Best Septic Tank Cleaning in Orlando FL
Gregg and his son installed a hot water recirculation pump in my home and they did a great job. Good communication, very transparent and quality work. Thank you.

We had a toilet replaced by Lapin. Ryan and his assistant were very knowledgeable and efficient. Ryan was training his assistant and explained every step of the process to him. We are very pleased and appreciate their concern to assure we were satisfied.

Ark came out quickly and right on time. We called them to empty the septic on our new home to establish service and with a clean slate. After seeing their truck around town, and laughing at their slogan, we thought we'd give them a chance. Glad we did!

Like to gave them a 5 star, but I feel the price they charged is a little too high for the amount of time, work and parts used. Had them come out on 6/2/23 to repair a small leak on the outside plastic pipe to the house. I could of used shark bite connector to repair it. But I had to work, so I found them online and they had good ratings. Initally, I was quoted $350, but when I said it was a bit too high and the plumber said I could pay $300 cash instead. When asked for a recipt at the end, was told $350. So paid $300 without receipt. The repair was done professionally but I feel the price was a bit too high for about 30 minutes of work. Maybe $250 is reasonable.

BlueSky came out within a day and was right on time. Danny was great and had my bath fixed within 20 minutes. He was upfront and honest about cost and how to fix it.

Forgot to write this review....
We had a clogged drain in our shower, followed the next day by a clogged sink in the kitchen. Saw all the great reviews about Modern Plumbing, so I gave them a call. They showed up early, were professional, quoted a price before they started any work, and completed the drain clean out in little time. Very professional, I will definitely use them again!

Great service, starting from the phone call to make the appointment to conclusion of the work. Edgar was on time, knowledgeable, honest and professional. The charge was reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. I will hire this company again for my future plumbing needs. Fantastic experience!

I had a water heater that wasn't working properly and Mark was wonderful. He was quick to respond and very reliable. I would highly recommend him because he is not only profession , but very good at what he does. You won't be disappointed!

Always courteous and provide great service. We have been very happy customers for over a decade! They continue to earn a five star rating with us.

This is probably the worst plumbing company in the Orlando area. The rudest receptionist, who gives nothing but attitude. Apparently they do not give invoices to their customers, even upon request. Have been double charged and pretty much forced to pay them for labor that was never completed. I will never go back to this company, I would advise everyone to avoid this company. Also upon some research in public record, they have tons of lawsuits against them. Incredibly unprofessional, from their management, to their plumbers.

Aware! This is a suck scam company. They alway ask for your credit card before any service, so they can charge whatever they want to.
update:
Your company try to lure customer by quote them different service price, then charge much more than whatever you tell them. Thats why you alway want to get credit number upfront. You know how the credit card system work, as long as you have the credit card info, you can charge any amount. I wish I should see the reviews before doing business with your company.

Lately I have abstained from writing one star reviews. I have had a few experiences with various companies that have merited them, but in the best interest of Karma I have not done so.
Until I noticed something last night that made it important for me to make sure you know what you are getting into with Roto-Rooter. Now, I know that it is an umbrella that hires independent contractors, but this experience was bad on all accounts including the call center which is the company itself.
Let me start... Monday June 17, after my husband took his morning shower for work, I was doing laundry and he came in to ask if I had noticed the water flooding out of the 2nd bathroom. I had not and realized that the bathroom and dining room were 1 of sewage. After spending over 2 hours cleaning this up, I ran to ACE in hopes that it was just a clog (wishful thinking). I spent the morning trying to fix this and had called a plumber, got his direct VM and who was not calling back.
At 2PM I finally called this company and was told someone would be out by or before 4:30. My daughter and I had been going to the 7Eleven down the street to the bathroom since ours were out of service. So the time frame worked for me, I finally would get someone out and fix this problem.
By 5:00 no one had arrived, and no one had called (I had been told I would get a phone call 1/2 hour before arrival). I called RR and was on hold for over ten minutes (I know because my cell phone has a counter) and had to listen to the god awful song and RR commercial the whole time. Someone told me they would check, that they were independent contractors, etc. Finally I was told that by 6:30 he would be there because of a backup. Fine. I understand these things can be complicated.
6:30, no call, no plumber, a frustrated child who was tired of having to go to 7Eleven. A frustrated me that couldn't understand the lack of follow through. I call again. I get put on hold for another 10 minutes and finally am told that he would be there between 7:30 and 8PM!!!!!! This is a full THREE hours after the original 4:30 time!! I had at this point NO OTHER option and was quite angry because if I had been told this from the beginning I would have JUST GONE OUT for the afternoon. If someone had bothered to call me to inform me of the delays, it would have given me the opportunity to figure out something and would have been good follow through.
He arrived at 7:45. I was beaten down at this point, showed him the problem and then we spent the next hour trying to find the clean out or whatever you call it. I just moved into this house a week prior, there are overgrown plants everywhere, so finally we found something by the A/C unit which is behind a wooden fence.
It wasn't the right one. It was drizzling, we came in and let him finish. Finally he said he managed to get it done, proceeded to show us the tool full of roots and told us that he couldn't give us any warranty b/c it was roots and not just a blockage, and tried to set up a time for his buddy with a camera to come (for about $400) and show us that the pipes were completely damaged and needed to be replaced. Uh, no thank you, we will figure it out.
My hubby noticed outside that the pipes to the outdoor sink had been broken by him. The RR guy told us to get the parts and he would fix it for free. What?? WTF? HE BROKE THEM. By now it is 10:45, we are exhausted, fine, we will get the parts w/e. So I ask about helping prevent root growth (the guy at ACE had shown me a product that helps eliminate it from happening again $12.95). RR guy said he left me a jug of something already. I was thinking he was so kind until I saw the $50 something charge on the bill for it!!
So yesterday we go into the A/C unit and noticed something that blew our mind. To fix the problem he had cut open some pipes in that area there, AND LEFT THEM LIKE THAT. Does this compute? He severed my pipes and left them open to the elements!! Then he charged us $400? Aside from ruining my outdoor sink? RR has no quality control over their independent servicemen. This is beyond reprehensible.
Super late, no follow through, damaged our pipes and sink, overcharged for some liquid root killer.
Bad Business all around.

I was conned into doing work that wasn't worth it. Was told they would do a certain task, but then only did one part. The supervisor double talked. Part of the drain was put together shoddily. I'm angry at myself that I was conned.

Because of a scheduling mistake on my part, I wasn't able to use Holland Plumbing. But based on the help and input that I got from Ricky, they will be my plumber in the future. They responded very quickly to my Yelp request, and even gave me the number to contact the service expert directly. Ricky talked me through a few things to narrow down the problem. He was very respectful of someone who doesn't know crap about plumbing (pun intended), and they were willing to extend their day to help me out if I had needed it. This is the kind of company that makes problems like these somewhat bearable! Thank you!

I cannot explain the relief I feel right now. I had an emergency plumbing issue that came to a head today. Granted, this issue has been ongoing for a while and I already paid a lot to resolve the issue, only for it to return. When I realized that I had to pay more than I had budgeted I nearly cried knowing that I did not have any working toilets in my house and I did not have any additional money to pay. LET ME TELL YOU!!!! Steven Santiago and Jeff came to my house and Steven (OMG... ) he bent backwards to talk to my landlord and provide a fair quote so that I can have working toilets. My landlord agreed to pay for the services after speaking with Steven and I nearly dropped because my landlord is not that easy to come around when it comes to paying for quality house maintenance. There is no words in the English language that can explain my full gratitude for both Steven and Jeff, but mostly Steven Santiago (manager). I'm so grateful, and blessed! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!! I send eternal positive vibes to you!
