I have a rental property in Phila and we had a leaking toilet. I called JB plumbing and heating and they came out in a timely manner. They were professionals, wore masks and were efficient. They fixed the issue the first time and charged a fair price.

Had a slow running bathroom drain. They were 1.5 hours late, but I had told them I was home all day, so it wasn't a big deal. They snaked it quickly, and they were in and out in about 30 mins. The price was very competitive as well.

Warren, the owner & CEO of Boss Plumbing, took care of our plumbing issue.  We had sludge/dirt backing up into our kitchen sink. We just moved into an older house that was recently renovated, including plumbing. We had a complicated problem, but Warren is a good problem solver and  was able to resolve our issue. Warren explained why there was a problem & the work that he was doing. He was courteous and tidy. We would definitely call upon Warren services again.

We had a sink reinstalled and some drain pipe replaced. The guys were quick and efficient with the install. When a slight issue came about from the work they did, they were out the very next day to fix that issue with no questions asked. Vinny was especially great as he informed us of any potential future work we should consider, but wasnt pushy on us getting it done that day. He was honest and answered all of our questions and eased our concerns.

John is your go-to guy for any plumbing needs. I think everyone in my family has used him at this point whether in the burbs or the city. He'll do whatever he can to get there ASAP and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. We've never had to call him back for a job he's done wrong. He'll explain what happened, fix it and how then how to prevent it for the future, I would strongly recommend him to any friends or family. It doesn't hurt that he's also a great guy and will most likely become your friend after working with him once. He's honest with very fair pricing.

He helped my in-laws this past winter with their heat breaking and a problem in their basement  with washer/dryer. Both their plumber and HVAC guy came out and couldn't seem to find the problem. After getting John out there he knew what the problem was within minutes. They are so thankful to now have him for any other plumbing/heating needs.

We were having issues with the outdoor sewer backing up into the grass.  Called Rick and his team and they responded tentatively.  The gentleman arrived on time and snaked roots that were over grown into pipes. I've had excellent customer service from Valdel Plumbing twice for two major issues. First I had a leak under my sink and second I had a leak behind my tub. Each time the technician came I received a text message prior with a picture of the technician and a notice that said the technician will show up with a mask and follow the safety guidelines regarding the pandemic. My technician Steven was extremely professional, on time and quick with his work. This company has reliable, fast service with respectable technicians plus they are cheaper then there competitors.

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. Our garbage disposal broke so I sent out inquiries via Yelp. Within minutes, Zip to Zip called and scheduled an appointment to come the next morning. They arrived exactly when they said they would down to the minute. They did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and the price was very fair. If I have any more plumbing needs I will definitely hire them again!

We are currently using Williams Precision Plumbing to renovate the hall bathroom. Chris and his team do an amazing job and are professional and polite. Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy. I will use them again for our future plumbing needs!

The guys came, sized up the jobs and came back the next day to complete. They have done 2 jobs for us- a toilet assembly and a garbage disposal replacement. Not cheap but not overpriced either. Bernie and his partner are good natured S. Philly guys! Recommended.

My tankless water heater was not working properly.  Mr Rooter was able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem and helped me get the repair done under my warrant. Tyler A was on time, professional and fully explained the issue. He was able to get the part and make the repair within 24 hours. I highly recommend Mr Rooter

I had a few leaky pipes in my basement which resulted in flooding as well as a clogged toilet. I called Kevin at 9am on Monday morning and by 2pm he was at my house checking out the basement for me. What I thought was a leaking pipe in my basement turned out to be a whole other issue that Kevin was able to take care of for me. After a quick inspection and an estimate, Kevin was at my house bright and early on Wednesday morning. His prices were reasonable, he was prompt, quick and quiet. Now thanks to Kevin there is no more leaking in my basement and my toilet is fixed. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend Kevin and Vinko plumbing for any plumbing or heating services in the future!

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

We've used these guys twice now, and I have nothing but good things to say. First visit was to diagnose a leak in our garage - fixed quick, and for a very reasonable cost. Then came back to give us an estimate on replacement of our three leaky toilets - performed the work today and again for a very reasonable cost. Didn't try and sell us the toilets either - actually recommended we buy them ourselves to save some $$.

We had been using a very well known plumbing service in the area up until now - but I always felt like they were trying to upsell me. Goodman did the same work today for less than the other plumber quoted us last year.

No frills, just great, reliable service. Bill was great each time we met him. We will definitely use Goodman again.

On November 16th, we had water in our basement.  The water department came out and shut off water for three houses close to mine.  We were told by the water department that our service line needed to be replaced and it would cost us 4,000.00.  
We immediately complied with the water department's recommendation to hire Best choice plumbing.  They took a week and a half to come out and when I called to ask why it was taking so long, I was told by the answering service that I should be blessed as many people were waiting 3-4 weeks for water.  Both my husband and myself are senior citizens and this was a hardship to us and we feel the wait was unacceptable and unhealthy.
After the work was done the day before Thanksgiving, we had water in the basement from the pipe that was installed and I had to call the company again to come out.
Fast forward to today--Got up this morning and we had 2 - 3 inches of water in my basement.  The water department mentioned that they old line was not disconnected and mud and water continues to rise in my basement.  The work was shoddy and we are now without water again and with mud and water in our basement.  Thanks to Best Choice and the water department foe additional damage to our home!
