Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Philadelphia PA

Over the past 6 years, I have used Mark Weinerman's service four times. The first time, the garden tap was not shut off during winter; it froze and burst. Mark W. came within minutes (he was at a nearby job), replaced the pipe, and was done within mins. The next time, he heard the problem over the phone, asked me to describe the kind of sound I was hearing in the kitchen sink, and immediately told me what the problem is, and asked me to call Roto-Rooter. He did not charge.The third time, I had hired some contractors from Angie's list to re-do the bathroom, and there were some issues, to put it mildly.  I called Mark, he came out, told me what was wrong, and what they needed to do. Again he did not charge. The last time, the outside pipe burst again sadly (we had not flushed the tap before shutting it off). The garbage disposer in the kitchen sink was not working properly and the fancy sink we had inherited from the previous owners was backing up. Mark fixed the first two problems within minutes, and also the third (which I had just asked him to look at), for which he did not charge. The total amount of time he has spent in those four calls is less than 45 mins.

Here is what I find so exceptional about Mark. He is as much of a mechanical engineer as he is a plumber. He has a deep knowledge of how everything works and can almost always diagnose the issue within seconds, often remotely, by phone, text, or pictures. He is not cheap but he is super efficient and direct and honest. As such, if you add in value of time saved, and problem solved without the aggravation of repeated back and forth and so on, he is over all quite phenomenal, and a real treasure for this city.

These guys are impressive. We called late morning on a Saturday and they had someone over in a few hours. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have a common sense approach to complex problems. They do a great job of explaining their assessment and executing their solution. I highly recommend their services.

Ok so Warren and DJ his protege are true professionals they did an awesome job. My house was built in the 1920s so when they bid the job they did not know what they were in for. They were awesome and jumped right in to do the job right. Warren is a true plumbing artist. I would highly recommend him for any job in your home. It's refreshing to see someone who works so hard to do a job right and sticks by his quotes. There are many scam artists plumbers out there but Warren is not one of them. My flat fee was for $75, so I was surprised when charged for $125. I just needed one piece unscrewed and it took no more than 5-10 minutes with no parts added. The person who came was nice and professional, but I simply can't recommend paying that much for so little. Read the fine print with Aqua.

I found my water heater had died around 11pm and could not get it restarted. By midnight I decided I needed to find a plumber to install a new water heater. I sent a request to John for a quote. I explained my issue and what I did to try to resolve. I didn't expect a quick response, but at 6am Jim responded with his quote. We messaged back and forth a few times. Basically because I had questions. I was lucky John had an opening in the afternoon otherwise he was booked for the next 2 weeks. John called mid day to confirm when he would be here. John arrived with his assistant. John was very professional and really knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do. John installed the new heater. Removed the old one and plumbed some additional lines he felt that was needed. I will definitely call John again.

Don't be fooled with the few reviews as John has recently started his own business. He seems like a good and honest guy. Price was very fair for the work.  Thank you John!

Wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs. Kit was professional and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. Had issues with my bathroom toilet and tub for years that I thought would not get resolved after going through multiple people for help. Kit was the one who figured it out, and I couldn't be more grateful to him for it and I know who I'll be contacting in the future.

Our garbage disposal broke on us. Water learning all over under the sink. Found Zip to Zip on Yelp and Luan reached out within minutes of the request. Scheduled for next day service.

They came early and had a new disposal in place in under an hour for the price that was quoted. Very reasonable and efficient. Would definitely hire again!

We are currently using Williams Precision Plumbing to renovate the hall bathroom. Chris and his team do an amazing job and are professional and polite. Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy. I will use them again for our future plumbing needs!

These guys are so very professional. Fair price, good services, and honest feedback that the blockage in our pipes preceded the amount of time we've lived in our building. They agreed to vouch for this fact and as a result, our landlord agreed to reimburse us, for which I am very grateful. These guys definitely earned the money. Glad I went with them as I also called roto-rooter (who are supposed to work around the clock) around 12:30 and they said they couldn't come until tomorrow. These guys were fast. A lifesaver.

Diagnosed and cleaned the drainpipe and gave me an excellent grade in my main drainpipe. Reliable and personable - you can't go wrong.

Used Yelp to find a plumber and I'm glad I gave this company a chance although the ratings were low.

Kevin responded quickly and came out within a day- which was much needed.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

They showed up very quickly when we were hearing odd noises from our pipes. Jim came in a mask and resolved the issue we were having with our toilet flushing. The price was reasonable. We are really happy with their service.

Roman and Anthony did the job better than i expected. Got a quote from a fellow named Sam on a Friday. They matched and beat another quote i had from a different heating/plumbing company. The job was completed the following Thursday (one day job).

Two guys showed up. Both nice fellows. Roman was especially knowledgeable and skilled. I would certainly hire them again for a heating or plumbing job and ask for Roman to do the work!
