After 29 years, my dosing tank crapped out. I contacted Lapin and spoke with Carlos L. He was very knowledgeable with all the steps required, including obtaining the necessary permit. WOW! PHENOMENAL. A concerned phone call gets routed to an expert, Rod comes out and diagnosis my 15yr old drainfield problem, watches over it until permitting in flight, pumping done and helps me construct a plan to survive until new drain field. Oh did I mention he saved my crepe myrtle in my front yard?? Rod and Tyler Mendall did. Permitting comes in early, new drainfield same week permitting came in...yet Lappin wasnt done surpassing expectations ...covering the drain field and the slope/drainage of my yard is changed. My panicked phone call to Tyler Mendell was answered, not a voicemail, with immediate understanding and reassurance. Tyler personally regrates/slopes my yard, saves my crepe myrtle AND Rod saves me a 2nd tank pump expense while waiting for my new field. You cant wrong with this phone call they make a horrible situation beyond tolerable, they make it comfortable.

First off, let me just say that Kimberly is amazing and the company is lucky to have her... I called this morning after a guest complained, that the toilet will not flush... Lapin assured me they could get me on the schedule the next day, however, Kimberly told me that she would keep an eye appointment canceled. Turn off she was able to fit me in very quickly and the plumber arrived faster than Batman in the bat mobile. The toilet was resolved, and life resumed as normal. This company is going to end up on my Rolodex and first people I call with any plumbing issues in the future

My HOA secured a price quote with Lapin Services to service our subdivision. I was called to set up an appointment and told they would come between 8-12. Andre called me that morning and asked if it would it be okay to come earlier, he was at the business and 15 minutes away. This was great because I would be able to get to work on time in the morning and be able to attend my 9am meeting in person. He came, set up the hoses and started to dig. Patrick and Justin came shortly after, assisted with digging too and then left to start the next house so it would be ready when Andre finished with me. Their team was great, Andre cleaned out my tank, put the top back on and was on his way to the next house. I was able to make my 9am meeting. So glad my HOA reached out to us homeowners to see who needed their septic tanks drained. I'm all ready for my company coming this summer!

Terrible workmanship.
Extremely unprofessional.
They were very quick to come out and give us a quote on replacing our drain field.
They seemed knowledgeable.
They left the job half done with broken electric lines exposed.
Initially they told us they repaired the lines.
What they did do is bury the lines with dirt Not repaired.
Very dangerous.
We placed numerous calls and emails to no avail.
We hired an electrician to come out and make the repairs.
We are still waiting on the completion of the job.

Scheduled an appointment. Ryan assured me that i would be well taken care of.
15 minutes past appointment time - I call to verify that a tech was on the way. Ryan then advised there was an emergency earlier and they wouldn't be here today.
This is my one day off - can't do laundry, can barely take a shower & flushing the toilet is questionable.

Lapin installed our Septic tank/Pump/Drain field several years ago. Our Account Manager was Carlos Labrador and they did a really great job. Recently I noticed an area on our drain field that needed to be serviced. Carlos returned my call immediately and let me know that a project manager would come out to investigate. The PM was Robert Consider and he came out assessed the problem and let me know he would get the repair done in a few days. Both of these gentlemen were customer focused and professional. The repairs were made without issue (or a mess!) I would highly recommend Lapin for septic work. (BTW I am not a bot and I am not related to these gents, they are both just great employees that deserve some recognition!)

A couple days after and we are looking good! All the water and plumbing issues are resolved with the new drainfield!

It has been a headache for months!

As soon as I found Lapin, Carlos contacted me immediately to get a quote. Once we found our finances we went ahead. They also offered financing, such as half down and payments.

After submitting paper work they had someone pump our tank the next day, then the next feel days crews were coming by taking measurements and soil samples. This reassured us that we picked the right company for the job clearly this was a quick process.

Then came the wait... For the permit.

As soon as it was approved Carlos called and sent crews next day. Santiago was helpful and answered all questions the drainfield was done by 2pm after being there at 9am so it was very quick.

It was a pleasant experience only thing that went wrong that day was our cable line did get cut so we lost Internet and cable for a couple hours.

Would recommend to anyone. Message if you want more information about my experience!

