ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I have been in the window washing and general maintenance business over ten years. I was raised by my parents to have a good work ethic. This is an important reason why I've been successful. I pride myself on good quality work product and customer satisfaction.
I have gained over the years first hand experience and skills in general maintenance, plumbing and window washing.
I am a single father of two young children and being self employed has allowed me to be both attentive to my customers and also there for my children.
I look forward to meeting you and serving your maintenance or window washing needs.

I had some electrical work done, a new garbage disposal installed and my Pella glass storm door which was locked in the closed position repaired. Lynch Maintenance Service did an amazing job, on time, professional and courteous. Their prices are wonderful, we will definitely use them again as well recommend them.
Sean appeared promptly for the job with the resources to do the work. Along with some handyman services he dealt with efficiently, I had him clean a window that had severe haze that we had tried to clean for years. Low and behold, Sean had the magic formula! My window looks brand new. I will have Sean return for painting and window washing work when the weather warms up. Thank you, Sean!

Sean is awesome! He managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule a week after i called. Not only was his price very competitive, but his work was of a high standard. He not only cleaned the windows, but the rails and side walls within the windows. He was also very professional and came on the agreed upon time.
We have hard wood floors and he was careful not to scratch them by using a cloth below his ladder. He also moved our furniture gently when he was cleaning windows that are behind the furniture.
I highly recommend him based on the quality of his work, price and professionalism!
Awesome awesome job! Needed a handyman job done ASAP. He was able to come that day! Did an excellent job and even washed a high window for me while he was outside on a ladder fixing my rain gutter. Highly recommend Sean!

Sean Lynch comes highly recommended on the Next Door app which is how I found him for my house in South Reno. It's super hard to find anyone reliable and who shows up never mind competitive . Sean is both and he did a great job doing all my Windows's inside and out and tracks and he screens. He showed up on time and was very thorough. Will be the guy from now on.
