. The house temp inside was 89 degrees. It was an unpleasant feeling. Sunday we started googling hvac companies hoping someone would be working. We called a few places then decided to look on yelp. We were pleased to find Crystal Blue Plumbing, heating and air. They are a local company and they had a tech on call that was willing to come out on a Sunday! Dwain came out on time. He was very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quick. Price was great and he spent extra time helping us with advice on how to run our system most efficiently. We feel like we found a HVAC company we can trust and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We have the Bonney Bam plan but the 2 times we have needed emergency service they have not been available for more than 24 hours. Each time we called Ace and they were able to fit us in and solve the issue quickly.
Ace's prices are not cheap but they do work quickly and they seem honest and trustworthy in the work they perform. I think we will be canceling our plans with Bonney and just replying on Ace.

After being pushed around by another company, I was able to make a next day early appointment (0800am-1000am) on short notice with Lee's. Not only did they send me a text message with the picture of the technician coming to my house, they also called me to let me know they were a few minutes away. The technician was very professional and answered any questions I had. He installed a new thermostat, checked the air-conditioning unit, and heater in great time. I would defiantly use this company again based on their professionalism and quality of work.

I thought I could repair my heater furnace igniter myself.  I called TJ to ask if I could buy the part from him. you know, I am not a parts place but he was willing to sell me the part.   He warned me that the part was delicate and I could easily break it.  After practicing with the old part, (glad I did), I realized I never would be able to get the part in there as the tolerance was next to impossible.  I called him up and he came out that afternoon.  Not only did he put the part in but he gave the old furnace a once over to make sure everything was going great. Truly, you do not get honest service like this anymore.  This guy is a gem!

One of our water lines burst outside and was watering our neighbors' yards! Lees sent Jacob out and he fixed it quickly and professionally the very next morning.  You can tell that the company cares for their individual customers and wants to do quality work; not just get the job done as fast as possible leaving mistakes behind.  I also really like that they send you a text when they're on their way with a picture of who's coming so you know who to expect. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing plumbing work!

Today was a good day. during an a/c unit service, our technician Marcus R. filled us in on the telltale signs of our unit working harder than it's supposed to, background of traditional units and life expectancies. After that and seeing the pictures he took of his tests and observations, we ended up planning a replacement so as to not be caught in the heat/cold with a broken unit. We loved the professionalism and the knowledge Marc was speaking to us with. Then, just as quick, he arranged for a consultation from another member of the company to give us options for replacement of our a/c system. Overall it was a nice experience.
