Called Kenneth for the third time and just like the first two times, he was easy to schedule for a visit, communicative all the way leading up to and after the appointment, and more than fair on pricing. He is trustworthy and does great work! His office manager who takes appointments and calls is equally professional and efficient. Couldn't ask for a more genuine, efficient and honest small business!

I do not recommend Atlas because of their sales tactics.  I contacted them on 10/24 regarding a clogged garage drain.  They refused to provide a quote even though I told them the exact issue, and said they could assume no more than one hour of work.  

They wanted me to leave work, meet the plumber on-site, and only then would they give a proposal, and would want to do the work right then.  It's an aggressive, slimy sales tactic.  They know what they will charge, but won't tell me until I'm already committed and on-site, since they know I'm then likely to say yes.  Very frustrating.

After purchasing a home that had radiant heated floors in the master bath that was conveniently placed on the sales ad but not working correctly when we closed escrow and moved in.

I called 100 companies and many wouldn't touch the project due to the unknowns in our system.

I lucked out and contacted Innovative Radiant Heating and the representative assured me they would get our system back up and running.

I set an appointment for today and within 1 hour of arrival
my system's panel had been rewired and our bath floors were heating!!!

My 13-year-old gas water heater's overflow pipe was slowly dripping when I used the online chat feature of Plumbing Care's website to reach out ~7pm on a weeknight. Was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out the next day between 12-2. (Again, this was a slow leak that only produced about a half inch of water in ~17 hours in the roast pan I shoved underneath the pipe; I did not press for a same-day appointment.) Was notified by text (with ID picture) and phone call prior to the arrival of the technician. Alvictor pulled up slightly before the promised 2-hour arrival window and less than 2 hours later a new 40 gallon water heater with an 8 year warranty was in place.

Arrived and finished the work on time.  Changed garbage disposal. Very kind and knowledgeable about plumbing! Thank you!

We found Savior Plumbing through Angie's List many years ago and have called them to service our tankless hot water heater and clear our sewer line. Their technicians have been excellent every time.

This past week, their technician Colin came to clear a blockage. Not a pleasant job, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem and also checked our sewer line relative to other properties. He was very thorough, and also cleared the gunk in a bathroom sink.

Making the appointment didn't take long, and they were able to reschedule for earlier in the week when the problem recurred unexpectedly. They initially gave a 2-hour time frame when a technician would come, then I received a call and text from Colin with an updated time of arrival. I also appreciated an email receipt.

Technicians as well as the administrative staff have been very professional.

Rey is the best! He was first recommended to us in 2005 when our water heater broke down. He was the third plumber we called for an estimate, and the only one who had a suggestion that didn't require us to tear up the floor of several downstairs rooms. (Earthquake damage had rendered the existing pipes useless.) Instead he installed a tankless heater, which saved us money on the original repair as well as on our monthly bill.

Since then, Rey has been our go to, and we recommend him to all our friends and family. Our house was built in 1926 and the plumbing is almost as old. We are on a tight budget, and he has provided us with options that we can afford. When our ancient single-vent floor furnace died two years ago, he replaced it and gave us warmth throughout the house, quickly and at a reasonable price.

Rey is professional and efficient, responds promptly and does great work. And he's a really great guy who's a pleasure to be around.

Great service - everyone was kind, efficient, and organized. Had our heater looked at by PG&E and they suggested a heating pro, so voila, Jazz showed up on the top of the Yelp listings, with 5 stars and seemingly good business sense. Ravi showed up, tested, took apart, diagnosed, replaced (pilot generator), tested, cleaned up, took payment, all with a smile and under an hour. Awesome.

We had a last minute leak and we had to leave town.  They came right away and fixed it for a very reasonable rate.  I would absolutely recommend them for future.

Hot water heater needed to be replaced.  Very courteous and explained costs   Not discounted but great customer service

I found Albert Nahman Plumbing from the Good Service Guide that I received in the mail. We had a problem with the pilot light going on on our hot water heater, I called to set up an appointment and told the service writer that I had already replaced the thermo-couple conversion kit and it is only 4 years old and I would like to have a plumber come out who is knowledgeable and who could test other components. She said no problem we can do that for you. The plumber came out yesterday and I told him that I already replaced the thermo-couple, and he said that is what he was going to do. So he proceeded to take a look at it anyway, he called his supervisor on the phone to ask what else could be wrong and then said it could be the gas valve. I could hear his supervisor talking over his cell phone and he was yelling at him when he told him I put in the part myself. I have been an automotive tech for 18 yrs. Another $45.00 wasted for someone telling me (not testing anything) that it could be the gas valve? What a joke! This is the second plumber that I have used out of the Good Service Guide, the first one from Pipeline Plumbing tried to sell me a new water heater because he didn't know how to diagnose anything either. I called the manufacturer and it ended up being a reset button. Doesn't anybody know how to repair anything anymore? It seems now days they just want to replace because they don't have any skills or knowledge to test anything. So I had to end up fixing it myself. So much for calling in the Professionals! I wouldn't recommend anybody to use the Good Service Guide seems like all of the reviews were written back when people really repaired and had a brain or they wrote the reviews themselves. It's sad when you can't trust people anymore. Never would use again!

I spoke with Chris in the morning because our bathtub and toilet were clogged and sewage was overflowing. It was disgusting! He sent someone over that same day to check our outlet and snake the drain; problem fixed! Same day service, yes!

Oakland Rooter and Plumbing was excellent. I experienced a clogged sink and broken garbage disposal and reached out to them to discuss a quote. They were super responsive and were able to come out the same day to diagnose and fix the issue. They were upfront about the costs and reasonably priced. Jose and Abraham, the plumbers who came onsite, were on time, knowledgeable, clear in their communication about the work they were doing, and gave good tips for avoiding similar issues in the future. They were also very efficient/the whole job was done in roughly an hour. They wore masks and were very clean while in the house (they wore booties and took all debris from the job with them). I would highly recommend Oakland Rooter and Plumbing to others!

After learning about a leak in our main water supply to our house, I contacted Zero Leaks Plumbing. Upon calling them, they were able to come the following morning. I knew where the leak was so Jorge fixed the pipe, rather quickly

Jorge was reasonably priced and his communication was great. Thank you Zero Leaks Plumbing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Prompt response. Resolved the issue with a quick fix. No charge. But a new disposal replacement may be required in the near future. I know who to contact, Carlos at Lance Plumbing.

We had an appointment with the contractor for a period of 2 hours, BUT no one showed up!!!

After my complaint, someone knowledgeable showed up, changing my  rating to neutral.

We had been having an issue with our shower for months, and we had a couple of plumbers come by and none of them were able fix it. The water would oscillate between freezing cold and scolding hot, making us want to avoid showering at the house. It was horrible.

In a couple of hours, JJ Rooter & Plumbing completely fixed the shower! The shower looks amazing, and even more importantly, it works!  

I'm very happy with their services and I recommend it!

Supreme Plumbing and Heating were great! They arrived early, fixed the problem quickly and charged me a fair rate. They are friendly and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend using them and am really happy with their service - definitely 5 stars.
