These guys couldn't be any nicer or more efficient.  Their prices are totally in line with the other places, sometimes cheaper!  However, they actually return calls and keep appointments!  We've used them twice to excellent results.  

What's more, after calling late on a Sunday night and leaving an SOS call, they called back about a half hour later apologizing profusely for missing my call.  They showed up about a half hour later and clear our basement lake in a half hour.  Even better, he quoted the price before doing the work and they give a thirty day guarantee on their work.

Man, if only other service providers were anywhere near as good!

I've been wanting to install a tankless water heater for some time now.  I wasn't expecting my water heater to fail on me as soon as it did, but things happen.  I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty.   I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses.  We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work.  They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to.  Everything works great, and we're stoked.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of installation.

We called Plumbing Care at 9am in the morning, and they had a technician at our house in Danville the same day by 2pm. We had a long discussion about water heater choices, and then they came back that same day at 5pm and had a new one installed by 6:30pm.

Very happy with the service. Hot water again!

Just talked to this guy about replacing the thermocoupler on my water heater. Couldn't give me a quote over the phone, even though I already know what is wrong with it (PG&E came out this morning and told me). On a good note he was willing to come out in an hour. However, he couldn't tell me if he had the part I needed replaced, and said if he couldn't fix it I could call someone else tomorrow. I was skeptical about the situation, given that he wouldn't give me a quote, and couldn't say if he had the part. So he told me bye and hung up. Abruptly. He really needs to work on his customer service.

Hired Jazz for a garbage disposal install, the technician showed up on time, was very friendly and had the job done quickly.

Would use again!

He was on time, and helped me with extra stuff that wasn't apart of this job. He goes above and beyond.

I cannot recommend Paul Cardona highly enough.  Had just about given up after searching since last September for someone to come into my older home much in need of TLC.  After contacting Honey Do Handyman Services on line and placing a request, Paul got back to me almost immediately.  My needs are ongoing one job at a time and Paul is so gracious in accommodating my time and space limitations.  He is thorough and meticulous and ingenious when it comes to working under less than perfect conditions.  He also offers great advice as to how best accomplish a needed change or upgrade.  Upon meeting him for the first time and explaining the difficulties I was facing with a husband who recently had a stroke and needing the house readied for his return free of obstacles, he told me he had my back., and he is true to his word.    I feel most comfortable in recommending Paul to anyone; he is professional and trustworthy and has provided me with a level of comfort much needed at this time.

Had major plumbing issues.  Julio came by the same day I called and quoted me the job which was very reasonable.  They did a great job!  Our house is on a slap so best thing to do was Re-route our hot and cold water pipes.  They even had someone come and take care of the Sheetrock.   our house looks like nothing was done to it.  I will always call recommend Star Rooter & Plumbing.

Great service, took care of everything amd also suggested some precautionary hose replacements which we would have missed otherwise.

The owner of Next Generation and one of his plumbers came out to my place to reinstall an 18 gas line to my stove. Yes, that's short.  They were punctual, arriving at the time I was told. They were able to shimmy behind the stove, disconnect the line and install a line of proper length. They also referred me to Cousin's Maine Lobstet truck for dinner. Good experience!

Terrible time getting someone out to give and estimate. Never called back to keep us updated. Waited two days and contacted them multiple times and still never got them to come out

I am so happy we found Keshab. He responded promptly to my inquiry and set an appointment to replace our bathroom faucet. Keshab came by as scheduled and did an excellent job. We are so pleased with our new faucet. Thank you Keshab!

We hired Pelican Plumbing to move laundry hook-ups from an outside porch into our garage. They gave us an estimate that was reasonable and when I called to accept, they were able to set a date set a date shortly after I called. They told me it would take two days, which it did exactly. The new hook-ups look great, very neat. They vented the dryer in such a way that most of the venting line is not visible. They removed all the old hook-ups so that area also looks tidy and ready for other use.

I called Jorge for a sewer lateral replacement and he was very quick to respond. His quoted a great price for the work and his service was exceptional. In the end, his crew completed the work in a single day and cleaned up the worksite very well. He also gave me opinions on french drain placement and my interior plumbing which was very helpful information.  I would highly recommend Jorge and his team and they will be my first choice for plumbing needs in the future.

The last time I used a plumber because their prices were lower than Lunt Marymor I was sorry for it. It really is true you get what you pay for. I started using Lunt Marymor a few years ago and have been a happy client ever since. Araceli who answers the phone is warm, gracious and genuinely interested in taking care of me. Antonio who usually comes to my house is easy to work and always very prompt. They are a company that's been around for a long time with employees who are loyal and skillful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality service with warm and friendly employees.

I've used Albert Nahman Plumbing twice now, once for a busted on-demand water heater and once for a new sewer lateral.  They.  Are.  Awesome.  
The heater broke on the weekend but they were open and were able to come out within 24 hours and knew exactly what they were looking at.  
They just finished my sewer lateral replacement and even though they had to dig up a lot of landscaping, you would never know it.  They replaced everything so that it looks exactly the same as before.  They even patched the driveway where they had to break up the asphalt.  Plus, their price was 2/3 that of the other estimates I got.  
And everyone I have spoken with, from the first person to answer the calls through the final payment and paperwork have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