From my first meeting with Project Manager Carlos Labrador, to the actual excavation of my old system and the installation of the new one, Lapin Services provided excellent customer service. Carlos was always accessible and fully explained the process and options. Once the job started Wilmer Medina and Robert (sorry I missed getting your last name) worked efficiently and took care to save plantings bordering the area. You could tell they took pride in a job well done. They fully cleaned up, even making sure the adjacent neighbor's stepping stones were swept and left as found. No one wants to deal with a septic tank issue, but if you have to, these guys are the best.

We had a septic inspection done on home in January 2015 prior to purchasing home. It was done and while being done septic smell in home. I notified technician. There was no smell before. Told normal and no issue secondary to not being run and p traps being dry . We purchased home 2 weeks later smell still in home. I called office spoke to Randy. He had someone else come check out by the name of Rob (supposed to be lead) and told could do a gas test but said its smoke in house and cautioned against it. He tried to find another reason for smell. He said it was sink drain studer vent. We had this replaced and called him back for gas test he suggested before now stating extra cost. I contacted Bbb for complaint they refused to come out again. Still having smell in home. We are not happy.

I contacted Lapin on Monday for my septic tank clean out. The appointment was scheduled for Tuesday between 1:00-5:00 pm. I had called another company on Saturday advertising 24 hour service and still no return call. I was outside when the truck showed up at 11:30 am. I had called another company last Saturday with a 24 hour service per their website and still no return call. The technician, Ronnie was extremely courteous. He gave me information on a service plan which covers annual septic tank clean out and additional services. He also explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend Lapin and will use them for my future needs.

Called Bob at Lapin for a last minute real estate inspection of a septic tank. He scheduled someone to come out within 24 hours, which was immensely appreciated. Ritchie and his assistant arrived within the time frame given, and walked me through step by step of the septic system. He educated me on every aspect of the septic system, patiently answered all my questions and did a great job on the inspection.

We will definitely use Lapin Services for the maintenance of our septic system.

The septic business is about one thing- and pretty much all of the companies do it the same. It's the service and the people that make the difference. Scheduling with Lapin to my schedule was a breeze and the truck was right on time. The high point was the service technician, Nathan. He was very professional and friendly. No hard sales pitch, did the job and said the system looked fine. I had used them in the past, several years ago and they still had my info on file. Out of the blue one of our toilets decided to take a crap on us . After calling around I ended up using Lapin for the job. Even though their price was pricy I guess it's just a plumbing thing because everyone is expensive when it comes to plumbing work. Ended up replacing the toilet with a new delta $450 & I know what your thinking but yes toilets really cost that much to replace now. The guys they sent were super friendly and knowledgeable & didn't jack around. I would recommend these guys for sure A+++

I've never had to call a plumber before, but Justin & Lane at Lapin were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to come out same day and had the clog in my shower drain fixed in less than 15 minutes. They also stayed a bit and gave me product recommendations for drain upkeep and also provided estimates for toilet & sink installs.

Overall the most positive outcome I could have expected. Very happy to have been able to have Justin & Lane over to help with the issue.

What a great company! I called them today after the company I hired failed to show for our scheduled appointment. I spoke with Chris. He tried to get me an appointment for today but they were all booked up. The told me they would be out first thing in the morning. To our surprise at 5PM Chris showed up at our house to see if he could fix the issue!? He was here for 20 minutes and he had our drains draining and toilets flushing! Of course, we still need our septic pumped, and they will be here tomorrow to do that, but he was able to get the emergency issue fixed. This man came out on his own time without an appointment to help us. We truly appreciate it and will us Lapin for man years to come! I will reccomend you to all of our friends and family as well.

Just before Christmas, my son bought an older house, which among other issues, contained polybutylene pipes that needed replaced in order to insure the house. After looking at the online reviews for plumbing companies, we chose three of the highest rated companies and requested estimates. Though there was no significant difference in price between the companies, due to the patience and thoroughness with answering our questions and the kindness we were shown by their estimator, Lapin Services immediately became the frontrunner!

