I've used Kenneth Asire Plumbing eight times, six with Justin, two with Vlad  --old  water heater repair, new water heater installation, clearing drains and two toilet fixes,
Wonderful experiences. This company  actually has answered all  my phone calls or has phoned me right back. The person answering the phone has great communication skills and is professional and nice. Plumbers Justin and Vlad are both terrific, prompt, and professional. I really like that the company texts with updates.

Our water heater was making a lot of loud popping noises that can be heard in our home and according to my research it needed cleaning/flushing so I posted a request for a job quote on Yelp.  I received a reply from Abraham within a few minutes and scheduled an appointment the next day.  They tried to perform a cleaning and a flush but there was too much sediment built up so he gave us options to either perform a thorough cleaning or replace the water heater and the broken valve since it was over 30years old.  We went with a replacement and he was able to replace our water heater the next day.  The job was done quickly and the price was right.  Highly recommended.

Pilot light on my water heater kept turning off. Called Vango and they came out within the hour. The Tech, Ronnie, was very honest, informative, and answered all my questions. He was able to fix my problem in less than hour. Have to say, I am very pleased with the tech and company. Very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Ronnie.

I found this company to be extremely responsible and the communication was off the charts good. My tech who came out to help with power clean  backing up into the garage basin. It was a very sincere attempt. Roman worked very diligently to unclog the pipes but unfortunately after his time here,  I had to call in  rotor rooter. Roman had only a 25 foot maximum length tool and I had to pay a fortune to rotor router because he brought a 50 footer. He was able to unclog the system but I can't give Roman and his company a five star because their tool wasn't long enough but I did appreciate the quick response and willingness to give it your best shot. Just as a caveat, if you call out rotor rooter get a quotation first because it cost before hundred dollars for the first hour and I'll never use them again.

We had problem with our drainage in the bathroom which caused a leak in our closet downstairs. He came to check it out and advised what needed to be done. He was able to fix it and replace any outdated parts. Thanks Ben.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

We hired Handyman Heroes for a facelift for our home.  They did a great job!  Larry, the owner, is very kind, professional, and customer focused.  Carlos and Roberto painted the house, our gate, and put wood slats around the windows and garage.  We were so pleased with the outcome and the pricing was very competitive.  They worked efficiently, cared about the job they did and were great guys.  I would highly recommend Larry and his team!

I am a smal client, but have used Lunt Marymor over the past ten years for a variety of jobs.

A few months ago we had a dispute over a estimate for some work that was resolved to my satisfaction. It involved not getting an estimate and a subsequent bill.
After the problem was resolved, I told the representative I would continue to use the company for my plumbing needs.

This past Friday I had a problem with my water heater and called Lunt Marymor first thing.

I left a voice mail at approx. 8:30 am
After not hearing back, I called again around 10 am and talked to Katy? who said she had a crew in Los Altos but maybe someone could come by in the afternoon.
She promised she would check with them and get back to me.
At around 11:00 I called again and talked to another woman who said Katy? was on the problem and would call me back.
At around 12:30 I called again and left a voicemail pleading for someone to call me back and give me an update.
Since my first call and since then I still have not received any calls from your office.

Two voice mails and two conversations with a human in one morning and no return calls....ever.
A simple we are too busy and can't help you today would have been fine.
I was very happy with their service in the past and all the work they did was a little pricey, but very professional.

I will not use Lunt Marymor in the future and would not recommend them.

Prior to the repair, Joel responded to all my email concerns and inquiries. On the scheduled day, Joel's team arrived earlier. They immediately went to work to systematically diagnose the problem. I thought the problem was big as I imagined. A dishonest plumber can always take advantage of this situation. But Joel's team was very honest and gave suggestions on how to fix it right and the cheapest way. No unnecessary repairs were done. He was accurate and straight to the point. No surprises on the fees. What he quoted from the start will still be the same when the job's done. By the way they are very friendly, too. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, HONEST, on-time plumber team.. go with Joel's ATLAS PLUMBING and ROOTER!

After reviewing plumbers in my area, Honarth and Stacey got rave reviews from many of their clients.  After trying other plumbers, I decided to try a new one with good reputation.  Joey and Jordan came promptly and efficiently fixing things on my list.  They were cordial, helpful, and skillful.  I feel so good about this company and their work.  Their rate is reasonable and I am so glad to find a good plumber in my neighborhood.  Highly recommend them!!!

I had a intermittent leak from the master bathroom into the kitchen below. The stuff of nightmares for homeowners. Awais responded to yelp message quickly, arrived the next day, quickly cut through the kitchen ceiling and diagnosed the problem. Extra points for wearing a mask.

We found Savior Plumbing through Angie's List many years ago and have called them to service our tankless hot water heater and clear our sewer line. Their technicians have been excellent every time.

This past week, their technician Colin came to clear a blockage. Not a pleasant job, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem and also checked our sewer line relative to other properties. He was very thorough, and also cleared the gunk in a bathroom sink.

Making the appointment didn't take long, and they were able to reschedule for earlier in the week when the problem recurred unexpectedly. They initially gave a 2-hour time frame when a technician would come, then I received a call and text from Colin with an updated time of arrival. I also appreciated an email receipt.

Technicians as well as the administrative staff have been very professional.

Rey and his team have been great to us through projects big and small. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. It is a family operation, and it shows through the quality of their work and the attention paid to each job. We will keep using Rey as long as possible!

Nothing like seeing mold streaming down the side of your new house!  These guys arrived in a few hours, the only people available on a holiday weekend, and did a sewer replacement on a sunday morning! So grateful for the whole team, from phone operator to the men wielding shovels and hammers.

Paul provided competitive pricing and was able to hang my outdoor TV in a prompt turn around time frame. He even was able to pick up a longer extension cord on the way. I'd definitely recommend him for anyone wanting an outdoor tv hung, or any handyman service really. My family has him lined up for a few other jobs as we were very happy with his services.

I think this plumbing service call is a racket!!  No one will provide a quote on the phone to snake out your drain line!!!  Not even a ball park quote of it usually cost between $200 to $300.  They say it's will be quoted by the service plumber upon his initial visit.  They do make it clear that the service visit is $89, and will be applied to the final cost if you accept it.
After the visit, to snake out my outside floor drain (easy access, power, and an existing hose bib was close by), the field plumber quoted $375!!  And if you do not accept this price, you need to pay $89 to field inspect the job, which was a 10 min inspection.
As such, I felt trapped, you either pay the high unreasonable quote of $375, or pay $89 for the service call to inspect the job!!
Of course I accepted the $375 quote, and to snake out my outside floor drain took a total of 20 minutes - 5 min to set up, 10 min to snake out, and 5 min to pack up can collect my charge card for payment.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Valley Plumbing came recommended from a friend and I am really glad that I hired them to fix our bathroom sink.  I was able to book for an appointment for the very next day in the AM.  Our service guy was on time,  very nice and extremely quick.  Prices were on par with others in the area and felt like we got a good value for the work we had done.  He was in and out within the hour but before he left, he even asked if there was anything else we needed done.  I would definately recommend them to others and will call them again when we have future plumbing jobs.
