Had work done on a clogged drainpipe. Kenneth provided wonderful service and was extremely helpful. Quick to respond, patient, efficient, thorough, definitely a professional job and we are more than highly satisfied. Left no trash or debris behind after he was done. He even took all the old pipes away to recycle! Discounts for public service employees (including postal service employees! not just policemen & firefighters), so we were grateful of that! There was a leaking issue for our dishwasher and garage disposal. I searched for help on Yelp and AB's plumbing was the most efficient company. The came several hours after my request and was able to fix everything in an hour. So efficient and handy!
I really encourage to hire them.

Used Vladimir to install a Phyn plus leak detection water system and PVR for my home in concord. His workmanship is superior.  It was a very difficult job with many water, electric and gas pipes in a compact area, I believe many plumbers would not take on such a job.  He was also very flexible about details of implementation.   Also after install was completed, Phyn Plus detected a water leak, which he helped me trouble shoot to a leaky toilet.  He arrived on time and finished up before end of day. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Ben installed my hot water heater last summer.  He was very friendly and professional.  He responded right away, on a SUNDAY, and stayed with it until we had a new hot water heater installed and working that afternoon.  He did great work for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday, the hot water heater's t/p valve released for some reason and water flooded into the pan, etc.  I contacted Ben, nearly a year later, and he responded right away.  He came over first thing this morning, checked it all out and installed a new valve, just to be safe.  We have hot water again and my family can rest easy.  

With all of the shady characters out there in the contracting/construction world, I just wanted to share that I think I've found a real, professional tradesman who stands by his work and cares about his clients.

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

We had a toilet and two faucets replaced. The plumber was very thorough and polite. The work is guaranteed and was done well. He took 6 hours to complete the job which really took us by surprise. I did call to discuss this and the manager was willing to negotiate an hour and a half off, and sent a check to me.

Overall, I am happy with the service and fact that they valued the customer enough to make this concession. I've dealt with other companies who would never budge on a job already paid for. Well done Valley Plumbing!

I needed to find out the brand for the valve I currently had installed (but the key identifying parts were broken off) and couldn't tell what the brand was.
I called and asked if they could help and I was told to just send some pictures and they would try to figure out the brand.
Within a minute I had my answer and they were right!

The company I contacted previously wanted to charge me $140 to identify the brand. So I was thrilled this company could help me without needing to send some one out or charge me for a min worth of research.

This post is past due,  but I wanted to make sure Zero Leaks Plumber gets kudos from us! They came on a Sunday very last minute to fix our leaking sink. Jorge was very professional and so was Margarita. She kept me up to date with what needed to be done. I love how transparent this was. We are def. using them for all our plumbing needs from here on out!

The reason this isn't one star is that the work was done well. That said, my interactions with Leigh Marymor left me severely concerned with his competence and integrity. We had a bid for him to replace our water pipes and install a new tankless water heater on the exterior of our garage. This was to be done while I was away on my honeymoon.

Problem #1: setbacks. He didn't seem to know the regulations regarding setback for an exterior mount. He said 4' to the property line, which is what we have. Later my HVAC guy says that this is wrong, and that it's 4' plus the depth of the heater itself. I tell Leigh and he says we should change the plan to an interior mount. He acknowledges no error on his part. It is now 1 week before my honeymoon.

This requires additional venting. Leigh and I had discussed this in-person with my contractor. My contractor was going to do the venting and estimated about $1,200 extra. Two days before my honeymoon, he tells me that Leigh said it requires special ducting with which he has no experience, and he would rather Leigh do it. Leigh agrees to do it, for $3,000. So much for my bid. Leigh accepts no responsibility, and says that my contractor must have been confused, when I personally was present and Leigh mentioned nothing about this.

A month later Leigh's guys come to do the venting. They arrive with no information about our plans, which Leigh knew. They pull out the manual for the water heater. They ask ME whether the ducting should go to the left or right of the water heater, as if I know? I mention to them the big expansion project which will alter the garage. Leigh didn't tell them. I have to get drawings for them. Later they tell me they need me to ask the neighbor for permission to put a ladder on their property, or else they can't proceed and need to build scaffolding.

Just to put a cherry on top, weeks later one of his team mentions to me offhandedly that the water heater cannot be in a dusty environment. Our contractor is doing major work using the garage as the base. We have a 6 month expansion project, using the garage as the base. Dust levels are immense. Leigh knew about all of this, and did an untenable install. Leigh takes no responsibility and I have to pay my contractor to reverse the air intake to go through the garage wall. Afterwards Leigh generously comes out to clean up the job I paid for.

I can believe that lots of people have had good luck. But you're rolling the dice.

It seems like new peope run this business.
I have used them in the past and they were fine.  Last week I used a coupon they sent for heating repair and inspection.  The technician was fine but here is what happened:
1. We have a common furnace but he did not have the filter and the office was closed (before 4:00 PM) so the technician called his shop and told me he would return the next day first thing (9:00 AM) and install the filter.  Nevertheless, I was forced to pay the entire fee for service.
2. The next day they contacted me and informed me they had to order the filter and would have to return the following week on Wednesday after the Juneteenth holiday at 9:00 AM.
3. I called the office and told the manager I wanted a refund because I paid and did not have a fully serviced furnace and that they should offer a rebate for my inconvenience.  The manager agreed and said I would be the first appointment on Wednesday.  
4. I still have not received my rebate.
5. On Wednesday I called as I did not receive a confirmation of my appointment.  I was not on the schedule.  They just told me I asked for a refund and to speak with the manager.  Apparently, what we discussed was not in their notes and they want me to be available tomorrow, (Thursday) with no time certain and no rebate.  
6. At this point, I am frustrated at this conduct.  No finished job, no rebate. I should have checked the reviews.  I am very unhappy and want my money back.
