Best Faucet Installation in Pittsburgh PA
Brett's came to repair my mothers tub drain and redo her laundry sink water lines he did that a well and good despite accidentally cutting a water line he didn't mean to and I was there watching him do it all and actually helped him a few times when he needed a second pair of hands. What was unprofessional about him was the fact that after he was done he never wrote out an invoice and for a whole year my mother and I have tried multiple times to get ahold of him to pay for his services and just today he sent a text to my mother saying she owed $1,600 because he couldn't get ahold of her for a year and he made every excuse why he changed multiple phones, family getting sick, children being born, vacations, etc
All this shows a lack of professionalism of him to complete his jobs unless he does this to all his customers so he can charge them more for not being able to get ahold of them

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

If you're looking for quality plumbing work, hire Joe. First, he returned my call after hours, which showed me that he really cared about my problem. He came the next day to fix my faucet and took the time to evaluate another issue we were having. Joe is a super friendly, honest guy. He's a true master at what he does. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need.

The service here is impeccable. Not only is the service fast and efficient but the friendliness is what sets this business in a class of its own. Their response time was fast after leaving a message on their voice mail, which I would recommend over filling out an online form. Nothing beats picking up the phone. Matt's response from my call was quick, and diverted a service as promised. I will never refer any other plumber to anyone other than Brown's Plumbing. You won't regret it!

Naturally it was a Saturday morning when our upstairs toilet (one of only 2 in the house) clogged with a vengeance! No amount of plunging was helping. Plumbing problems are a sensitive issue at my house as we recently spent $20K on having a lining put in on the very long sewer pipe which goes from our house out to the municipal sewer. The clog was only on the upper floor as all on the main and basement floors was flowing smoothly. We had a different plumber out, paid $350 dollars for the call - all they could do was dirty up the bathroom and shrug their shoulders for 3 hours. Called Bales Plumbing on Monday morning. Michael came out early afternoon. We described the issue to him. He explored all avenues, upstairs, downstairs, all pipes. Within 30 minutes he discovered the source of the problem, resolved the clog and got everything moving again. Very impressed with this diligence, effectiveness and knowledge. He provided sensible tips for making sure we don't have this problem again. Fingers crossed! But if we do, I know exactly who I am going to call! Thank you Bales Plumbing!

Called them out for a sewer back up ... long story short he assessed the issue and gave me an honest diagnosis .... everything was fine ! Rotorooter wanted to charge me $15k for emergency service and stressed the need to have this done immediately !

I have had to call Frank three times in the recent months. Two calls were for smaller problems and one was for a large problem, a broken pipe behind a wall. Frank was able to fix all three problems in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable charge. I recommend Frank to be called for any type of plumbing problem. John B Penn Hills

They always show up on time and are very considerate of our property. The don't try to up sell or create fear of future problems like some other firms. I have used them for more than 20 years and trust their service men.

We had our HVAC installed by Restano in 2008; all new ducts and appliances. Restano has serviced the system since then. When we've had an issue with the system, Restano was thorough in making sure we got the most out of our warranty, and then some. The company does regular servicing for an annual fee that is reasonable. As with any contractor, you need to ask questions about the work. But, overall, the workers and the work have been great.

We have used Greg for multiple jobs over the years. I have dealt with dozens of contracts and there are only a few that I would recommend without hesitation. Greg is one of them. He managed a bathroom renovation for us when another contractor fell through due to a dispute. He went the extra mile to do some carpentry projects for us even though plumbing is his main line of work. We've used him to install faucets, fix leaks, clear out sewage lines, and other tasks. Greg is a rare breed of truly honest people who will do his best to make things right.

I've worked with Cuccaro on several remodeling projects in the last 2 years--roughing in kitchens/baths, moving gas lines, trim outs, etc. Never had an issue with the quality of their work or with their timelines. Prices were reasonable for the amount of work they completed. Their administrative side seems a little clumsy at times, but I don't think it's enough to warrant taking away a star.

They advertise a $64.50 sewer service opening or free, it sounded great. However this really is a come on to get in the door for alot more money. I had them out, Greg and another tech , they spent two hours putting on a big show, trying to open a main line, walking around with what reminded me of a metal detector, the had walkie talkies, real big show, then they said their equipment was not working right , could not narrow down the problem, really acted like they had no clue... and then only to jump ship when they could not figure anything out, and left me with terrible back up in main sewer , They mentioned a $64.50 charge, but agreed when I reminded them it did not open and was supposed to be free as per Jamie the receptionist, then Greg said that yes it was free... after I reminded him... Later that day Sullivan Super emailed me a $4850.00 bid for an exploratory service charge with no warranty or guarantee. Basically a dig and look around, with no promise of anything. Who would do that ? They must think this was my first time I ever had a problem and was in the total dark. I would never call them for anything again. Wasted my time, zero results.... all done to sell a large $$ job. I moved on a found a professional company that solved it.

