Best Commercial Services in Oklahoma City OK
We have worked with a a handful of contractors (big and small companies) in the last few years and none of them can compare to Scott and his team. Scott was professional, reliable, had excellent communication, and his workmanship was outstanding. Our experience from meeting him for the bid to the final walk through was amazing. Most important- our bathroom looks amazing! Hope this crew and their families enjoy their holiday season... because we can't wait to schedule more work with them in the new year!

Had a very complicated AC repair done. Too long to go into, but Dense was the only company I called who sympathized with the fact I had no AC.
I have pets, so it wasn't just me I was concerned about in the 86 degree heat we were experiencing.
Tom was my contact and sent a loaner window unit to use until they could schedule me for the 5-hour repair. It was much appreciated.
I dealt with a number of people at Dense who helped in various ways--each of them was kind, had a wonderful attitude, and positive work ethic. So many people seem to hate their jobs and it always shows, but that was never the case here.
Had a bit of a problem (which was fixable) early Saturday morning, called Tom early and woke him up, but he promptly got ahold of someone to come out and resolve the issue.
It is SO NICE to be comfortable in my home again, so I (and my animals) thank all the nice folks at Dense who followed through with what they said they would do.

Update to previous 1 star review, I was contacted by the company, they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home, and fixed the issue, replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.

Wednesday night I walked into my youngest daughter's room and heard a strange noise. I pinpointed it to the wall, close to the house exterior, that runs between my daughter's rooms. It sounded like running water in the wall. The outside faucet runs right into this space, so I went outside, but there was no leaking water. I felt the walls and the carpet, but nothing was wet. I called my mom, my go-to Miss Fix It, and she said we'd look at it. Yesterday, I walked into my oldest daughter's room and it had a very musty smell. I checked my mail and the water bill was in it. My water bill was over double the usual, so I called the water company and they told me my water was running 24/7 so either my toilets were running or I had a leak somewhere. That's when I panicked and called my mom again. She said to shut the water main off and we would have to cut into the sheetrock to find the leak. I marked the studs with my heavy duty magnets and my mom came over and cut the sheetrock. The bottom of the insulation was damp, but when I turned the water back on, the leak was below the area; it was a slab leak. I had to keep the water turned off while my mom and I received multiple plumber recommendations. I walked into my oldest's room this morning and the smell was gone. My mom called me and told me Justin, owner and operator of All Care Plumbing, was coming by to quote me. In the meantime, I called other recommendations, but they were currently busy or I left a message. Trades, such as plumbing and electric, are in high demand, in case you didn't know. Justin was at my house within the hour. He was very professional and gave me a straightforward, honest answer. It was difficult to quote because no one could be 100% sure where the leak was or any damage caused until he could see, but he thought the leak was also where we thought it was. His charge is $95 an hour plus parts, regardless of it being a slab leak, which is HUGE considering many might charge me upwards of $500, at a minimum, by the mention of slab leak. I told him I was getting other quotes, which he also encouraged me to do. He left and I called my mom again to get her opinion. I hadn't heard back from anyone else yet, it's Friday, I wanted to take a shower, Justin said he could do it today or first thing in the morning and I got good vibes from him (you know me ). Mom and I agreed to call him back. He had a couple other jobs to do, but was back within 2 hours. He was able to make a relatively small hole in the concrete, found the 2 LEAKS in my tubing right where we thought it was, replaced the tubing, replaced my outside faucet upon asking (it's given me problems before and he was already right there in the wall) and poured the concrete to fix the floor. All within 2 HOURS! I'll mention he also had a helper who was also very professional and polite, but I didn't catch his name. The entire slab leak fix cost $260.....yes, you read that right. I am SO grateful for All Care Plumbing, not to mention for my mom. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing needs that may arise! When I get my real estate license, this company will be my go-to for plumbing. Thank you Justin and company!

They can and did some repair to a septic line for my next door neighbor. They refused to come and finish filling in the hole that is in the back of my property. They also cut the att line and refused to fix the issue they caused.

We have used them before and when we came home Friday the house was warm and stuffy. We called Saturday morning and a service tech was there by 10:40. He assessed the situation, make the necessary repairs and did not try to do far more than needed to be done. It is always reassuring to know you are dealing with an honest serviceperson. We were up and cooling within the hour. Jeff was neat, clean and did a great job. We highly recommend this company for any of your heat and air needs.
Great service and a job well done.

The company responded quickly to my request for a quote to upgrade my HVAC system and promptly showed up for a personalized on-site review. The commercial rep understood my needs and quoted me accordingly. The tech team was scheduled to be on-site just a few days later, they arrived on-time, they did the job well and cleaned after themselves. They forgot to clean the attic manhole door, I pointed it out to the company: the crew came back quickly to finish the job. The commercial rep also educated me on specific home improvement loans given by a local bank at preferential rates: I was not aware of such products that only a few banks provide. I'm very happy with the products so far, looking forward to seeing how this new HVAC performs during summer time when it's heavily solicited.

Their website says 24/7 emergency service. I called about 6:20pm and no one answered. No one. No one at all. Tried a couple times.
Went somewhere else.

Ok everyone!!!!
Red Plains Plumbing was our answer for an issue that was ongoing in our home for over a year. We have a tankless water heater and it was going in and out of hot water. After multiple plumbers and companies, these guys found out the issue and fixed the problem. On top of that, they were so professional, courteous, listened to our frustrations, and helped get us the best price possible on new equipment that was needed. Darien was so knowledgeable about our issues that others weren't able to explain. They were able to get what we needed in a hurry and he made us a priority, which was an amazing feeling for a family of 6. They even stuck around longer than usual after the job was completed to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything was working properly. Such the best customer service! I would highly, highly recommend Red Plains for all your plumbing needs, 1000%!

Disappointed...they did the install for the my new water heater. He forgot to secure the venting on top and it slide down to the tank. After the Carbon monoxide detectors went off the fire department traced the problem to this new install.
I gave them a 2nd star, for being apologetic and coming out Monday morning (no weekend hours) and correcting the mistake. After that visit I realized they had knocked the furnace condensation piping out of place, which would cause problems.
I don't doubt their knowledge, just a little to hasty in trying to get the job done.

Bryce was very professional and was able to do my job very soon. I paid another company for an estimate, but I couldn't get them to do it. That wasted a couple of weeks. Backwoods did the job that was paid for, but no more. It took a few more days because of the inspector, but that wasn't his fault. He stressed beforehand that they don't do any landscaping, which meant they don't put anything back the way they found it. I understand having a strip of mud across my back yard. I also have a couple of plastic pipes sticking up around 8 high which are a trip hazard. Sadly, one of the original stopped up places, the toilet, is starting to make that gurgling noise that comes before it has to be snaked, and the bathroom sink has never been unclogged, so I don't use it. My biggest problem with Backwoods (my fault for not getting another estimate) is that it cost $10,000. Bryce did tell me that if pipes had to be replaced under the house it would cost around $25,000.

Called late Friday afternoon after another plumbing company did not call or show up. They were very courteous and the plumber called back within a few minutes. From the time I called until the kitchen drain was unclogged was less than 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend!

I called with a hot water tank issue and they called and came when they said they would. They didn't try to sell extra parts to me. They seem to be very honest. Robert was very pleasant. His work was clean and fast.

Had someone come out for a clog in pipes. Plumber was there only ten minutes and was charged almost 300$
They told me that was the going rate! What a joke.
Less than a month later I'm having the same issue in the same area. Tells me they didn't fix the problem and they said it was not their problem! Will never use them again!

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
