Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Pittsburgh PA
My elderly mom needed some plumbing work done on her house, and we selected the right plumber to do the job! Bob and his son gave us the flexibility we needed to schedule and completed the work like it was their own mom's house. Their cost matched their estimate and was quite reasonable. Highly recommend Klug Plumbing and will request them again. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Marshall Plumbing. Joe was at my very old home with very old plumbing within 2 hours of when I called. I had a leaking toilet with water dripping through the ceiling below. Although the old plumbing proved to be a challenge and took a lot longer then I'm sure he expected, Joe completed the job at the quoted price and did a fantastic job! He is very professional and neat and just a nice guy who took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I will definitely use Joe from Marshall Plumbing in the future and will recommend him to anyone who needs fast, professional and reasonable plumbing services.

Have been calling Matt Brown for years. This time around I tried to be a DIY'r and I totally destroyed my bathroom plumbing. Matt Brown came on a days notice and fixed in an hour what took me weeks to botch. Very clean, professional, & polite. Will defiantly call again.

I have been using Shelton Plumbing for years. They go out of their way to help me when I need them. They return phone calls promptly and call when they are on their way. And to say they are friendly is an understatement. This is a great team and I highly recommend. I wish I could remember everyone's name but high five to Sara, Denny and Jake.

I bought a foreclosure with numerous problems, one of them happened to be a waterfall from the kitchen ceiling. They were able to fit me in same day (I had been told anywhere from several days to over a week with other companies I contacted). Even though they were pretty busy they still managed to come out and take care of multiple issues. I had several burst pipes throughout the house, issues with the gas lines not being properly capped, the shower was broken and leaking, a leaking kitchen sink, a hot water heater that needed attention, etc. etc. I am more than pleased with the services rendered. They were prompt, worked very quickly, took care of all of the issues I knew about and others that would have been quite a problem down the line. The price was extremely reasonable. I can't emphasize enough how pleasantly surprised I was at the cost to take care of all of this. I am a graduate student, and do not have a ton of money and feared I would have to pick and chose what to take care of immediately, and I was able to do it all! They were very knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, respectful and I would definitely recommend Sam Bales plumbing to anyone! I was dreading turning the water on in this house, and my worry was quickly assuaged by the expertise and reliability of these great guys! I am already planning to have them help me get the boiler up and running and would not hesitate to call them again!

Called them out for a sewer back up ... long story short he assessed the issue and gave me an honest diagnosis .... everything was fine ! Rotorooter wanted to charge me $15k for emergency service and stressed the need to have this done immediately !

I have had to call Frank three times in the recent months. Two calls were for smaller problems and one was for a large problem, a broken pipe behind a wall. Frank was able to fix all three problems in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable charge. I recommend Frank to be called for any type of plumbing problem. John B Penn Hills

Excellent job today by Chuck of McNabb Plumbing! Have used this company frequently over the past year or so and have never been disappointed.

Brett's came to repair my mothers tub drain and redo her laundry sink water lines he did that a well and good despite accidentally cutting a water line he didn't mean to and I was there watching him do it all and actually helped him a few times when he needed a second pair of hands. What was unprofessional about him was the fact that after he was done he never wrote out an invoice and for a whole year my mother and I have tried multiple times to get ahold of him to pay for his services and just today he sent a text to my mother saying she owed $1,600 because he couldn't get ahold of her for a year and he made every excuse why he changed multiple phones, family getting sick, children being born, vacations, etc
All this shows a lack of professionalism of him to complete his jobs unless he does this to all his customers so he can charge them more for not being able to get ahold of them

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

I had water backing up in my basement and because I used Sullivan in the past, I called them. They assessed that I needed to replace a broken housetrap on the outside. The description called for a 'usage of a machine' for the price of $800. A machine was never brought in to dig. It was done by two 20-year olds. When I called it to the attention of the tech, he said that is for insurance purposes. OK, so you're ripping off my insurance company. The job cost $4,000. The tech said he would bring the camera and see if any more work needed to be done, which he did not bring that day. Never showed up twice after that either. Five days later I receive an estimate for a 'broken lateral' which I am now told would be an additional $20,000. So some very important information to note that I found out after the fact.......Sullivan Super Service WORKS ON COMMISSION. You know what that means. As far as I'm concerned these guys are just as bad as Gillece!

Mr. Brown was very receptive to our call! This time he responded right away and Cameron was here within a few hours to fix our emergency. Cameron was excellent and knew exactly what he was doing. We will definitely use this service again! I am so glad we gave him a second chance!
Thanks!
Thanks!

