Jorge is a lifesaver, I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking terribly.  I called and asked how soon he could be over at around 3:30pm and also let him know I had a dinner engagement at 5:30pm.  He said he'd be right over . . . I was cautiously optimistic about this good fortune, but sure enough he came right over and replaced the faucet in time for me to make it to my dinner engagement.  Jorge and his team were extremely pleasant and efficient.  I would highly recommend him to all of my friends.

I had a couple of leaks.  The primary one was the shower upstairs was leaking down to the lower level.  I had had 2 people work on a similar leak, but it turned out it was a minor repair that I had done (to replace a washer to stop a drip) that caused it.  Because of the original work, it was definitely non-trivial to fix.  The second leak, a toilet tank, I figured was easy and I had been putting it off.  Turns out it was much harder than we both thought, because some idiot in the past had glued the screws into the tank that held the tank on the bowl!  He was able to saw through the screws and do a proper job.

All of this took a lot longer than I figured it would, due to hidden and unexpected problems that cropped up, through no fault of Zero Leaks, but the price was reasonable.

Jorge was friendly and clean.  I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing issue.

We had a mystery leak. It wasn't the toilets, and the people fixing our irrigation didn't fix the leak. We had $400 water bills - even having a teenager isn't enough to triple our bill from one year to the next!

Jorge found the leak and stopped it. He made sure there wasn't another leak. He fixed the parts he could fix, and told us what else needed to be done. And all for less money than other leak finders would charge just to find the leak!

I will definitely call Jorge and Zero Leaks Plumber if I ever get another leak.

Jorge came at once  on a Sunday evening.  Both toilets were not working.  I had called Roto Rooter and they scheduled me in but cancelled.  Luckily a friend recommended Zero Leaks.  He snaked out the main line and the problem was solved.  He had the right machine and knew how to use it.

very repsonsive. we had an overnight issue and they set up a time right away.  with help they were able to determine it was not a true 'emergency' so we did a small fix til they arrived to do entire fix.  Bottom line they saved us $100 with their honesty.  Customer service fantastic.  Phone etiquette fantastic.  We will always use them.

This review is a few months overdue!  We called Zero Leaks Plumber when our Kenmore refrigerator stopped working.  We pulled it away from the wall and found that the Sears Home Serviceman had damaged the water supply valve and water had been slowly leaking behind our refrigerator for almost 2 years! Jorge came out, found the part that needed to be replaced and fixed it.  (I still have to solve the floor water damage with Sears).  Then on Thanksgiving eve we came home and found that our water heater (under our house) was leaking and stopped working. We called Jorge again.  He gave us the best price.  He picked up the new water heater for us.  Delivered it and along with his worker installed the water heater.  This was a difficult install because we have a steep driveway, you have to climb through a short door in the garage to get under the house.  Then, the water heater sits on a platform so you have to climb up a 5 step ladder (again all under our home).  Jorge did it!!!  We have hot water again.  Now, today, he's back at my home to fix a water leak in our downstairs bathroom toilet.  We didn't know it was leaking until another construction worker found the leak.  He is the nicest man.  He does excellent work.  We will call him again for anything else that may go wrong.

After learning about a leak in our main water supply to our house, I contacted Zero Leaks Plumbing. Upon calling them, they were able to come the following morning. I knew where the leak was so Jorge fixed the pipe, rather quickly

I called Jorge (the owner) on a Friday night and asked if he could replace my toilet. He was wonderful. He came to my house the very next morning. By 10 am that Saturday morning I had a brand new toilet fully installed. Very reasonable price and a very nice man. Give him a call, you won't be sorry.

Used request an estimate via Yelp, got a prompt response on a Saturday and a Sunday estimate and service.  The price was very reasonable and very happy with the weekend support.  Thanks again.

Jorge is an awesome plumber.  We had a hot water heater fail on us in the middle of a pandemic. The heater supplied multiple units. Jorge was able to install a new heater very quickly. He is a highly skilled and is courteous.  A great guy to work with. And  fairly priced.

Very prompt service!! Called at 9:30 am on a Saturday and Jorge was at my house at noon! Jorge didn't try to upsale me for my leaking water heater.  He had the equipment in the truck and the part he needed so Jorge was in and out in less than an 30 minutes; plus I wasn't charged an arm and a leg.

This post is past due,  but I wanted to make sure Zero Leaks Plumber gets kudos from us! They came on a Sunday very last minute to fix our leaking sink. Jorge was very professional and so was Margarita. She kept me up to date with what needed to be done. I love how transparent this was. We are def. using them for all our plumbing needs from here on out!

