Amazing! With the rain, a pipe backed up and there was rainwater and sewage emerging through the drains into our basement... Horrifying! Within one hour, Justin had arrived - and the problem was fixed! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! So grateful.

Abraham is an incredible problem-solver. I called him about a weak flush toilet and he picked up, asked me 3 questions. He knew what the issue was and came over promptly to unclog the clogged jet streams and it solved. the problem. He brings great customer service and has a tool for just about anything! I highly recommend!!!

i experienced re-occuring problems at home following roto rooter's probable mis-diagnosis. i also feel that roto rooter overcharged me by a very wide margin. $900+ for clearing out the main drain was more than the $150 advertised. unfortunately, i was out of the country and roto rooter took advantage of an unsuspecting wife.
less than one year later, the problem re-occurs. everst plumbling quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. i have not had a recurring problems since.
just recently, i called everest plumbing again because a commercial building i manage was experiencing problems. again, he and his assistant worked with us, coming in on a sunday so that the business tenants would not be disturbed during normal working business hours.
i highly recommend everest plumbing and drain. they are reasonable with their charges, efficient with their work, and above all, as honest as a tibetan with budhist beliefs can be.

Vincent replied to my request for a sewer lateral inspection in a very timely manner. The initial inspection was completed within a couple days, and an estimate submitted to me the next morning. The sewer lateral clean out was installed and inspected promptly after the deposit was paid. Overall, I would recommend Sewer Master to anyone in the East Bay requiring sewer lateral compliance.

As a property manager it's CRITICAL to have reliable, knowledgable and responsive people to call for repairs. I'm *proud* to say that Ben with Service Star Plumbing is invaluable to me. He has been able to evaluate, troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues other plumbers haven't been able to figure out. He explains what he does and his pricing is reasonable. Can't say how much I appreciate you Ben!!

I hired Lunt Marymor to help diagnose why my faucets and toilet were constantly running/leaking. They came out at a convenient time and ON TIME, and told me that the sediment in my old pipes was a factor in the leaky faucets and that my old toilet couldn't make a seal.
They installed a super low flow toilet and a replacement faucet.
Check this out: yesterday I got my water bill. A year ago today, 49/gallons a day of water used. As of yesterday, 12/gallons a day! I couldn't believe how much water I had been wasting and I am eternally grateful for the kind, knowledgeable and affordable service I received.
Also, I really appreciate that they didnt try to sell me on other things and that I feel like I have a plumbing company that I can trust.
Thanks Lunt Marymor, I would recommend you to all my friends and family.

I have used Atlas twice now. Once Joel came to the rescue when I needed a gas valve installed at my property. (I turned to Atlas after SF Plumbing came and installed the wrong thing, and then cancelled a follow up appointment.) They arrived right on time.
The second time was for a clog in my kitchen sink. They scheduled the appointment when it was convenient for me, showed up within the window they allotted for (between 12-2, arrived at 1:50), and fixed it within 20 minutes for $125.
I will definitely turn to them again!

I always highly recommend Pipe Spy to anyone I know who needs a plumber. I used them for a huge job (entire sewage line) and a 'French' drain installation as well as for several smaller ones. All of the employees are professional, from the office staff (Chris) to Alex, Ray and the entire crew. I can never thank them enough! They do a great job, and leave your property in better shape than they found it.

My sink stopper part became detached under my pedestal sink and water was leaking from the drain pipe into the pedestal base and overflowing onto the floor. The technician told me he would have to remove and reinstall the sink to replace the part, and drain the sitting water from the pedestal base at a cost of some $1000+. I sent him away and was charged $100 trip fee. Later, I soaked up the water from the pedestal base with towels and cleaned it out with disinfectant. Then I noticed a plastic part had detached under the basin and screwed it back in, closing the leak hole. My sink stopped leaking and the problem is fixed. I am 73 years old and fixed my own sink. This was a good company for me before it was sold. I am now an ex- customer.

I am the current owner of Allied HERS Testing. The first time we tested one of Joey's installs he overheard us talking about the current record holder for the Duct Leakage Diagnostic tests we perform. Under the current 2016 California State Energy Code Title 24 Section 6 a newly installed heating and ductwork project must be tested to verify it is only leaking equal to or less than 5%. While the majority of the systems we test pass just under the 5% mark Joey's system passed easily that day (Please note that the United States has some of the strictest code guidelines for HVAC system installations worldwide and California has the strictest guidelines within the U.S.). A couple of months passed and we received another request to test one of his installs. Upon arriving Joey had a big smile on his face and seemed eager to see the results. His furnace and all new ductwork installation tested at 1.34% leakage! It is our longest running record! This goes to show the quality of work and pride Joey has...

