Best Faucet Repair in Pittsburgh PA
I was not at the home during the service -- but this makes my review even more important to me. I learned about it all from my Aunt who was super impressed with Todd from First Call Plumbing. The sewer backed up to the point where we could not use our appliances and were apprehensive to flush the toilet. My Aunt's regular plumber was on vacation so we had to find someone new. My Aunt was very skeptical about using someone new, but the smell was unbearable and she had no choice. Calling Todd same day, he was helpful, polite and ensured he fit us in, and on a Saturday, too. In addition to solving the problem, he assisted in clean up. He also did a review of other areas of the home. Pricing was generous -- they only charge OT on a Sunday! Thanks for a great experience, Todd!

I called Brett since I had no running water in my house due to a leak. He wasn't available to come out that day due to being fully booked but he gave me advice on how to temporally resolve my issue. He even gave out his personal cell and said to send him photos of anything that I'm stuck on and he would walk me through it. That's unheard of since most people want paid for their time! I will be using Brett's Plumbing in the future!

We discovered a leak in one of our copper pipes late in the evening on a Friday night. I started looking for a plumber to come out ASAP -- Klug Plumbing was not only the only one to call me back the same night but also come out first thing the next day.
Bob assessed and repaired our pipe, while checking if anything else was affected by the issue. He expertly repaired it and had it working within an hour.
I appreciated his communication leading up to arrival and how he explained the issue he found. If we ever have more plumping needs Klug Plumbing will be our first call!

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

I wanted to let the public know that Joe is a TRULY HONEST MAN! He took the time to explain to me what the job should actually cost. He told me to make sure I got lots of quotes, and to ask for estimates for worst case scenarios. No wonder he is booked solid for 2.5 months out. If I would have known we would need a plumber, I would have had him pencil me in months ago, lol. Please make sure you contact Marshall Plumbing first and you will see that his quote will be the best, with excellent customer service, and a job done right! He was recommended to me by other extremely satisfied customers. He is licensed in PA, WV, and OH.

I was definitely disappointed with this company. My general contractor brought them to my house to replace two shut off values at my meter and install a pressure regulator. My contractor got a quote from them for $350. I thought the price was a little high but agreed to have them do the job.
My contractor called me after the work was finished to let me know the pressure regulator wasn't needed so it wasn't installed but the bill came in at $451.00
The bill went up 30% from the original quote and they didn't install the regulator.
I was charged $319 for labor and $132.00 for parts.
So it was $451 for two shutoff values!
Looking at my security cameras they were here 2 hours.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Extremely disappointed!

I bought a foreclosure with numerous problems, one of them happened to be a waterfall from the kitchen ceiling. They were able to fit me in same day (I had been told anywhere from several days to over a week with other companies I contacted). Even though they were pretty busy they still managed to come out and take care of multiple issues. I had several burst pipes throughout the house, issues with the gas lines not being properly capped, the shower was broken and leaking, a leaking kitchen sink, a hot water heater that needed attention, etc. etc. I am more than pleased with the services rendered. They were prompt, worked very quickly, took care of all of the issues I knew about and others that would have been quite a problem down the line. The price was extremely reasonable. I can't emphasize enough how pleasantly surprised I was at the cost to take care of all of this. I am a graduate student, and do not have a ton of money and feared I would have to pick and chose what to take care of immediately, and I was able to do it all! They were very knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, respectful and I would definitely recommend Sam Bales plumbing to anyone! I was dreading turning the water on in this house, and my worry was quickly assuaged by the expertise and reliability of these great guys! I am already planning to have them help me get the boiler up and running and would not hesitate to call them again!

I have had to call Frank three times in the recent months. Two calls were for smaller problems and one was for a large problem, a broken pipe behind a wall. Frank was able to fix all three problems in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable charge. I recommend Frank to be called for any type of plumbing problem. John B Penn Hills

They always show up on time and are very considerate of our property. The don't try to up sell or create fear of future problems like some other firms. I have used them for more than 20 years and trust their service men.

