Awful customer service. Had them out to do a simple shower head adjustable bar, the guy they sent was inexperienced and he told me he would go back to the office, find out how to do it and get back with me. Three weeks later never heard back, I left numerous messages with ZERO response. I realize they are busy with all the new construction in Reno but have the decency to return a call.

They cut too many corners trying to get the job done fast. We had to have the repair man come out 3 times to get our plumbing issues fixed. The response and helpfulness from the owners was very pathetic.