Extremely unreliable.  No show no call multiple times. Hired to install tankless water heater.  I purchased the one he recommended then he said he couldn't install it. I was charged 20% restocking fee to return. So $200. Then he charged me $300 over estimate for a job he said would take another 200$ to finish up to code. Which estimate was for right?  This for installing a regular water heater. Never showed up to finish job then his wife Margarita gave me a whole bunch of attitude and excuses.  So my water heater halfway installed and they just disappeared. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional.

Jorge at Zero Leaks is my go-to person for my plumbing needs.  He has installed a toilet and a faucet, repaired a pressure-assisted toilet, and cleared clogged drain pipes from outside.  He also does bathroom tile.  He finds the cause of the problem quickly, makes great recommendations and uses and recommends quality material.  Very knowledgeable.  His price is fair.

Sadly not a good experience. Not everyone can win I guess but wasted a day off. Maybe invest in a navigation system would help greatly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the service I received and the price was great. It was my son's birthday and some how one of the pipes under my sink busted. I couldn't do anything that day but I was trying to get someone to look at it the next day. Zero Leaks came through, fixed the problem and did so with respect. I recommended them to my Dad too. He lives in Hayward but they still went there to see if they could help him. All I know is if I have another plumbing problem, I know who to call. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

This business has no such knowledge of running a business. Constantly the guy Jorge harassed my mother by using racial slurs via phone calls/texts. Take up the bad review and improvise. Also, attaching a picture of message from the worker Jorge -- disgusting.
Gas leaks are dangerous. Obviously, we only asked these people to come back and change what PGE recommended because they said it was not installed right. Smh.

Margarita offered outstanding communication through Yelp's online messaging and was able to accommodate our plumbing tasks on relatively short notice. Jorge did a great job here onsite and was able to help come up with a creative solution to install our new Nebia shower assembly. Altogether, I'm very happy with the work completed and would recommend their services.

Very reliable plumbing company. Called for an emergency leak in our shower and was told they'd check for an available plumber, within minutes, they called back and sent Jorge to our house. Jorge came within 40mins as promised and was very knowledgeable. He fixed our shower in no time. Will def recommend them!!

Everything about my experience with Zero Leaks Plumber was an absolute pleasure.  Margarita was incredibly responsive and made it very easy to schedule a next-day appointment.  I really appreciated how transparent she was with pricing and that she scheduled an appointment for a specific time, rather than a multi-hour window.

Jorge and his wonderful helper, Michael, showed up 5 mins. early to our scheduled appointment and both were extremely professional, courteous, and clean.  Jorge very competently installed my new toilet, did a beautiful caulking job, and cleaned everything up afterwards.  There was not a trace of garbage when he left and he took my old toilet away as well.

The new toilet I purchased unexpectedly needed a longer water supply pipe but thankfully Jorge had one in his truck so he was able to replace it without delay.  He charged a very reasonable price for the extra pipe and his meticulous services.

It is Christmas day I came home to a flooded floor at 7 pm. I contacted our reliable plumber Jorge he responded immediately and came to fix the problem. Jorge is one of the most hardworking and honest people I have ever met. He went out of his way on Christmas day to help me so that I didn't have to spend the night surrounded by water.

Jorge has done work on our plumbing for about 5 years. We live at the bottom of a hill in a very old house which has always caused plumbing issues. We went through 5 plumbers before we thankfully found Jorge. In those 5 years, Jorge has been consistently reliable, honest, and hardworking.
Jorge is incredibly intelligent, resourceful, and creative. We have never had an issue with any of his work. He will do the job right the first time! He can problem solve any tricky plumbing issues. He has solved problems with our plumbing when 5 other plumbers were unsuccessful. He really knows what he's doing. He responds quickly. He works fast and efficiently. He is kind, professional, and respectful. He is more than fair in his pricing especially considering you will never have to deal with the same issue ever again. He doesn't create more problems he fixes them!

If you want the problem solved once and for all he is the one you want to call. He ensures that everything he does is to the highest quality and standards. He will not cut corners. He is extremely honest and straightforward. Don't waste your money going to anyone else.

My toilet randomly started leaking where it connects to the floor. I called Zero Leaks and they were able to dispatch someone in under an hour who was courteous, informative, and left a spotless work area. A few weeks later my garbage disposal and faucet went down at the same time. Jose came out and diagnosed the whole problem and took care of it, also fixing my dishwasher in the same visit.

