Amazing service! Our water heater went out Saturday night. We called Carlos who responded right away and offer to replace it on Sunday morning. We discussed our options and an estimate over the phone. He brought over a new water heater and installed in a few hours. His service is careful, clean and he is knowledgeable and skilled. My highest recommendation!

Our Rheem water heater stopped putting out hot water, and since it was under warranty, and was displaying an error light, we called the manufacturer.  The manufacturer sent us the parts they said we needed.  We called Carlos, based on these great reviews, to install the parts. He showed up the same day.  Turns out we only needed the gas line to be cleared and the pilot light reset!  The parts were not needed at all.  It was a half hour visit.  What a kind, understanding, knowledgeable and caring individual.  So glad we called him instead of a big company, who likely would have charged us a minimum of several hours for labor!  Carlos will definitely be our plumber for all our future needs. Highly recommend!

I called for a quick repair on a clogged sink that I had. Not only was Carlos prompt, helpful and talked us through every step of what he was doing but he also showed us tips for how to avoid having the problem happen again.

Carlos is absolutely amazing!!!! We had been experiencing a smell coming from our sink for the past few weeks and tried everything to get it to go away but we couldn't figure it out. Carlos was so polite and tried to troubleshoot it over the phone. We tried a few things and the smell went away. A few days later the smell was back, Carlos came by and basically discovered two major leaks within our crawl space. He was polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy!! He does amazing work and will forever be our go to plumber!! If you have any plumbing issues, Carlos is who you should hire!!

I called Lance Plumbing because I was getting knocking sounds in my house when the sprinklers were turning on/off.  Carlos was incredibly helpful.  He spent time evaluating the situation before offering a recommendation.  I was very happy that he wanted to do what was right for me, and not dive into unnecessary work that I would be charged for.  In the end, he replaced and anchored some valves that were causing the problem.  He worked fast, clean and efficient.  I'll definitely be calling them the next time I need plumbing help.

Needed help with our tankless water heater. Tried multiple plumbers but none could make it today. Found Carlos and he came to the house after his last job on way home. It was so appreciated. Lance Plumbing (Carlos) performed a quick and efficient fix to my broken garden water fixture.  When the fixture snapped off due to being old and worn I had to cut off the water and make an emergency call.  Discovered that Lance Plumbing had a unanimous 5-star rating in Yelp and Nextdoor as well !

We had a bathroom in the basement that was clogged and Carlos was able to check it out on short notice and after a quick snake was able to determine that it was due to our sewage ejector pump that was stuck.

He gave me a quote but we wanted to get a few more quotes before we continued.

Had a problem with a leaky bathtub upstairs - water pouring running from the bathtub through the ceiling into the downstairs.  

Talked to Carlos at Lance.  He was very responsive.  Set up an appointment for the next weekday.  Carlos came in, identified the issue (long story, but the overflow was installed by a 2nd grader - need a yelp review on that contractor, but I'll wait till giving zero stars is possible).  Carlos had the problem identified and fixed quickly, and the bill was reasonable.  He's my go-to.

Our toilet was hissing and the valve had clearly failed. A neighbor gave us the name, and I called late Saturday afternoon expecting voicemail. Carlos answered, and after explaining our problem asked Me to text him our address so he could let me know what time he could come Monday. Carols put laundry hook ups in our garage. He was fast and did quality work. He also identified and fixed other plumbing related issues in our house. All of this work for a fair price. Highly recommended. Five stars.

Carlos came over today from Lance plumbing. To be be frank, I was unsure because the moment I asked for a quote from several plumbing companies for my water heater that stopped working, I got some really high estimates. Same experience with my roof leak and other work.

What I found most important in deciding who to go with was honesty and clear explanation of what works what was needed and why. And every time everything worked out, it came down to the character of the person which I'd like to say I can discern talking to people. The ones that are really friendly and try asking about your personal life - your kids and family and the weather/small talk, to make you try to trust them....fake. They're doing it to butter you up so you won't say no to their prices. If you're unsure, just ask yourself if the work justifies the cost and compare with others. I know I'm stating the obvious but don't get suckered.

Carlos from Lance I can say with confidence is an honest and sincere guy. From quote to work, he's maintained integrity and workmanship I wish others would use as their standard. True to his explanations, there was more to what i could see. Yes, i tried youtubing that made DIY seem simple and i thought i could just replace the thermocouple or the burner myself but my unit was 15 yrs old and Carlos explained in detail why i needed to replace it. We all know things deteriorate over time and water heaters are no exception. Not only will things break down but during its course, it can adversely impact other parts of the house. Rust is one of them (see pics). I didn't know that there was so much rust in my water tank. I could only imagine it running through my house thru the pipes and faucets and into my family's digestive systems!

Anyway, listen to what you're told and see if it makes sense. With Carlos, it not only made sense but it's no nonsense, very reasonable pricing (definitely better than most out there) and my water heater is now perfect.

Carlos is very responsive and very knowledgeable.  Our shower was leaking into the kitchen below.  We didn't know how it was leaking. Carlos came and determined that it was not the plumbing but a problem with the shower wall.  There was nothing he could do about that but it was a pleasure meeting him. He's a real professional.

We just asked him install a dishwasher (from scratch, not just replacing). Carlos first gave an honest price estimate and explained both what he had to do and what these sorts of services cost (great to have the explanation). He took care of all the small parts (just had to buy the actual dishwasher). He did really good work, showed me his step-by-step work, and made sure everything was working before he left. He even found a slightly better pipe solution that made everything look better.

Last, I also want to emphasize how nice of a person he is to work with. He was not pushy about the work at all and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work he is doing.  I definitely plan on using him again!

Carlos was amazing - he helped us replace a faulty shutoff valve for our washer/dryer.  He was incredibly punctual, did great work and was priced very reasonably.   He's the first person I'm calling for the next plumbing need!
