Had an awesome experience with Josh from Van Allen Plumbing.  We had an emergency leak in a wall which I had to rush home for and he was able to get there within the hour and fix the problem. Super professional and they didn't charge me an unreasonable amount for an emergency.   Great service.

Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a plumbing leak and was under quoted by almost $1,000.00! Then they left a portion unfinished and I received an additional bill for $250 to finish the job that should have been included in the first $4,300.00.

They did finish the job, but terrible communication between the manager and his workers and I would not use them again. I suggest getting quotes from other companies because I felt I was significantly over charged!

Trevor was fast and pleasant to work with. He solved all my issues within half an hour. Would highly recommend!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. Exceptional established company that we are very glad we selected.  We interviewed 5 contractors for a two bathroom remodel in a 1950's home.  There were a couple of very close contenders but the deciding factor for us was the long time family owned business with a good reputation.  We had faith that they would stand by their work and reputation.  Absolutely, 100% satisfied with their service and end result.
Please note, we had a mix up with a solar tube that was installed in the wrong bathroom by a third party company they contracted.  Savage and Son acknowledged the error and worked to resolve the issue with that third party company.  Solution, install a second solar tube in the correct location at no charge.  Now, of course we are happy.  But this was not our solution or demand, Dave F., our contractor worked that out for us without any intervention from us.  This is what you get when you deal with a reputable company who truly cares about their customers and their reputation.  Thank you Savage and Son!

We recently completed our Argo's/Quest home and following our 1 year builder's warranty, we searched for an excellent plumbing technician.

We scheduled David thru his lovely wife, Barbara, and created a punch out list of service items, ie. Flush our tankless water heater, through inspection and maintenance of our entire plumbing fixtures.

David is a detail guy. He jumped on our project with expertise and precision. If y'all are looking for a kind and experienced technician, with a hint of old school values, David is your man.

Answered an emergency call at 9PM had people out the next day morning on a weekend excavating and fixed our major plumbing issue with in a couple hours. Completely professional and was over all a fantastic experience.

I had a leak under my sink. I called a few other places but they were weeks out. These guys sent me a plumber  THE SAME DAY! It only took 5 minutes to fix!

Now, they quoted me a free estimate on the phone. But I take responsibility for not confirming that with the plumber when he arrived at my house. I should've said, hey, this is for a free quote, right?  But I didn't. And then the guy fixed the problem. So I didn't mind paying the $200 fee. It was fast and professional and worth it!

Fantastic service. I had a blockage in my kitchen sink. It needed to be snaked.  Same day great service. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Checked and double checked that the blockage was cleared.  Totally reasonably priced.   Thanks Mel !

Got 3 quotations for the work I needed done. They weren't the cheapest (although pretty close) and they weren't the most expensive.
I had to have an existing bathtub removed and a new whirlpool tub installed.The tub was enclosed by 3 walls, they removed the old tub and installed the new whirlpool tub with NO problems. Nothing was disturbed, the tub sits about 13 inches from the toilet and they never had to remove the toilet which was a God sent ! The drain for the new tub was different from the old tub and they had to do some alterations to the cement floor to accommodate the drain location for the new tub.
Everything was done it one day, they made hardly any mess and what mess they did make was cleaned up by them and you would never know they were there !
Darrin did the majority of the work but when it was time to install the new tub the owner came out to assist. Trust me it wasn't easy to install the new tub on a wet concrete pad they poured, hold the tub up to line up where the new drain had to be and do the drain hook-ups with the toilet constantly in the way.
These guys did a GREAT job and I would recommend them in a minute based on my experience.

Warning- this van almost hit me as I stopped for someone walking across the street, then speed up to go around me, almost hit that person( came so close the guy hit his passenger window!) I called to complain, was told they would get back to me- never did!
They don't care about safety- told the person who answered the phone what happened, so acted like no big deal! This is how they treat our community?
They won't be called ever!
