This company was awesome! We called them to fix our sink at work. They were fast and completely fixed it. They only charged us the minimum which was $35 less than the 4 other companies I called. Then when I said I had a sink problem at home they could help with, they asked me to explain it, and told me it would be better and way cheaper to do it myself, so he showed me exactly what tool to get. Very high quality. 10/10 would recommend. :)

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

What a great plumber.  When Dave came over, I didn't know he was the owner.  Great company and the most honest.  Deserves 10 stars.

I called on a Saturday for a time sensitive issue (low water pressure, possible leak) and was told they could come Monday morning. I called Monday morning to see what time they would arrive and they said our house was too far and there was too much traffic. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere if you need a reliable and responsive service provider.

His work is fine. He charges a lot and is very proud of his work which is reflected in his inflated prices. That said, his bedside manner is horrible and loaded with attitude if you question his work or invoices. His nickname on our project was Angry. There are lots of plumbers in the area. Keep searching. There are people that will appreciate the work more than Brian. Never once received a thank you or any level of appreciation for the thousands we paid to him.

Trevor was very helpful installing a hot water dispenser on my kitchen sink and then coming back out to address another plumbing leak.  I would definitely follow up with him for other handyman services as he was prompt, responsive, and communicates well.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

If I could give 10 stars I would.   I called Savage and Sons after another local plumber wasn't able to remove a shaving can top that fell down my daughters drain.    The other company advised it wasn't able to be suctioned out, and drilling down to the pipe was our next option.   Yikes!!!!!!  

The  tech from Savage and Son was amazing!   He did some MacGyver tricks and it was out.  He even cleaned my shower.

Jay, the owner is very pleasant and no nonsense. He is true to his word. My job wasn't something he could complete but did what he contracted to do and help us to be brainstorm on what to do next. What more can  u ask for.

I have used this company many times for both business and residential work. They have always been fair priced and super helpful! I have talked with the owner numerous times and always had great experiences with him and his workers! Even when I had an emergency issue with the water at my house they were on the phone with me and came out as soon as they could to get it fixed. Disappointment is an understament!

Where do I start? I had this company come out a couple of years ago and they did some service for me and I was happy with the work so I thought since my mom was looking to change out her toilets, I would refer them to her. What a mistake I made.

The appointment was initially scheduled for Tuesday from 8-9. At 11 a.m, nobody had shown up. Called and left a message and installer called to say he had no idea that he was supposed to be there at that time and that he could be there by 2. He then called back at about 1 and said that he couldn't do the work at all because he didn't have the tanks needed for the job and that he would have to reschedule. One entire day wasted.

The installer decided he could come out and install on Saturday. Made an appointment and he actually showed up this time during the time he had stated with the toilets in hand. After three hours, I thought that this ordeal was finally over.

Thursday, my mom calls me telling me there's water all over the floor in one of her bathrooms. I run over there, turn off the water, she gets off the phone with the installer who says it's totally normal for something to be loose and leak like that and he couldn't come out that day but that he would be by after 4 on Friday. Well, he couldn't make that appointment either so he called to say he would come out Saturday morning.

While I was there, I checked all of the toilets and noticed that the seats that were installed were the thinnest, cheapest seats I have ever seen. When I originally called to place the service order, I asked to have installed at her house the EXACT same toilets they had installed at my house just a year ago. Once I noticed that, I surely thought that there was a mistake and they would come out and replace the seats. Well, that's not what happened. After several messages, phone calls and many many days filled with frustrations, owner calls back and says I had requested the cheapest possible seats to be installed and if she wanted the same seats it would cost $45 per seat! Which would add up to an additional $135.

At the time I was requesting quotes for this work, Savage and Sons was higher by about $50 so I thought I would save her the money and go through Root-o-matic, boy what a mistake this was.

I was hoping the company would have tried to do whatever they could to fix the problems she has had but they have done absolutely nothing! All together, an entire Tuesday was lost, half of a Saturday, and an hour for a follow up to fix the problem on something that should have taken no more than 4 hours. And now she has to go buy seats since they took away her old seats which would have been way better than these plastic things she had installed.

We had a clogged up drain and I was told they would be arriving within the hour. They arrived in 30 minutes and had our drain snaked out within 20 minutes. Pricey but, work well done.

Had an old Mansfield toilet that kept running and a garbage disposal all go out in the same week. Having a bathroom go out with full house with kids and a pregnant sister was stressful at first but these guys came through. I called/requested a quote on Yelp from half a dozen places and a few more that were listed in Napa but didn't travel to Vacaville. After juggling the responses I had a few people come by. Not one of them actually touched what was broken. All they said was it was an older model and it's cheaper to replace it. I mean sure they could've been right but at least go through the motion and see if it can be repaired. Honestly, I didn't get back to these guys ASAP but after the third guy tried to tell my sister that the landlord okayed a full repair and estimated a ridiculous amount, I called Preferred Plumbing right away.

They're answering system was easy and friendly. They dispatched me to someone who sent someone over within 2hrs. I guess it was meant to be. Herman came on time, wore a mask, was professional, and thoroughly looked at both the toilet and the g/d. He was the only one that gave both an estimate of the rebuild and replacement. He also didn't press for unnecessary replacements like the cut off valve, which was still the old turn style knob.

I broke down the estimates to my landlord and got the okay. Herman was back after a job he already had in the same day. Even after the quoted prices for parts agreed on, he still found a better option that happen to be on sale.

The installation went accordingly and it feels like we didn't have a problem to begin with. I'm definitely keeping his contact info because it's difficult to find trusted contractors.

These guys are amazing. I called my home warranty people the night before they arrived and they immediately had someone ready to go for the next morning between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. I told the dispatcher that I needed someone to take care of my leaking sink all before 10:00 and let me tell you- he made it happen !!!. Josh arrived at my home right around 8:30, immediately diagnosed the leaking sink problem, sawed off a pipe with a sawzall, drove to Home Depot for a part, came back, replaced everything, and I had a brand new, shiny, left side sink drain all by about 9:50, 10 min. before my deadline. Very friendly and fast. I loved the fact that he didn't mind wearing booties into my home on the carpet, especially since one of the last plumbers that came out told me that OSHA prohibited him from taking his shoes off in our home ( which is our rule) so he just walked through our home on the carpet with his dirty boots. Not Josh !!! This guy was very respectful, fast and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect plumber ! A true professional !!! Thank you so much Josh and Friendly Plumbing INC !!! Top notch oufit that put their money where their mouth was and did exactly what they said they would do.
