I being using Kenneth and his staff for a couple of years and his work has been outstanding along with a pleasant personality. They are very good at finding the problem and resolving it in a timely manner. I've used plumbing services in the past and have felt we were being overcharged. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Abraham is the best, he was patience and kind and try to help us solve the big problems of the clogged in the bathroom at the first visit and couple days after the toilet seems like not sealed really well , I called him right away he's really efficient he came back the second time to check out . He also helped me some paperwork for HOA that I can have reimbursement from HOA, he is a very Professional plumber. Big recommend

Replaced my Private sewer lateral. The price was better that other quotes I got. They were quick- and actually called to ask if they could do the work sooner than the original date we set out. I didn't need to be home so t wasn't a problem. Everyone I dealt with was polite, they cleaned up my yard afterwards. I was satisfied with the work

Lunt Marymor has been my plumber for years. Prompt, professional, skilled, they are especially good with odd European fixtures. They can find replacement parts for almost anything and don't push for total replacement like some companies. They protect the floors with mats they bring themselves, bring their own safe light source so they can really see what the problem is, and clean up the work area very nicely when they're done. They've been able to handle any plumbing problem I've had.  I don't find their prices higher than other plumbers I've used, although I usually see their trucks in upscale neighborhoods.

As far as their not quoting the price of a water heater over the phone (as one reviewer complained about) you tell me how someone would do that?  There are all sorts of unknowns that require an inspection.  Berkeley especially is filled with water heaters that are hooked up against code and would be a plumber's nightmare to replace.    Look up the price of a water heater on the internet and do some research to get an idea what it would cost before you call.

Well last Friday around noon PG&E decided to do a 10 year inspection of the gas meter in front of our building in SOMA. They determined that their line to the meter was leaking and by 8:30 pm they had determined that I had a leak on my side of the meter as well.

They left me without a meter and no gas to my warehouse and livein loft upstairs. The following morning my wife suggesting looking on Yelp for a plumber. I saw many reviews but Atlas was the first place that a real person actually answered the telephone.

Audra who answered the phone was very calm and friendly even though I was a emotion wreck. She told me she would have someone out around noon that same day. Frank and Selvin showed up about an hour ahead of schedule and we discussed the problem at hand. I did not want to spend anymore than I had to and explained it to Frank. Because the pipe that was leaking at the meter was old and quite corroded since it was in the sidwalk and open to the elements, Frank wanted to quote me to replace the 2 gas pipe all the way into the building and take up about 8 squares of sidewalk. I asked if he would consider taking out a square and see what the condition of the pipe was where it was buired. If it was ok then that would be the exteent of the work. So he suggested giving two written quotes one for the easier fix and one for the worst case senerio.

Keep in mind this is a commerial building built in 1931, so this was not an easy job. He was very quick with the qoutes but I took that as a sign that he had a good idea of how to jusge the job. The worst case senerio was $ 3800 and the better case was $ 1800. Don't forget this is a 2 service not 3/4. Frank said the simple fix would take a 1/2 day and the major fix would be more like a day and 1/2. I didn't think to try to barder with these guys sinceI was happy they came out so soon and were able to start the job the following morning. In retrospect I think the bid seemed fair after considering, 2 guys, their insurance, the overhead of the company, the parts and the fact that they would get and pay for the permits with the city and they would deal with the city inspector and show back up to deal with that.

I was lucky as it turned out that the easier fix was acceptable. They did find another leak inside the building after they pressure tested the line. but we were able to agree on $ 350 for parts and labor for the other leak problem.

When you can't wait for your brother in law to come and help you with the job or you are like my and are still recovering from surgery you are not going to do this kind of a job on your own which is what i would have done when I was younger. Of course what do I know about plumbing codes etc.

Anyways I found Frank  to be very professional and an easy going guy. He explained everything they were going to do and like i said he went along with 2 different quotes. He handled everything with the inspector and was here 1/2 dat Tuesday, Wednesday and 1/2 of Thursday. I am hopefully going to get PG&E out here tomorrow and get the gas turned back on.