Their estimator, Jim, arrived on time and with a friendly and helpful demeanor. We told him what the home inspector said we needed, and Jim examined the pipes in a few areas in and around the house. He explained what we should expect during the repipe, the length of time it would take to complete the work, the approximate number of holes they'd need to cut into the walls and when we could expect the permit to be filed and the work to commence. He was thorough and explained the repipe process in a way which was easy to understand! As promised, we received a written estimate of the cost via email the very same day and the price was fair, so we chose Lapin Services.

Kim, from the Admin & Permitting Dept., was wonderful! She communicated with our realtor and provided us the paperwork we needed to fill out and have notarized at closing in order to have the permit pulled quickly and kept us up to date about what was happening and when we could expect the final inspection. Kim became my go-to gal for any questions that came up! Amazingly, even though the house closing unexpectedly ran into the late afternoon, which delayed us in getting the paperwork to Kim, she was able to schedule the work to be done the very next morning!

Bryan and Ryan showed up right on time, first thing in the morning, and immediately got to work! Both men were kind, polite and extremely hard-working! I'm not exaggerating a bit when I say these guys worked fast and HARD! They didn't dawdle, goof off or waste any time at all! They were polite and professional and remained completely fixated on the job at hand! Not surprisingly, they completed the work much faster than we had anticipated, cleaned up after themselves and the work easily passed the county's final inspection!

Lapin Services will be the company we call on for all of our plumbing needs from now on! Their employees are top-notch and extremely helpful, the work they do is excellent and the final cost was EXACTLY what was estimated-no hidden costs or charges!

To be honest it wasn't the best experience in the beginning. I won't go into detail but let's just say things were a little rough with communication, timeline, damage, and potential unforseen extra cost. Some of these things were unavoidable and others could've been avoided with some communication. Chris is great in a sales aspect and definitely gave the best quote out of three other companies. Tyler by far saved this review from being a 1 or 2 star. He really went above and beyond to communicate and fix the problems that were made/created. Some of these things he didn't have to do but he did. His customer service and helpfulness to fix the issues created really helped and saved the overall experience. Thanks again Tyler.

I have an aerobic septic system. I wish I didn't, but I am stuck with it. One of the problems has been finding a reputable company to service it. I called Lapin after a Google search and didn't know anything about them except that they serviced my system. They have been out twice now and I have been very impressed. We were having septic issues so we called Lapin Services. Carlos was our point of contact, he was very knowledgeable, he had a great sense of urgency to get the job done for us as quick as possible. They pulled the permits and kept us informed every step of the way.
Santiago and Wilmer were also super helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone involved was neat, organized and respectful. They did an entire drain field replacement, had it inspected by city and completely finished all in 3 short days. All of the parts including the dirt look like great quality.

It had been 5 years since our septic got pumped. Decided to use these guys based on reviews and they were not wrong. In fact, I had messed up on the scheduling yet they scrambled to fix the problem I had made.

Very friendly and prompt. The guys who showed up at the house even engaged me in conversation and never skipped a beat as they worked. Left the lawn intact. Almost like they had never been.

The total for 1000 gallons was $370. I will use them again.

I would give zero stars if possible. Just got a quote 425 to reseal the bottom of the toilet with wax and 450 for a new valve to the toilet.

Ridiculous. Be warned. Go somewhere else. I could get a whole new toilet plus a full spa treatment for that lol!!!!!!!

Our septic drain field was not working properly and needed replacement. We called a few companies but decided to go with Lapin because Carlos Labrador was very thorough and honest with all the explanations. He helped us through from beginning to end and always keeping us updated. Robert Consider, the project manager was also helpful and thorough. We are happy with the job and trust Lapin.
I need to add something today 5/2/2023 I'm definitely not happy about. They claimed they're the only company with a 10 year limited warranty but didn't explain how truly limited it was. We only discussed the oak tree we had close to the drain field. We had the tree cut in order to get the warranty. The warranty does not mention anything about customers with a water well. We have a water well and did not know we must have a meter to measure the water flow. The limited warranty should be explained in detail prior to a contract. We're very disappointed because we're not covered under the extremely limited warranty. Here's a picture of the limited warranty so you can read it before you sign a contract with them and please notice there's nothing in it about obtaining a water meter if you have a water well.

I had another company yesterday come tell me that A) I need the system pumped B) I have drain field issues due to high water levels C) the drain field would cost around 5k to fix/replace if need be so. I was not a happy camper last night.