Not knowing about plumbing I always get the feeling that I'm being lied to or gauged. Not with Jose. He's great!

A day ago a plumber that goes by the name of Jorge came into our apartment to fix our toilet that we have been having trouble on for years now , since we moved into this apartment ( 7 years already) our toilet would make this very loud sound and leak water and it would actually waste a lot of water , we've always complained about it but no one really did anything about it the plumber let us know he was going to change the toilet because it was old , it didn't take long to change and it works great we haven't heard the loud noise since! And the plumber also helped out with our sink that was almost detached from the wall ,and fixed out shower head i am very grateful

Margarita was very responsive and made the whole process easy for us.  She came back with a very competitive estimate and gave us the receipts for all purchases made, and was clear on the labor fees.  Our toilet was replaced the next day,  the old one hauled away, leaving our restroom in tip-top condition.  The repair is under warranty,so we can contact them to resolve any issues after installation.  This company really cares about their clients, and are very conscientious in every regard.  We are happy to support small businesses in our local community!

We had a serious leak that two previous plumbers could not resolve. We called Jorge and came out on a Sunday to evaluate the leak and repaired it. He did this at no extra cost. His assessment cost 1/2 of other leak detection services. He repaired the leak and the cost was exactly what he had quoted to us, even as the hours went on. We will certainly use his company again.I will also suggest them to any friends we have.

My experience was great, though short. I called Zero Leaks at 8:30am about a suspected underground irrigation leak. They scheduled me same day at 11am. Jorge arrived 5 mins. early and was very polite and professional. In less than 5 mins. he helped me locate a valve that was stuck open. I hadn't seen puddling because it was a drip zone. With the good news that I had no leaks, Jorge did not charge me anything for his trip! I will definitely call Zero Leaks for my next plumbing need.

Great service, easy to schedule picked up the water heater we picked out at Home Depot and was over and changing out our water heater within a day.

Jorge has fixed a clogged drain, broken sink faucet, and solved a too-low-flow toilet problem in our new rental all within the last couple months. He is so friendly, responsive, and efficient! On this most recent visit, Jorge was only scheduled to fix the sink faucet but when I asked his opinion about the problem toilet too, he took a look and quickly fixed the issue without any hesitation. My husband and I are really glad to have such a reliable person to call when problems arise!

What I liked about Zero Leaks Plumber is that they were able to come out right away I had an  emergency situation and no one I called would come, they were able to fix the problem fast and the price they quoted me on the phone  was very reasonable but when the job was done I got an even lower price for the work they did, it was great. They are very friendly and communicated with me through the whole process, I highly recommend there services and will definitely be calling again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service-I would highly recommend. Jorge, the main plumber, made sure I knew exactly what my options were, and what I was potentially going to need. He came at any given hour to help out when needed, even before embarking on our plumbing overhaul. Truly appreciated, great job-will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs.

I can't comment on that quality of work as they never showed up for the job scheduled and didn't inform me the reason why.

I have used Zero Leaks (Jorge) on 3 different occasions - from installing toilets, installing bath faucet and shower to more recently, replacing my clogged drain pipe (exterior).  On each of these occasions he has done excellent work for a very reasonable price.  On top of his excellent workmanship, he is genuinely an honest, hardworking man.  Highly recommend!!

Poor communication skills, unprofessional, and argumentative when the work that was done was less than adequate. Unprepared with bringing parts to make repair and returning and installing a used part the next day for a hot water heater gauge and when it had complications with remaining lit, told property manager that it was tampered with upon being confronted became argumentative. Brought his child with him and continually sent the child back and forth to get him tools from the van. Upon leaving had to return because he was not certain he tightened the hoses and knobs. The over all quality of work was less then zero stars. We have informed the property managers to not resend this company back for repairs in the future due to the confrontational attitude and lack of professionalism.

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE .... Guy made an appointment to come to apartment for Tuesday, Sept 4 at 11:30 AM in Oakland.  Did not show up; we called ... no one picked up ...  left a message at 11:45Am ... no one called back.  Waited until 12:45PM.

Jorge did an amazing job coming to our apartment to help us. We had to schedule it as an emergency and he came out at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. We had been having issues with the leaks on four separate occasions and finally contacted Jorge. He was able to fix the issue in the bathroom ASAP and made sure to clean up afterwards. (This was not even his fault since it had been the faulty plumbing line.) Overall, Jorge did a wonderful job and I am so glad he came out to help us!
