Had a major backup. They responded within a few minutes and arrived in less than an hour. Successfully got a root out with a snake and resealed the toilets. I liked that they showed we exactly what they discovered. Even checked for water under the crawl space. Prompt, friendly and professional.

Vit was on time (early in fact) and quickly diagnosed a water leak that had been driving me nuts  for weeks.  Turns out it was coming from a neighbor's property.  Leak was fixed and the crawl space beneath my house is drying out.  He's not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Service Star Plumbing responded in minutes and were able to fix our problems at a great rate and in little time. Will definitely be going to this service again if needed in the future!

I've hired Atlas a few times, and every time they have been fast and professional. They are though rather expensive. But in the end of the day I know I am going to get a great job by some civilized plumbers who actually show up when they are supposed to and leave the job site clean.

I contacted Awais when we had critical plumbing issues at 7pm. Awais answered quickly and showed up before 8:30pm and got everything fixed in 1.5 hours and charged us a very reasonable price.

From the time we called, Amanda had to quote to us promptly Ayer we sent photos of the old heater, it's location and passage way. Time was set for replacement and the contractor, Jordan was an excellent worker explaining things as he worked.   An excellent experience.

Rey Lacayo has flaked on scheduled appointments with us more than once. This morning we had an appointment to fix a semi-emergency plumbing problem (kitchen drain pipe busted, with out-of-town relatives due to arrive any minute). Not only did he not show up at the scheduled time, he didn't even call to tell us he couldn't make it.

Lacayo Colt Plumbing has done acceptable work for us in the past, but because of their lack of dependability, we will be looking for another plumber.

I had a bunch of things to be taken care of in our home. Paul was very prompt in responding to all my messages. He was also available in the time frame that I was looking for to get the work done.

On the day, Paul arrived with Mark during the time promised and quickly got to work. He finished the work in time and with care. In addition, he also took care of couple of other things that came up for a small additional charge.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

Responsive, helpful, and professional. Jacob was able to be over within an hour and quickly fixed my sink. He answered all of my questions, was respectful and polite. He even spent time discussing a larger non- urgent plumbing project that I had questions about, even though it wasn't part of my service call.

We had an appointment with the contractor for a period of 2 hours, BUT no one showed up!!!

After my complaint, someone knowledgeable showed up, changing my  rating to neutral.

Excellent professional service at a very fair price. Tree roots block our main line about every two years. Jorge agreed to snake it out at the end of a very long day. He texted to let us know he was coming a little later than expected because a job had taken longer than anticipated. Much appreciated. He did a great job, explaining what he was doing at every point. His price was about 60% of the quote from two other plumbers I called and neither of them could do the job same day.

Our water heater was leaking late Friday night.  Saturday morning we called around to several places to get quotes on replacing the heater.  Valley Plumbing had the exact size and brand we needed, the quote was within the margin of all the others, and they could put it in that day!  The woman I spoke to on the phone to arrange the whole deal was pleasant and very helpful.  The repairman Steve was efficient and had us a working water heater in a couple of hours.  I would include Valley Plumbing Home Center in your search for a plumming repair or service. We were glad they were available to us on a Saturday.

I have to say this company is great. I called frantically on Monday and spoke with Christine regarding my water heater that decided to stop working on me over the weekend. She had me send her photos and all the details of my existing water heater so she could get some numbers put together for repairs and replacement. She called me back with all the information and I decided it would be best to just replace it. She was able to have a technician out the next day with a new water heater. Keelen our technician was extremely professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company.

Jorge has fixed a clogged drain, broken sink faucet, and solved a too-low-flow toilet problem in our new rental all within the last couple months. He is so friendly, responsive, and efficient! On this most recent visit, Jorge was only scheduled to fix the sink faucet but when I asked his opinion about the problem toilet too, he took a look and quickly fixed the issue without any hesitation. My husband and I are really glad to have such a reliable person to call when problems arise!

We have used Carlos for two projects, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He's super responsive and very easy to communicate with. He is a complete pro and has all the experience and tools and skills. He's a great family guy. And, his pricing and estimates are totally fair and competitive. If you have a job, Carlos will knock it out and you will be satisfied with the outcome, the process, and the price. What more could you ask for? He's a gem.

I would recommend Lunt Marymor to anyone. While the prices are not cheap, what plumber's prices are? The important thing is, they do solid work and stand behind it. We had a small leak in our toilet, a Porcher model that is not well known. Michael, the guy they sent out, not only knew the product, but told me that it was one of the better products out there - even the older model that we had. He knew what to do and fixed the problem quickly.

They're very prompt and professional, getting out her the next morning, owner returned call at 10 p.m and came out to check on job, two workers worked all day to finish the job (gas pipe removal and installation), returned emails very promptly, and did a good job. Only slight problem was with the accounting invoices, but it wan't serious.