I called Bill Brown because the main toilet in my home was leaking into my kitchen. My initial appointment was for a Wednesday around lunchtime. I called him at 3:00 to confirm he was still planning to come that day. I understand that plumbers get busy and jobs can become larger than they initially thought, however; I was provided no communication to confirm that the appointment was going to take place as scheduled - I had taken the day off of work for this appointment. He said he was coming once he finished the job and would call and let me know when he was on his way. He finally came at 5:30 (with no call), spent 15 minutes in my house, and couldn't fix the issue, so we scheduled an appointment for the next Friday, between 8-9 am. I called him at 10:00 only to be advised that his truck had broken the day before and he wasn't sure if he could come out that day. Again, I had taken a day off of work, and we are now 2 weeks without a working bathroom upstairs. I was able to contact Roto-Rooter Friday morning and they sent someone that afternoon and he was able to fix the problem within 40 minutes.
TL; DR - don't hire him. Hire Roto-Rooter instead. Same day appointment and fix.

I was definitely disappointed with this company. My general contractor brought them to my house to replace two shut off values at my meter and install a pressure regulator. My contractor got a quote from them for $350. I thought the price was a little high but agreed to have them do the job.
My contractor called me after the work was finished to let me know the pressure regulator wasn't needed so it wasn't installed but the bill came in at $451.00
The bill went up 30% from the original quote and they didn't install the regulator.
I was charged $319 for labor and $132.00 for parts.
So it was $451 for two shutoff values!
Looking at my security cameras they were here 2 hours.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Extremely disappointed!

Our drain in the driveway from storm water was not draining properly. Since it's a shared line with our neighbor, the neighbor and I jointly called Mark Allen Plumbing to have it cleaned with a water jet and have a camera to determine what, if any, problem exists.
Jesse came promptly and performed the duty of the hydro cleaning. He was prompt, polite and professional. He explained the process and answered questions and worked very hard to clean the drain. Once finished, he told us the camera was not on his truck and another person would come to do that portion in a few minutes. We were very pleased at this point with our experience at Mark Allen Plumbing and especially with Jesse's services.
As promised, the gentleman with the camera appeared literally 5 minutes later. He introduced himself as Shawn and said he would use the camera. From the moment he emerged the truck to greet us, he appeared annoyed to be there. He began by feeling the grass around the property with his foot, then asked us to remove the downspout so he could put the camera in. We thought it odd at first that he asked us to remove the downspout, but we obliged. Next, he proceeded to put the camera in and told us he couldn't see anything. He then apprehensively tried the other drain to get a better look. He wasn't very keen on having to get on the ground to reach this drain. After a few moments he again said he could see nothing. When the camera emerged in was clean, not covered in mud, debris or anything else that would lead us to believe nothing would be visible. Shawn then proceeded to tell us that we had a problem, but could not tell us what the problem was. He explained we would need to have the ground dig out 5' deep to figure out what the problem was. Obviously, we had many questions for Shawn to better understand what the problem was and why the camera couldn't tell us anything. He was unable to give us answers to any of the questions, only to repeat we'd have to have the land dug up. Shawn became more agitated and then told us that what we paid for the service was incorrect, and that the camera is free not a paid service. He then proceeded to tell us he'd refund our money since he couldn't answer our questions And we were upset at this point by the lack of answers to our questions. Shawn was unprofessional, agitated, and lacked the knowledge needed to perform his job. We didn't ask to have our money refunded. We received A service and expected to pay for it, but we also expected to have a diagnostic of the problem and did not receive that.
We started the day praising the efforts of Jesse and his company, but that quickly waned when Shawn began his job. By the time Shawn left, we felt certain that we were a victim of bait and switch as he was trying to upset us to much more extensive work in digging up our properties. If this is the business model that Mark Allen uses it is unfortunate and disgraceful. We called after Shawn left to speak to the owner, but were only told the owner would be relayed our message.
Beware of this company and their up sell/bait and switch strategies. We will not use this company again.

If you have money to flush away call them!! Most unprofessional people ever!! I recently had a water tank that was covered under warranty go on a Friday evening, on Monday Jeff came out and quoted me a price of $175.00 for a hull, he states he had to go to Monroeville to get. The next day 3 men show up to install 1 water heater and tell me I owe $575.00. I said Jeff said it would only cost 175. That's when they said well we upgraded the tank and there is a charge for installation and we did extra work. Which was never discussed with me. When I spoke to Jeff that next day he agreed that they should have come talk to me, the homeowner, before doing anything extra and they would be reprimanded . So I paid the money and was going to chalk it up as a bad experience until I get to work on Monday only to find that Jeff's mother had come into my office saying to the girls are you that girl that started all the trouble and how her son drove to Monroeville!! WHO DOES THIS??????? Please don't use them unless like I said above you have money to throw away!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. And this was under warranty????
