My house in Philly needed significant work due to city sewer pipes privatized and collapsed (resulting in flooding every rainfall). After receiving a few quotes, Mark came to my house for a quote less than 24 hrs of calling. He was extremely professional and honest, and even spotted another fix needed to abide by city code.

Not only did his team cut off access to the collapsed pipe, connect a new pipe to the main city line, and excavate and re-pave my sidewalk and back patio, he helped me receive money back from my inspector due to the error he spotted in his walk-through (and fixed that too!). Even further, after his team finished, he responded to my questions via text on a Friday night.

No one ever wants to call a plumber, but Mark and his team should be on everyone's speed dial!

I put in a request for quotes at 9:00 PM, and by 9:04, I had a response from Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing for two availability windows for someone to come by the following day, as early as 8 AM (so less than 12 hours after my initial request!). Two plumbers arrived within the window I requested and were able to remove a broken and leaky garbage disposal and re-plumb my under-sink area with regular pipes (since I wasn't ready to commit to a brand-new disposal). They worked quickly and efficiently, and I'm very pleased with the results. They charged what I felt was a very decent rate for service and parts, and they were done before I knew it. I would definitely consider them for future needs!

I discovered a leak at the access panel to my tub at 10pm on Sunday night, and was not only able to reach Boss Plumbing & Heating but they were also able to give me a very reasonable quote for an emergency repair by reviewing a cell phone video of the leak site. Communication was excellent, service was timely and respectful of my home, and they did a complete replacement of not only the joint that was leaking but also the companion part that would be prone to the same issue over time. Very grateful to have found a reliable plumbing repair provider through Yelp, and will absolutely be recommending their services to others.

unless you have a really tiny job better suited for a handyman, or you identify as a rude and capricious person... you should stop reading reviews and just call aqua.

John and his crew are the very best!! John literally saved my house.  I did not know my pipes had corroded under ground. John was the only plumber who took out the toilet and looked underground with his camera ..and found the problem. I had to get extensive work done. John was very understanding of my situation and gave me a very fair price. He is an excellent compassionate human being and treats others the way we should all treat each other. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable professional. Zach and Anthony are pros as well.  Courteous and prompt. John Snyder is my plumber for life! Call him!! See for yourself! We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

Rick Lucas Plumbing was awesome. He was referred to me by two different people. I called him because my 11 year old heater broke. He was out the next morning. He installed a new water heater and replaced the old corroded fittings. He did a beautiful job. He was fast, efficient, courteous and explained everything before he did it. There was no hidden or extra cost. He removed the old heater too. I highly recommend Lucas Plumbing. He knows his stuff!

Jay from ValDel Plumbing showed up exactly on time after I arranged appointment on short notice. The quoted price I thought was high. But, we agreed on a reasonable price. Our 3rd time using Val Del. I don't even bother calling others anymore. This time I had leaking fixtures from an old Water Softener. The unit was too heavy to remove. So, Jay had 2 Valdel  workers come out at 8AM the next morning. They removed the heavy salt from the unit (messy back-breaking job, and removed unit, cleaned up. I would never call another plumber.

We are currently using Williams Precision Plumbing to renovate the hall bathroom. Chris and his team do an amazing job and are professional and polite. Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy. I will use them again for our future plumbing needs!

I worked with these guys two years ago and they came in and looked at the leak in my kitchen and said I needed a waste and trap. I paid them $145 to do it. Two years later, I have another leak and they say I need a waste and trap and charges me $145 again; this was after it took forever forever to actually respond to a call or message. Come to find out, I actually needed a lot more work than this and my piping was not properly installed with the house when I bought it. I was also told that the water leakage could be coming from the rusting on my tub and when we discussed the problem, one of the guys said that he didn't tell me this. Seriously? I had to practically beg to get a quote written out on paper from these guys. They then tried to get me to go through a public adjuster and had the nerve to tell me that I had trust issues. Well it pretty hard to trust folks in Philly when everyone tries to screw you over or not to quality work. These guys seemed to be more concerned with doing a quick job then actually fixing my leak for the long term. Eventually I went with another plumber who got the job done.

My tankless water heater was not working properly.  Mr Rooter was able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem and helped me get the repair done under my warrant. Tyler A was on time, professional and fully explained the issue. He was able to get the part and make the repair within 24 hours. I highly recommend Mr Rooter

We just moved into a new house and got in touch with Kevin when our water usage was significantly higher than it should be. He fixed a major leak from the upstairs shower, and then surveyed the remainder of the house for potential sources of excess water use. Since he left, our water usage has returned to a reasonable level.  Kevin was friendly, professional, on time and efficient.  Would highly recommend!

call them up for well service didnt even send no one to ck how bad is that for business , if i could give them half a star i would because gave me a date for 18 of july and no show truly and highly not recommend!!

This is what this company did to my street.  Its been this way for a week and they have done nothing to fix it.  Garbage plumbers.
