Nelson Landscaping recently completed significant work to our home, including extensive landscaping and the addition of a sun room.  We began the process by meeting with Josh - he walked the property with us and listened to our wants and wishes and then used that information to have a very professional drawing prepared for our house and yard.  We then met again with Josh and revised the drawing and estimate to fit within our budget - Josh gave us options that were very helpful during the whole process.  After we agreed upon a contract the work began under the supervision of Shannon.  Shannon checked in regularly and he was always available by telephone if we had questions or concerns.  As to the workers who did the many jobs required for the project they were uniformly professional, hard working and pleasant.  The end result is a job well done - the lawn, garden beds, sun rooms, and everything else all look great and we are very pleased with the result.  My wife and I highly recommend Nelson Landscaping.

Randy and his team do great work. I had to have some repairs done before closing on my house and he was able to get things taken care of within the time crunch that I was in. His communication was great. He made an honest assessment on what needed fixed and, in fact, saved me money by making a recommendation not to do some upgrade work that I was concerned that I would have to have done. Good Guys Electric is a very professional business. I called them and they came out and did some outside electrical work on my house. He came in after another electrician left us in a serious bind. He was thorough, fast and listened to all my concerns and wants. He's the best! We have more work we're lining up with him now.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. We purchased a new stove. When it was delivered they told us that our stove was hard wired so they couldn't install the new one. We had Mr. Electric come out and give us an estimate to have it fixed. They unhooked our stove, went out in the garage and came back and said it was going to cost about $800 to fix the problem. We don't have that kind of money so we told them we would let them know. Well, the guy never hooked our stove back up. We called and had them come out the next day, which he did and told us it would be $400.00. But, now only the clock works. They will not come back out and hook it back up right for us.

Granted they came out to give us a quote, but hook our stove back correctly.

Also, we got a quote from someone else to fix it for $140.00

Had a emergency on a Sunday afternoon and Mitchell walked me through how to fix it myself! I am very grateful for his patience and expertise!

Set up an appointment months in advance and they didn't show up until hours after I called them repeatedly. When I called and said I was going to get another electrician they just laughed at me. Overall they did my outlets for cheaper than anywhere else but you have to struggle to get them to actually come. Frustrating!

I've never seen a company say one thing to their employees and then do the complete opposite. The owners are terrible people with no morals or values, only thinking of themselves. I would never higher this company solely based off of the owners.