I called Bill Brown with a blocked outside drain problem at my sons rental and he said he would be there at noon and that is the exact time he came. The price was less than any other places I have called and the drain was unblocked in a timely fashion so no extra fees were charged! He explained the problem when he was done and my son and I were very pleased! I will never call anyone else. I will use him for my home and all my rentals! I have had similar problems at other rentals and they charged me twice as much as he did and were there half the time!

Highly inflated prices for drain cleaning and plumbing services. Technician was pleasant and showed up within the provided time frame, however wanted to charge $300 to pull a toilet/replace wax ring, and an additional $250 to clean a clogged drain. I declined service.
Was charged a $55 trip fee (waived if you accept service) for me to tell the plumber what I needed done and him to reveal pricing, despite the website and advertisements touting free estimates! The estimates are NOT free if you decline to have the work done, or simply cannot afford it.

With all the glowing reviews of Nussbaumer, I was confident that they were going to do an awesome job on our home. Unfortunately, that simply wasn't the case. If there was a 0 Star option, I would certainly have clicked that.
We called HSA warranty in order to have our basement drains snaked - sewage was slowly backing into our basement. Our technician, who's name is apparently Chaz (not Charlie?), told us that we had concrete or grout in our sewer line, and that we would need to have a camera and possibly the entire basement jacked up in order to have the problem resolved. He informed us that this sort of work costs between $5,000 and $10,000. Chaz also told us that the camera work was not covered by the warranty and nothing would be covered outside of the snaking that he did because it's a problem with the sewer line.
Chaz made the problem 10000x worse - we couldn't flush the toilet, there was feces tracked all through the basement, and no water could be ran without it coming right out of the basement drains. Chaz assured me, though, that all of this was par for the course. His words were: you never know what's gonna happen when you get in there and snake it. In addition, Chaz told me that he broke his steel piece into the drain attempting to snake the drain.
A couple times during the visit, Chaz went outside to look in what I now know is the main trap. Apparently this is the connection which all the drains in the house lead to. Chaz never put his snake down that drain, only put his snake down the drains in the basement. All together, the visit was about 45-50 minutes.
I believed Chaz 100% and scheduled a camera to come out. They were unable to bring their camera until Thursday - all this happened on a Monday. So, I told them to put me on the schedule, but that I would try to find someone who could come sooner.
I called about 20 local plumbing companies in order to see if anyone could camera the sewer that night. Because Chaz had exacerbated the problem so much, we were unable to flush the toilet or use any water anymore, so I needed someone immediately to help. I called A1 Sewer, who's policy is if we can't unclog it, it's free. So, I figured might as well try 1 more time to unclog, according to Chaz, an impossible drain.
A1 comes, puts their snake down the main trap - the sewer that Chaz spent time looking in, but never put his snake down - and it was unclogged in 1 minute. Literally.
Had we gone forward with Chaz's recommendations, we could be out of upwards $10,000. All for a problem that took 1 minute and $160 to fix.
It is my strong belief that there are so many nice reviews only because people believe the technicians. I encourage anyone working with this company to seek a second opinion. Save yourself thousands.

Took advantage of my 89 father with failing memory. Overcharged him to install a shower head, $280! They said that is their 'fair' price for this service. They would not even consider a partial refund. Beware, you need to get a quote before you let them in to do any work. Way over priced and if you are not satisfied with their charges, too bad.

If you have money to flush away call them!! Most unprofessional people ever!! I recently had a water tank that was covered under warranty go on a Friday evening, on Monday Jeff came out and quoted me a price of $175.00 for a hull, he states he had to go to Monroeville to get. The next day 3 men show up to install 1 water heater and tell me I owe $575.00. I said Jeff said it would only cost 175. That's when they said well we upgraded the tank and there is a charge for installation and we did extra work. Which was never discussed with me. When I spoke to Jeff that next day he agreed that they should have come talk to me, the homeowner, before doing anything extra and they would be reprimanded . So I paid the money and was going to chalk it up as a bad experience until I get to work on Monday only to find that Jeff's mother had come into my office saying to the girls are you that girl that started all the trouble and how her son drove to Monroeville!! WHO DOES THIS??????? Please don't use them unless like I said above you have money to throw away!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. And this was under warranty????

Had Cuccaro come in to bid some work at our house. Estimate seemed high so we tried another plumber. Their estimate was $2000 below Cuccaro's.