I would highly recommend Aquatec! This company was recommended to us by a friend after we called two other companies who gave us outrageous quotes! We had a gas leak inside the house and Aquatec came out immediately and charged us literally half the price that two big name companies quoted us. We would use them again without hesitation.

I've used Cuccaro about 4 times. In all cases they were prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. And everyone I've dealt with has been a pleasure to work with. They're a great outfit and I highly recommend them.

Utter rip-off artists IMHO
$575 for a 45 min gas leak repair
Plus 1 of the guys took a crap in our ladies room on the clock
Then...challenged Sean (scheduler) about a $350-$450 estimate for a backflow preventer test
Said that is average
Really
Had Lakewood mechanical do it for $105...took 15 min
WTF...are you kidding!!
Never again...and you shouldn't either

I bought a home warranty when we got the new house. I didn't know the ages of appliances and wanted some protection if things broke immediately. They sent me the worst plumber ever!!
I have never had such a terrible customer service experience as I have had this week with Nussbaumer Plumbing . I have been yelled at, hung up on, called dumb and still do not have hot water. First plumber came Monday and fixed the problem. He was a nice kid at least but, Nope not fixed! Then different guys from the same company came back a second time Monday, then Wednesday, then yesterday and finally today. All of them said they fixed it and all of them left and I was still left with the choice of freezing shower, begging family to let me come to their house or just smelling kind of bad.
Today's guy showed up and didn't even know he was supposed to have a water heater with him even though I put a deposit on it yesterday. (Warranty doesn't cover some of the stuff they said I have to have) Then he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and he didn't have any paperwork. He called someone, I assume his office, then rolled his eyes and gave me a bunch of shit about having to go back to the shop to get a water heater. Apparently it's my fault he wasn't prepared. After he came back, he did install the new water heater. He came upstairs when he was done but had not cleaned anything up and he asked to be paid. I said I would happily pay when I had hot water as I had been told by four different guys that it was fixed. He threatened me and said he was going to call the cops for theft if I didn't pay him right that second. Then he told me he'd just uninstall the water heater and I could have no water! I was feeling really uncomfortable and asked him to step outside while I called his office. He Refused! He Stood there all menacing saying he wasn't leaving without me paying him directly. I called the office and explained that this was the fifth plumber from this company who told me I'd have hot water and I told her I would happily pay over the phone but I wanted a guarantee that it was finally fixed! Is it asking too much to make sure it's fixed before I pay?? She made a snarky comment about how she talked to me earlier in the week to schedule and I just work from home so it really wasn't that big of a deal to not have hot water. Seriously?? I've still had to take vacation time to deal with this crap. I went ahead and gave her my credit card info so this threatening dude will leave my house and am really hoping that I have hot water shortly, but currently, that's still a big Nope. Is turning someone into the better business bureau a real thing? I have no idea what to do next. End rant.

Old HVAC unit stopped blowing cold air; I noticed this on a particularly hot day in late May. I reached out to Hruska on May 29, and received a callback right away. A day or so later, they sent someone to assess the problem. Recommended replacement, which didn't really surprise me as the unit was 23 years old. They quoted me a price for replacement and I let them know I'd talked to my warranty company, which I did and then called back to schedule the installation of the new unit. When I didn't hear back, I called again a couple days later and left a message at the main office. Finally received a call back a few days later. Scheduled the install on Thursday, June 13, so I arranged to work from home. He called me in the morning because it was raining to say they couldn't install in the rain and would have to play it by ear and he'd be in touch. The rain stopped around 10:30. Didn't hear from him the rest of the day. Or the next, or the day after that.
I call a couple more times and leave messages, literally saying I hope I don't get forgotten. I also tell them I'm off the upcoming Friday and Monday so that would be great for me. Finally get a call back a week after the original install was scheduled. I was in a meeting but stepped out to take the call and he asked if Saturday would work. Great, I say, before remembering that Saturday was the one day I was NOT going to be at home as I had plans with a friend from out of town. I call back to let him know that Friday or Monday WOULD work, and his response is, we typically do installs on Saturdays. Really? When you originally scheduled my install on a Thursday? Anyway... he tells me he'll call me Monday morning and we'll see what we can do.
Never heard from him again. I gave up and went with someone else.
Unacceptable. I get that people are busy, and it's a busy season and the rain is making things difficult. But you don't just blow people off. Never even offered an apology.
