Great service! Called at 11 and they were able to come out the same day to pump my septic tank. The owner was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I have to empty our tank every 2 months and I won't use anyone but him  from now on.

A few days ago my water heater broke. I asked my landlord to fix it and he refused, so after taking a few freezing-cold showers I finally decided to pay for the fix myself. I looked around on yelp and chose this place first due to all the great reviews. They answered my call quickly and sent a man named Jason out to give me an estimate that same day.

Jason got there on time, and knew what was wrong with the heater within 10 minutes. He gave me a price that was a lot cheaper than I had expected, then went to get the broken part and came back to fix it the same day. So all in one day I had my water heater working better than ever.

I am so grateful to this company, and definitely recommend it to others.

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

We got a new air conditioning unit as well as some duct work done. They did good work. The problem was the put a whole in our attic cover and advised they would send someone out to repair it but didn't. They left cracks in the wall and chipped our paint in the hallway. We spoke to them about 2 months ago about sending someone out to repair the attic cover but no one came. The sloppiness and carelessness is not right. We paid a lot of money for the service and expect care.

I just had Daniel Winder come out and reinstall a dishwasher.  He was so efficient and went out of his way to squeeze me in.  He was pleasant and curtious.  He fixed the dishwasher at the price he said he would.  I would highly recommend him.

Communication was great, they charged the quoted rate, & Jeff was on time & friendly! What more could you ask for? I was communicated updates throughout the day on their ETA, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Rocky Rooter & will be using them again if I'm in need of their services in the future!

Had an Issue with water heater, called a few plumbing companies and found Mike is very professional and easy to communicate to, he was able to come out on a short notice and he was very cognitive of our appointment time. he fixed the issue very quickly. Thomas went above and beyond to help me with my gas leak. He kept me posted throughout the day while I was at work. He even sent detailed photos of the problem, called me, and walked me through each one to ensure I understood the problem at hand. Truly outstanding customer service! I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

This is regards to BWR A/C.  I had a new A/C unit installed 2 years ago, for 3 months I called BWR and told them it wasnt cooling the house.  They'd sent out techs but still wasnt cooling my house. After 3 summer months of unusually large electic bills and warm house, Brian came out and fixed new A/C unit.
In December 2022 I had water damage due to poor install of condensor bracket on roof.  Roof repair was $700. August 2023 more water damage due to secondary drainage pipe left sitting on attic floor.
BWR sold business to Absolute Airfow.

Worse experience ever with this company.  Gave a 1 star because we had to.  We had an appt schedule with them and never they never showed up not even a call, and my husband took a day off of work.  Set up another appt and a no show again so my husband called and said they will be there shortly and waited till 4 and called again so we cancelled because that was to late and we had a dinner to attend.  One more rescheduled for another morning between 8-11, 2 o clock comes and no show so I call by this time and I  am fuming !!  They tell me they got tied up and can't make it this day.  I do not understand how they run a business like this.  This same thing happened 4 times.  So finally they show up a different day after calling after calling again and could not take care of problem.  They were all over us for a payment when my husband took off these days from work so we can take care of the problem and still did no work.  We have never experienced this with a company before.  Took so much time off work with no pay, and so ready to charge for terrible service

After 22 years my old water heater sprung a leak and it needed to be repaired ASAP. Found Water Heaters Only online. They gave me a rough estimate for replacement and had an employee (Julian) respond to inspect my old water heater. Julian was at my house within an hour. Ultimately, my old water heater needed to be replaced, which Julian was able to do. Julian was friendly and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Good quality and professional work, thank you for the quick response and installation of my new water heater.

I had some water seeping through the kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bath tub. They were fast to respond, very professional, and trustworthy. It ended up being water that was splashed out and went through a crack in the grout 4 days earlier. I could have been easily charged for unnecessary repairs, but instead was not charged for the visit and my fears about a slow leak were put to rest. I appreciate the service and will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs.

We had a clog in the main line of our house.  Klous and Sons came earlier than scheduled and cleaned out a big ball of hair.  They were professional, timely and clean in their work.  We had various plumbing issues because we have an older home and this company is becoming the one we rely on for our plumbing needs.  Very much appreciate their professionalism each time!
