JB Plumbing came out to fix our leaky garbage disposal the next day after we called. He was able to fix it quickly and was just generally very easy to work with. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing or heating repairs!

From the first contact over the phone with April through the project with Anthony and Steve, I had a great experience. We had a clog in our sink drain which affected the disposal, dishwasher in addition to the drain itself. It started causing leaks under the sink which we weren't sure was even related when we called them. We also had a faucet which wouldn't run any hot water for some reason - only cold. I called Economy at 11:00 AM, April said she could have someone there between 12-1pm. Anthony called around 12:15  and said he was about 4 minutes away. They assessed the situation and Steve got to unclogging the drain right away. After that, they reinstalled the disposal, and reconnected the dishwasher to the drain, installed the new faucet (we bought ourselves the day before) and were out by 2:00. I would definitely recommend Economy and will use them again any time I have any plumbing work.

I have used Warren at Boss Plumbing for several projects, including a new water heater, replacing a shower cartridge and trim kit, new drain pipe and a toilet valve. He is extremely responsive, does a phenomenal job, and is always efficient with his work. I'd recommend Boss Plumbing for any job you may need.

price was fair, work was solid and i will be using aqua for everything plumbing related going forward. jimmy billy and trevor are all great guys.

unless you have a really tiny job better suited for a handyman, or you identify as a rude and capricious person... you should stop reading reviews and just call aqua.

John is excellent! After years of looking (and being fleeced) for an honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and fair plumber, we finally found one! John is able to succinctly articulate what is wrong, clearly explain it to us and quickly fix the problem - all at a reasonable price. We wasted hundreds of dollars after our kitchen sink flooded only to have it break 10 minutes after the other plumber left. Fortunately, we found John Snyder Plumbing and not only did he durably fix our current problem, he fixed a chronic one that we were told by another plumber couldn't be fixed! We are so grateful to have found him. Moreover, he seems like a really good person - that's important too.

Kit and his team are wonderful to work with. We needed a new water heater to be installed within a difficult, small location within our house, and we were debating whether or not we could use a tankless water heater. Prior to the appointment, Kit texted with me back and forth over my options and answered all of my questions, and in the end we realized a traditional water heater made the most sense. Kit and his team then arrived right on time for the appointment (I feel like that is a rarity with many contractors these days), and he was incredibly respectful and communicative. He noticed that I didn't have shoes on in our house and we had a shoe rack with shoes lined up on it, and so he asked if we normally don't wear shoes in our house and offered to take his shoes off. I was so shocked and grateful since I've never had a contractor be that considerate before! Not only did he do a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one, but he also cleaned up afterwards and put everything back the way it was. He truly was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful to have a plumber whom we know we can trust to communicate as needed throughout the process and can do great, professional work. Thanks again!

Mike is professional and friendly. You can tell he is passionate about his work and always takes great care to do the job right. I had a leaky toilet that needed to be resealed but he went above and beyond, replacing a section of pipe to support the new seal, replaced the rusted bolts, and more. An all around good guy and hard worker. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. I contacted Zip to Zip on a Sunday thru Yelp about a plumbing problem that I had, of which a prior plumber called himself fixing. Needless to say, my leak got worse. Reached out to Zip to Zip for an estimate and sent them photos of my leaking bathroom sink and Kapo came out the next day and fixed my sink. After speaking with Kapo and seeing his work, I'm convinced that the prior plumber was in over his head. I've added Zip to Zip to my list of approved and dependable Contractors.  Not only are they dependable, but they communicate well and arrive on time. Now that's service for you! Thank you soooo much Kapo for saving the day for us!

I called about a job and Bernie told me to text him photos, so that he could provide a quote over the phone. I did, immediately. No reply. Two days later, I texted again to follow up. Bernie: Address please. I texted my address. Bernie: Photos please.

So I sent the photos again. No reply. The next day, I sent another follow-up message. Bernie: Are you available today? Me: Yes, what time? No reply.

If the business of a potential client is so unimportant right out of the gate, I suppose I'm better off having never heard back.

I had been using a plumber I was not thrilled with and almost called him again but I read the reviews here and decided to use Mr. Rooter. I got same day service for my leaking sink. Joe came out and was very professional. He gave me all my options and we decided to install a new faucet. Joe found other leaks in my sink area and cleaned them up for me. Before Joe arrived, I received a text with his photo and history so I would know who to expect. I felt compelled to write this review since I was helped by others who gave good ratings and led me to Mr. Rooter.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

Someone from Goodman comes out to provide an estimate for a leaky bathtub faucet. After that I show him another problem a leak at a valve that only occurred when turned on but would stop after being turned off.  He proceeds to ask for pliers and breaks the bulb and left.
I call the office to tell them and they said I was blaming them my problem with this is
1.My problem was he left without acknowledging he made the problem worse and
2. When I called the office they made every excuse in the book including he meant well... as if meaning well is an excuse for cracking a bulb and leaving water running when it was not continuously running previously. I will never do business with this firm again. Thankfully I found an honest plumber with fair rates goodbye Goodman plumbing I will never recommended you to anyone again. To bad you don't live up to the good in Goodman plumbing.

It is SUCK ans STUPID!!! I do not believe people how they gave 5 stars. First of all, a few months ago, we called and the made schedule between 1-3 then, nobody did not show up. I gave a call and front desk said they are running late. But why they did not tell the customer if they are running late. We will  call before 30 mins and still no one called, it was 6:30 p.m.  I called again and she said he' s on way and he did show up 7:30 p.m.  No excuse and apologize.

Also I wanted give them a second chance and called. They made a schedule 1-3 and I took off and it's supposed they were here. I called after 4 o'clock and  she who is also TERRIBLE customer service person said they will not come to today and she wanted to make a reschedule, NO SORRY, APOLOGIZES and helping!!

I am really great person and do not like to complain and blame anyone or anyplace. So I really put this review because they do not need THIRD CHANCE!! THEY need a good customer service and more organized to work!!!