We had a big job installing new gas lines and a new water heater when we converted our home to natural gas from propane. Awais and his crew did everything including the permit. There were some unavoidable delays along the way due to COVID and other matters, but he kept coming back many times to finish the job. Great work and very pleasant experience.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Savior Plumbing for their exceptional service. A family member recommended them to us and we decided to try them out after hearing about their positive experience with Eric, one of their installers. We were extremely pleased with the work they did.
Eric did an excellent job installing our water heater, which impressed us so much that we decided to hire Savior Plumbing for subsequent jobs such as installing plumbing and fixtures in our shower and toilet and installing a water softener.
Throughout the installation process, Eric kept his workspace clean and tidy and always maintained a courteous and respectful attitude. He represented Savior Plumbing in an exemplary manner and we are delighted with the outstanding service we received from start to finish.
We appreciate the exceptional experience we had with a business that values excellence and we highly recommend Savior Plumbing without hesitation.

We've been calling Lacayo Colt Plumbing for years now. Rey is the most honest, dependable and skilled plumber we've found after almost 20 years of home ownership. They've replaced outdoor and indoor water lines for us and kept the drains in our older home running smoothly. Rey's estimates are always very reasonable and the workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended - you won't be sorry you called Lacayo Colt for your next plumbing problem.

First time, and last time. Made appointment, they never showed.
Never called, never answered my call, and their voice mail is full.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Really wish that I didn't have to write a negative review for Valley Plumbing; I was really hoping that they could be my go to plumbing company for all of our future needs. However, I am not happy with my experience. We needed new sinks and faucets in our kitchen and after much research I chose Valley Plumbing because of the good reviews that they received. After the work was done, my husband and I were very happy with the sinks and faucets. However, a few months after the install the special feature (i.e. the ability to tap the faucet on and off) of one of the faucets stopped working and our pipes started leaking when we ran the dishwasher. I called Valley Plumbing and one of the mechanics came out. The following two things were determined:
- The battery pack was defective for one of the faucets that they originally installed. He messed around with the faulty faucet for a while and then since we got the same faucet on two different sinks he took the battery pack from the good sink and tried it on the faucet that wasn't working. Personally, I don't think that he should have messed with the good sink.
- The connection for the dishwasher was not connected appropriately, which was why it was leaking. He immediately said, we aren't the ones that did this work, are we? And I said that they did in fact do the install. Ultimately, he realized that he was the one that did the initial install! In fairness to Valley Plumbing it was not leaking when the install first happened; however, it couldn't have been connected tightly enough for it to already be leaking just a few months after the install. I asked him about how to pull the dishwasher out because I wanted to ensure that there was no mold behind it as a result of the leak. He then noted that the dishwasher connection probably came apart because we were trying to pull the dishwasher out. This was completely false and I did not appreciate the accusation, as we never actually pulled the dishwasher out. It seemed to me that he was trying to place blame on the faulty connection work that he did.
All of this work took an hour and then I received the surprising news that I had to pay $134 as a result of him having to come out and diagnose the problem (including time spent taking apart my good sink faucet)! I expressed my dissatisfaction with this as I just paid Valley Plumbing thousands of dollars for 2 new sinks and 2 new faucets and now I have to pay for their failure to connect a part correctly and for a defective product. He simply said that I had to pay for labor. I asked if I was going to have to pay more when he came back to install the part, since he didn't have the new part with him and he said he would have to check with his manager. He came back to install the new part today and I had to pay an additional $34, so obviously he never checked with his manager. I didn't even say anything to him this time about having to pay the additional money since it seems like a lost cause.
I just don't agree with this business model. This is bad customer service to make me pay an additional $168 for this. I could have been a customer for life, but because they did not do the right thing in my opinion I will not be using Valley Plumbing again nor will I refer them to my friends. Hope you all have a better experience than I did. I will say that we are happy with our sinks and faucets (now that they are both working correctly) and Valley Plumbing did show up when they said they would throughout the process. This is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I live in an apartment complex, so getting someone over here has quickly as possible can sometimes be a pain. Fred got a call from our property manager and messaged us back within the hour. Today he came promptly, took a look at the problem and said he'd be back. An hour or so later, he shows up with his guy and got the job done quickly! He had a smile on his face the entire time and even educated me on our system and what could be the problem. Very polite and understanding that I didn't have all the billing information on hand. He said he'd call our property manager and get all the information from them. If I ever need someone to come back, I'm calling him first.