Lapin was recommended to me by a close friend, and Chris came out same day and found that my filter was clogged (not even checked by company A). That was my one and only problem. As soon as he pulled the filter, the water levels went back to normal, and he charged me the bare minimum. I don't even need a pump out for another 2-3 years. Talk about honesty. Thank you for being a stand up company, saved me at least 300 bucks all the way up to 5,000. Thank you Chris.

Five stars all the way for these folks!

I called Lapin in the late afternoon when I realized there was a leak in my garage. The very next morning, a gentleman by the name of Jim was out to see what the heck was happening. After worrying about the water coming from the slab, it turned out to be a pinhole lead in the kitchen sink pipe, (in the concrete wall), that had been dripping out water for a while. Jim was super nice and worked around the weird piping that is my kitchen, chipping into the wall to get to the bad pipe ... all while my old, senile dog continued to get in his way. It was a difficult arrangement but he was very understanding and helpful.

Since my weird pipes were not cooperating with the wall saw and Jim didn't have the specialty tools to continue the leak search, he sent another truck over that did. They were at my home in no time and fixed the leak that day. Huzzah!!!

Jim also gave me the information of another great company that could come out to detect any mold that might have manifested from the leak. (I'm glad he did because it turns out ... there WAS mold. Ain't nobody got time for that.) I wouldn't have thought to check it because this is my very first leak. Thanks, Jim for looking out.

Anywho, I can't thank Lapin Services enough for their help. Their quick response and professionalism is truly appreciated. These folks are the real deal and I will be using them again in the future for sure!

Our pump alarm went off at 3am, why do these things go off at the worst times? We called Lapin in the morning, Juan answered my call and I told him we had our whole septic system/drainfield installed by them in December of 2019 and they sent a tech to come check it out. Jose Martinez showed up earlier than expected due to a prior cancellation, awesome! He tested a few things and then inspected the dosing tank. Turns out the float was the source of the alarm. He rewired the float and positioned it to hang at the appropriate height and all is now good. Hopefully no more 3am wake up calls! Jose Martinez was very pleasant, answered all of our questions, and even noticed another issue with our main water line that he gave us some advice on. So glad we used Lapin to begin with and they stood by their service. Hoping we will not have to reach out any time soon!

I couldn't recommend Lapin Services enough! Mike Bryant came to my home early on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He not only fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, but he educated me on how to keep my system working properly. After I had a bad experience with a large company in the area, Mike went above and beyond to try to make the situation better. He was great... if you need any plumbing or septic services, call Lapin and ask for Mike!

Came promptly & diagnosed the problem. The tank was full and the baffle moved. Pumped the tank & fixed the baffle. Paid $520. 9 days later the septic alarm sounded again. Got the receipt to call them back and noticed the amount says $455. Called for emergency service 6 hours ago, was promised a call back with no response yet. Asked the tech how he knows the pump was not bad when he was here because the plug was getting very hot and he did not seem to check it. He said the chance the pump is bad is slim. I still suspect this is the problem.
We had to call them back the next morning when we got no call back. This was now Sunday. They sent someone out to drain the tank. Then a tech diagnosed the problem and, surprise, determined it was the pump and replaced it. They did not charge us an emergency fee or any extra labor and took $100 off the price of the pump. The original bill of $520 was correct but somehow was written over on my carbon copy to say $455. Still wish they found the problem the first time.

i changed septic companies this year and i'm glad i did. i called and received a call back from carlos labrador almost immediately. he quoted me a fair price and i proceeded this their service. every time i called, carlos immediately called me back and answered all my questions. i even received a call from carlos when the work was completed, (since i don't live where the work was being done). i can't say enough good things about this company, very professional, beyond great customer service, and price is fair. i will certainly continue to use this company again

I reached out to Lapin to get some information on our septic system, which I knew nothing about. The technician came out and took the time to walk me through how the system works, why we had experienced slow draining in the house and gave me advice on how to fix it. We actually had part of our filter system break and they gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. They've also got an automatic annual clean up and check up program, which I happily signed up for - that way, I don't have to remember that it needs to be done.

Lapin also followed up with me once everything had been completed. I work in customer service and I've been pleasantly surprised at every aspect of this company. I will definitely continue using them.
