Rey came and I was so impressed. Fixed problem. Was friendly and courteous. One month later, the shower he fixed would. Ot turn off. Called and couldnt get through. Tested and learned he was outta town. Asked for advice. Nothing. Found someone to fix it. Still haven't heard from Rey-out about $800 just with his work.

Highly recommend. Quality work at affordable rates. We live in a Mobile house and have found not many plumbers can do the necessary work. Precision can and did an excellent job.

Dominick did a great job figuring out where my leak was coming from in my shower / tub. I was ready to rip out tile to get to the leak, and within 20 minutes he figured out where the issue was, and had it fixed.  ( I guess I should not have waited a year to have this fixed as I was sure it was going to be $$$.  He also fixed a secondary leak in my second bathroom where water was leaking from  the hot and cold knobs in about 5 minutes.

He was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and cost effective. I would recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

Adolfo was willing to come out and deal with a clogged shower drain on Christmas Day. Did a great job, courteous and all at a fair cost.

I moved into a house and from day 1 had plumbing problems and the Management Company who I will Yelp sent out 2 plumbers upon which I had previous contact with some years back, not in a good way.  These men did a horrible job and my Freak Flag was standing solid.
 THEN again another plumbing issue with the same toilet!! I was done and called FAST RESPONSE out to take a look. George and Billy came out, took photos and immediately saw the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done, took photos and gave me a estimate and said that this issue will never be fixed unless the pipes are moved and explained why!!! No run around at all and right to the point.
  I notified the Management Company and got Lip Service and called FAST RESPONSE up to have them repair the problem as a month had passed already with no resolution-
 Billy and Micheal came bright shiny and with eager to do their work. Billy saw his palette that he needed to work in however my boxes were in his way. Billy was VERY creative and had another job to do however left Micheal a Irish Lad here for 3 months behind to assist me in moving boxes under the house as Billy flew off to take care of the other job.
 I lost 50% use of my strong arm due to BC ( A survivor) and Michael and I moved everything and set up for Billy's return. The work began, it was like watching Monet at work and I sat with both Billy and Micheal for 6 plus hours working on the pipeline that had to be completely moved because they were going upwards not downwards crappie contractor the owners had!
  FAST RESPONSE did a Magical job and were absolutely wonderful and in a good way very anal double checking their work, working with pipes and cutting them in perfect fashion for them to fit, using their experience and imagination on the spot to repair knuckheads failure.
  I had a wonderful day watching, talking with both gentlemen!!! The laughter and humor as well as lessons was great.
 Michael is from Ireland and has a very heavy Irish brough upon which I could barely understand , he's assisting Billy during his stay and learning. Billy is very patient with Michael and teaching him along the way lol a lot of what's and head cocking however both a splendid team and at day's end the work was done exceptionally well and my stomach hurt from all the laughter. As Michael said, He had a Crack of a day!!!! Both Billy and I said, don't say that in front of a Cop...Bwahahaa
 FAST RESPONSE didn't leave until they were absolutely sure the toilet was repaired and explained what to look for in case it was still dripping. I awoke the next morning and checked and there was no problem at all.

Mike is awesome!  Real friendly and did a great job fixing and changing the broke. Faucet!  It wasn't an easy job taking out the rusted nut!

Antonio showed up within 45 minutes of my call to assess the water main break from meter to house. He wrote up a quote and within 2 hours Benjamin showed up to create a temporary bypass line to stop the water meter from spinning and costing me more $$$. They organized all the USA markings and came back a few days later. Benjamin and Arturo worked in concert to quickly, efficiently and very cleanly install a new line and conclude the work within 4 hours. Up and running and have not seen a better operation in a long time! Job well done and would certainly recommend TrenchFree to anyone else that is in need of these types of services.

Khan and associate came out the same day to fix a clogged toilet. In and out within the hour. Price after Yelp discount is reasonable. Great work!

They just completed our sewer-lateral overhaul for Alameda Co. compliance.  Service is professional, amicable, and transparent  ((quoted price for the work and final invoice were nearly identical))  Also, our sewer lateral was especially deep-down, but was apparently no problem for Will and his crew.   10/10 would recommend, and will certainly be calling them back for internal plumbing work in the coming months.

This is our 6th complete bathroom remodel in 3 different homes over the past 10 years.  I've also done quite a bit of home construction in a previous lifetime and am avid DIY'er. I'm very demanding on the quality of work. I've worked with a large number of remodeling crews, bath and whole home. Most of these are marginal with average or below quality.  Roman's team is the best with outstanding quality.  We could not be more pleased.  We had a cracked shower in a bathroom that we'd considered remodeling for quite a while. I was concerned the crack was due to underlying floor issues in our 25 year old home. As everyone knows, it is nearly impossible to find skilled help now. I discovered Roman through Yelp.  He was very responsive with fair prices and agreed to provide staff to diagnose the crack.  This initial work enabled me to further assess his team. After working with them for a couple of days we decided to remodel the entire bathroom: new shower with 24x12 tiles, same tiles on floor, custom 3/8 glass shower walls on 2 sides, new vanity, Hansgrohe faucets and controls, new baseboards, and repainting all walls and ceiling.  We encountered far more than the normal problems.  Roman quickly gave me fair and modified pricing to handle the additional tasks and his team quickly adjusted. The result is world class quality at very fair rates.  The tile work is impeccable. All corners are perfect 90 degrees and all surfaces flat, vertical and horizonal.  I put levels everywhere to verify.  They consistently proactively pointed out problems in the previous construction they could have hidden and would have resurfaced years later as apparently normal maintenance.  This was invaluable. Their attention to detail is outstanding.  For example, they caulked all baseboard lower and upper touch points to the floors and walls.  The caulk lines are perfect. The painting is spot on with exact lines where the walls and ceiling meet with different colors. They spray painted the doors which had many irregular corners.  They consistently went the extra mile to do things right.  The European style vanity required much customization for the drain and water lines.  They expertly modified the vanity and drains as well as the heat vent below.  We wanted a clean modern look.  The result is perfect. We could not be more pleased. We always use Roman and his team for home remodels in the future.

Joel and team were exceptional.  I can't recommend them highly enough especially in emergency situations.

I wanted to get my sewer inspected and certified by the city. This can be a huge undertaking and cost if it is not done right. Sam took time to inspect and reinspect all area to help avoid any additional cost and make sure it was done right. Sam is an exceptional technician. He walks you through the whole process, cost and any hiccups that show up along the way.  

They had to expose a good amount of the pipe to insure there were no crack or broken seals (digging 6 to 7 ft down and just as wide around) but at the end of the three days you couldn't tell they were there.
