I highly recommend Jimbo's plumbing for everyone in Oklahoma City! He's very down-to-earth, professional and gets the job done the right way. Super-friendly. Whenever I need some plumbing done, I don't hesitate to call him.
Honestly, I used to think all plumbers were the same but Jim is definitely a big step above the rest!
Great service, great guy.

We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. Most important- our bathroom looks amazing! Hope this crew and their families enjoy their holiday season... because we can't wait to schedule more work with them in the new year!

Had a very complicated AC repair done. Too long to go into, but Dense was the only company I called who sympathized with the fact I had no AC.
I have pets, so it wasn't just me I was concerned about in the 86 degree heat we were experiencing.
Tom was my contact and sent a loaner window unit to use until they could schedule me for the 5-hour repair. It was much appreciated.
I dealt with a number of people at Dense who helped in various ways--each of them was kind, had a wonderful attitude, and positive work ethic. So many people seem to hate their jobs and it always shows, but that was never the case here.
Had a bit of a problem (which was fixable) early Saturday morning, called Tom early and woke him up, but he promptly got ahold of someone to come out and resolve the issue.
It is SO NICE to be comfortable in my home again, so I (and my animals) thank all the nice folks at Dense who followed through with what they said they would do.

Update to previous 1 star review, I was contacted by the company, they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home, and fixed the issue, replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.

I called for service and was very pleased with the quick response. The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and the technician showed up within the determined time. Excellent customer service and a prompt response. I would definitely recommend them.

Great business and would recommend every time. Problem was water spraying behind wall, under sink in bathroom. Justin came over even though he was going home for the day. He talked me through all the options available and we decided on the easiest and cut a small hole. Cracked pipe/tube was found and fixed. Could have been really expensive, but thanks to Justin's expertise the problem was found, fixed, and he was on his way in 45 mins.

We had issues with our hot water heater. They came out Christmas Eve Eve and replaced the parts. Advised of each step along the way.

I have never, ever felt the need to write an on-line review, but here is my first one. I was taken advantage by Backwoods Plumbing, which is completely my own fault. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. I needed plumbing work done under my house. After the fact, I found out they had charged me about one and a half to double what other companies would have charged for the same work. I questioned them about the cost, and could not get a good reason for the price discrepancy. My bad for not doing my homework. Against my better judgment, because they had promised me a discount on future services, I called Backwoods recently when the flushing system on my toilet went bad. They sent someone out, he messed with the toilet handle, flushed it a couple of times, charged me, said it was all good. Toilet stopped flushing again. Sent same guy back out. Same thing, he thought it was working, it wasn't. Contacted Backwoods again. They completely raged on me in a text message. Wow - can you say completely unprofessional. I replied as kindly as I could, understanding that they are busy, etc., so can they please schedule me when they get the time. They said he would. Never contacted me, I contacted them again, said they would get to me in the next week. Never did. Texted them again. Never heard back, and still haven't. All I can say is - do your homework, and I hope you have better luck with Backwoods Plumbing then I did.

We have used them before and when we came home Friday the house was warm and stuffy. We called Saturday morning and a service tech was there by 10:40. He assessed the situation, make the necessary repairs and did not try to do far more than needed to be done. It is always reassuring to know you are dealing with an honest serviceperson. We were up and cooling within the hour. Jeff was neat, clean and did a great job. We highly recommend this company for any of your heat and air needs.
Great service and a job well done.

A Russell's Mr rooter is the best plumber in okc. They've saved me tons of money, and they are so smart and hardworking. They will not tell you to replace clay pipe with PVC to make a buck. They say that it's worked for centuries and it's easier to maintain & repair in sections where PVC is not. Clearing roots periodically is cheaper than an overhaul. They're coming out today and I have peace of mind that they'll do a great job, if you have a clog, call them.
For comparison's sake: A few years back, I paid some other plumber over $500 to fix my plumbing and they had 2 guys come out, got on the roof, took out my toilet and charged me for all of it. In the end the bad guys told me to replace my existing plumbing and I was told just don't use that toilet. Because I didn't have a clean out.
I called A-Russells mr rooter, they got everything working properly gave me an education, it was less than 200. They said a lot of plumbers just don't want to dig a hole. Those other plumbers were fat and lazy. I had to share because they're so great. They didn't take my toilet out or get on my roof. It was one guy with a rooter.
I called them a couple weeks ago as SOON as my toilet clogged. The lady said hesitantly Well, it's $89 just for them to come out. Insinuating that I try something on my own to save some money. I got the message and I said Ok, maybe I could just get a plunger and try that first She laughed and was super sweet. Well I tried the plunger and a lego popped up. I continued to diligently plunge for 2 weeks and it's still not getting any better, so I called them again today. That initial phone call was awesome and verified my confidence in them that they really want to fix problems and help people with real plumbing issues. I've never known a company so honest.
I can't emphasize enough how good they are. Personable, friendly, dedicated and professional.

Great service. Easy to schedule, given a heads up before the folks arrive. Both plumbers were extremely professional, were able to take care of a list of things needed in our home, and charged a fair price for time and labor. Have already used a second time and will do so in the future.

Good quality work, fairly responsive, WAY WAY overpriced. Was not informed at the time of appointment that this would be a flat fee instead of time and materials. Charged me $325 to replace toilet innards and an inlet hose that was kinking. Took them over an hour to go get parts and return after initial assessment. They get 4 stars for the work and 0 stars for value/price. If you're going to use them, make sure you lay everything out up front and that you are satisfied with the arrangement upfront. Otherwise, call someone else. That's what I'm going to do.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wouldn't even consider this place a business. The owner was RACIST and RUDE. He charged us $600 for attempting to fix the tub. He couldn't even get it fixed. He said very racist remarks telling us to go back to Mexico without even knowing if we were U.S citizens or not. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We replaced two complete systems in our home. The entire process was very professional and detailed in the estimates and proposal. Our sales contact, Dale, was very knowledgeable and meticulous in the estimate inspection. Not only was his estimate very detailed and comprehensive, he identified a few install corrections from the previous installer that ultimately solved long-standing issues from our original systems. Our system replacements included conversion to natural gas and electrical panel modifications. Dale coordinated all of the required technicians and permits to complete the job within their stated timeframe, with little interference or disruption to us. And, upon the final quality inspection, we were given our rebate paperwork and warranty forms pre-filled with all required information, ready to drop in the mailbox.
Hill & Company are truly a quality and customer service focused contractor that I would recommend to anyone for HVAC work.

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
