Best Leak Detection in Oakland CA

We needed a faucet installed in an existing sink. Also the garbage disposal, which the company advised us to replace. This was done efficiently. Also our new cooktop had to be connected to the existing gas line. all was done correctly.
Communication was excellent and the tech showed up on time.
My only concern is that the fee seemed high. We were charged $850 for these two projects which took under two hours. I didn't get competing quotes so I can't be sure. Maybe plumbers make $400 an hour now but I doubt it.

I found this company via Yelp and crossed my fingers that all those 5 star reviews are real. As so often with plumbing, I was in a situation that needed to be fixed QUICKLY and I could not afford to look for a plumber for days.
My toilet water kept running and running due to a broken water outlet valve and a broken part inside the toilet.
I called and had Abraham, the owner and technician on the phone, who asked me to send him pics to see if he has all spare parts readily available which he fortunately did. He gave me a price quote on the phone which was the same price I ended up paying, too. An hour after our phone call he was at my house and another 30 min later all my problems were solved.
Additionally, he was super friendly and also careful to collect all water in the process rather than making a mess. When he was about to wipe my floor which needed cleaning way before he arrived I stopped him and said you do not need to clean my dirty floor, I will do that. Lol.
I am not surprised this guy has 5 stars on Yelp anymore. If I ever have another emergency I will call him again, no doubt.

I got a phone call from a neighbor while at work that it appeared we had a main line water leak and water was flooding into our court downhill. I called Vit and he arrived within 15 minutes and using various techniques was able to pinpoint where the leak was (which was unfortunately under our concrete driveway...).  He  was able to chisel through the concrete and identify the exact cause of the leak: a 45 degree mainline pipe connection uncoupling due to ground movement/pressure (pvc pipe of course...).  As the second quote we got to repair and patch the leak was higher than expected, Vit ended up repairing the pipe, sent me to the hardware store to pick up some gravel to support he underground pipe, and then filled the hole and spend time to clean the surface of our driveway. Thanks Vit for the reliable and honest service and for saving us a few extra thousand dollars!

Our kitchen sink was completely clogged, rendering it and the garbage disposal useless.  At 9:00AM on a Saturday morning, we called Atlas, and by 12:30 two technicians had arrived to check it out.  By 1:00 we had a working sink again.  The techs were great, especially Faren.  I would certainly call Atlas again.

Great service.  These guys were fast, upfront about pricing, and incredibly polite making a big effort to avoid leaving any mess.  We had our toilet back up, they snaked the sewer line and inspected it for free.  Seems we finally needed to replace it.  Tons of plant root had invaded the line.  It was a huge job but they came back the next morning digging outside working under the house.  When they finished you couldn't tell they were ever there! Two days of work and we only needed to stop using the water for an hour and a half.  Fantastic!

Very disappointed in this unprofessional provider.  The actual work was subpar, the paint patching looked amateur.  He used the wrong color filler so that the paint looked miscolored-- when we contacted Paul with our disappointment he said that he guarantees  his work, no problem, and he sounded very customer-service oriented.  We scheduled for him to come in and fix his work.  My husband took off time from work to wait for him in the middle of Monday.  Paul never showed up.  He did not call to make an excuse or apologize.  Then after we finally got in touch with him, he changed his tune and became irritated and texted us I said I would get to it.  First of all he lied and claimed that he just said he would squeeze us in whenever he could, as though we didn't make an appointment.  Then he refused to make another appointment and expected us to basically be waiting at home on call for whenever he has a gap in his time to quickly come make the fix.  Totally unacceptable.  Don't believe his guarantee, and don't go with someone with very few reviews on Yelp just because he can schedule you in faster than the more popular guys... now we are stuck having to spend twice the money because we have to hire someone else to fix the botched job.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Armondo and Andres came out to clear our sewer line. They were fast, professional and friendly. I trust this company and would call them first if another problem arises. I recommend them highly!

These amazing but very professional plumbers installed a brand toilet for my elderly mothers home. Booking an appointment was simple and quick. I really enjoyed speaking to the office admin. These guys were overall awesome to work with.  I was also offered great warranty on the work that was done.

Jorge is terrific. He has now done two jobs at my house---snaking my bathtub drain a few months ago, and today cleaning my kitchen drain, which had been flowing slowly. In both cases, he was able to come on short notice, was prompt, and did a great job. Plus he's a super nice guy and very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend Jorge and would hire him again.

I've been using Valley Plumbing for a few years now (usually Mark comes out and does excellent work) but now it was time to replace my old galvanized steel pipes.

I called 4 different local plumbers to come give estimates. Two never returned my call, the third set up a time to meet and then no-showed, and the fourth company was Valley Plumbing. John from Valley made an appointment to come over to do the walk around and sent me a written estimate the next day. The choice was obvious.

Kirk & Travis did a fantastic job on the repipe of my early 60's home in Livermore. They not only took a lot of pride in their work but also they took great care of my home while they were here. From the initial estimate walk around to the final inspection, Valley Plumbing was professional all the way through.

We used Lance Plumbing Solutions to fix a leak from out shower and we could not be happier with his work. His price ended up being cheaper than the other quotes we got by far, and he was able to get the job done the same day. Highly recommend!

Fred and Ricky were terrific.  1) even when running behind the company would call me to let me know the ETA, which was awesome.  2) they came the same day I called. 3) they were super thorough and even did timed tests for all my slow drains (other companies that came for estimates did not do that, those companies just looked and gave me quotes for hydrojetting and snaking).  4) they saw that I don't really have a pipe problem, and that my drains aren't really all that slow (and they didn't laugh at me!), and instead of selling me something I did not need, they were honest (which means no money for them since the estimates are free...).   5) they even explained why hydrojetting would not be a great idea for my 2nd story bathroom (SF home attached to 2 other homes).  and 6) even though it was after 7pm and raining they still had smiles on their faces and were super friendly.

While they may not have gotten a paid job this time, they now have a loyal  customer and if I ever have a plumbing problem again I will hire them first!  I seriously recommend these guys.

You won't go wrong with this company and Araceli the receptionist is great.  They are always right on top of things, professional, courteous and and you get honest information and good results in the end!