This was a big problem not a dripping faucet. i was glad to get proffesionals on such short notice. I was greatful that they made me feel like they were going to deal with everthing. They even did a nice job repouring the cement.

I feel like I  had a possitive experience with an unpleasant experience.

I had a broken sewer line and after receiving 6+ estimates, Pipe Spy was initially the most economical choice.  And even after they scoped my line and found that my sewer replacement wasn't going to be as straight forward as originally anticipated (therefore more costly), they were still well below the higher estimates that only included pulling through a new plastic sewer, and not trenching and regrading which was what I was faced with in the end.  

I don't blame Pipe Spy for the additional charges incurred to complete the extra work, in fact I kind of expected to have to pay more (as it usually is in ANY kind of construction project), but I was glad to have a reasonable starting place with them and was able to stay somewhat within budget overall.  Now I don't have sewage coming out of my tub or a gurgling toilet when I run my dishwasher or take a shower (YUCK!) and I am so glad for that.

Of course dealing with less than ideal situations is not fun, especially when they pop up seemingly out of nowhere, but overall, I really liked working with Heiko, who was very attentive and explained the whole replacement process in detail to me.  My only complaint was that their scheduling was not very consistent.  My job took parts of about 5 days to complete, but they weren't always back to back.  But that wasn't a huge problem.  

More importantly, Heiko was great even after I received my final bill and disputed one of the charges, which he removed immediately and was still happy to help me answer any final questions that I had.  

I recommend getting multiple quotes when doing any project, but would definitely put Pipe Spy at the top of my list of reasonable and capable plumbers for the next time I am faced with having  to deal with some water/waste issue in my home.

We have used Albert Nahman plumbing for many years and they are excellent. They take pride in their work and treat your home as their own and are very respectful. Deepok has been to our home before and remembered where things were and provided expertise in resolving our problem. Excellent Job, Reasonable Price

My toilet shutoff valve leaked and found my toilet floor flooded. Searched Yelp for plumbers who could do the repair soonest at a reasonable price.
I received 4 estimates online and the best was from Awais D. of Elite Plumbing. I called him to make sure he understood what needed to be done and to confirm the price he would charge me.
He said he was currently on a job, but would be available in 2 hours. We agreed on the time, but after 2 hrs he said he would be delayed by half an hour. Thanked him for informing me. He came delayed by 45 minutes and apologized when he arrived.
He worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in less than 30 minutes.
I would say his work exceeded my expectations and I would hire him again if I need a plumber in the future.

We selected Savior Plumbing for our whole house repipe. I am so glad we did. The whole experience working with Savior was excellent. Eric provided the original estimate which was a little higher than the others. However, after hearing his detailed and clear explanation of the work involved, it was pretty clear this was the right company for us. I requested Eric take the lead on our job and he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They all worked really efficiently and communicated well throughout. I especially appreciated the way the company was so accommodating and professional. We had to delay things a bit due to a family emergency. They were very understanding. Big jobs like this are always stressful, but they made it almost painless. I highly recommend Savior to anyone needing quality plumbing work.

Rey helped us unclog a drain pipe that had created a minor disaster in our basement.  He came out on a Sunday morning, and the service was prompt, professional and effective.  It doesn't hurt that his rates are priced at a great value, and that he was friendly too!

Ravi came out on time (well a few min early) of my 2 hour window and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace. He knew the unit was installed only a few years ago so recommended that I contact the original dealer to set up a repair that should be covered under warranty. Thanks Jazz heating.

Update: After trying to get Service Experts the original installers to fix the issue and them failing to make any progress I reached back out to Jazz to finish the job. Ravi came out again and did a rockstar job.

First time, and last time. Made appointment, they never showed.
Never called, never answered my call, and their voice mail is full.
DAY: WASTED.

Andre the plumber was great! Very respectful and knowledgeable. Also as someone who doesn't wear shoes in the house, he brought and wore shoe coverings!

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.
