Kenneth has been a reliable part of my home management team for 3+ years now.  I was amazed the first time I had him come to fix what I thought was a complicated problem, and he did it within 2 hours and had the replacement parts in his car - even providing two options for new sink stoppers! We live in a modern home with contemporary, custom fixtures throughout, fixtures that other plumbers have found intimidating and not wanted to tinker with. None of this scared him. He was worked on extremely upscale properties and knows the various toilets, sinks, back end plumbing systems, etc,  I trust him completely and find that he is a consummate professional - always picks up the phone and makes an appt on the spot. No back and forth leaving voicemails. He confirms via text, and his team is on time. Upon arrival, he outlines the plan and executes quickly. Never wastes my time, which I appreciate.  Can't be better....

Still in the middle of getting estimates to repair plumbing for an upstairs tub that is leaking through our downstairs ceiling.  But... just wanted to say how impressed we were with Mark, who stopped by within an hour.  He was professional and friendly and explained exactly what he thought needed to be done.  While he was here, we asked him to take a look at 2 running toilets, and instead of charging us or telling us a part needed to replaced, he took the time to tell us what we could do ourselves to save some money.  Great guy.  For the tub, Mark's quote was a bit higher than some other places we have contacted, but he was very upfront in saying that we would probably find another place to do it for cheaper, but that the work may not be as good.  Like I said, we're still in the middle of getting estimates, but there's a good chance we'll use Atlas.  If not for this repair, definitely for something in the future.

I will begin by saying that there is nothing better in winter than radiant heat, I mean the whole house is warm to the touch and no dry air blowing on you. So when my radiant heat boiler died last winter, we were very sad, so this summer I had three companies bid on the work to replace it. All three bids were competitive, but Innovative seemed to be the most complete, a great price, and we just liked Ramnar in general. He came right on time when scheduled and quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Now as it turns out, there was a leak in one of the pipes in the floor, so he recommended a specialist to find it. The specialist came out and put an 'X' on the floor like a treasure map. Ramnar came out the next Monday and jack-hammered to find and replace the leaky section of pipe. Again, he was fast, efficient, clean, and the fix worked perfectly. He patiently had me test the system and now it works as it should. I am waiting for winter to start and set it for 70 degrees and forget it until next spring. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative, as they are friendly when you call, fast to respond, and their work is really excellent. On a side note, they even installed a few sink fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen I had been meaning to do, and at a great price. For anything related to radiant heating, this should be your first and last call.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

I absolutely love this company!  I moved into my house in February. I have had only 4-5 mins of hot water. It has been a really difficult transition with the rental agency. When Joey showed up with his cousin today it was like a Christmas miracle. They knew the water heater needed to be replaced and same day had it installed. I have never been so happy to take a shower. I was in tears today to just to have a warm shower and not have to jump out and freeze. I cannot thank you both enough. Not only are these guys efficient but they are friendly and great at communicating the issues at hand. Thanks again I appreciate all the hard work done today.

First off, I sent multiple quotes out and Awais responded to me within 30 minutes (ON A SUNDAY). Not only was I happy to have some hope for our clogged kitchen sink, but he was very very reasonable in price.

Which leads me to my second point, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Once all the other quotes started coming in a day later, they were always double than what Elite Plumbing quoted me. They stuck with the quote after the job was finished as well.

The technician came right on time on the same day I sent my quote. His name is Mohammad and he is a really nice man. Let me tell you, I was shocked he took off his shoes in our house to do the plumbing work. This is uncommon as other plumbers usually wear their workboots inside the house (we live in an Asian household so you know how it is!). I don't really mind because I understand plumbers aren't there to satisfy everyone's culture, but Mohammad was on point.

He was very kind the whole time, even told us some tips on how to DIY our toilet if it ever clogs, what tools to use, etc etc. Me and my dad were very glad to have Mohammad at our house to fix our issue.

Should any plumbing issue arise, best believe we'll be going with this company again.

I kid you not, they ARE the best, give them a shot. The absolute best pricing, nicest people and most professional you can get. Mohammad did not give up and tested the drain thoroughly to ensure the clog was eliminated. I just want to say thank you again for a super awesome job!

Our garbage disposal went out on a Saturday night so when a friend recommended Rey on Monday morning, I called him.  He asked me to text him our address, which I did and he dropped by that afternoon.  After checking things out, he said they would come back to replace the disposal the next morning.  His tech team arrived at 8:30 with the replacement disposal, took everything apart, cleaned out the crud and installed the new one, were done within about 40 minutes, leaving our sink and the area clean as a whistle.  Today's bill was icing on the cake - very reasonable.  A job well done - I would recommend them any time!

Decided to go with central AC in our newly purchased home and Jazz came out to give us an estimate in a timely manner. They were professional through and through. After inspecting our furnace, it was determined to be over 20 years old, so we decided to upgrade the furnace too. Jazz was able to schedule us within a week to get the job done. The crew arrived on time and worked so efficiently and professionally that I highly recommend them. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up after  installing everything. We are so pleased to have central AC especially since the temps are going to be close to 100 this weekend!!!

Woke up to no hot water and called Mister Fixit--he sent me a video on how to re-light the pilot and offered to walk me through it via video chat. I ended up not needing the chat but appreciate Mr Fixit's willingness to help me out for free and on the spot! He's a nice guy and now I have hot water, so 5 stars!

I called on 4th of July and even though it was a holiday, Sarah answered and set up an appt. for the very next day. Dr. Daniel came out promptly, and did a wonderful job inspecting and giving us advice. Daniel is very knowledgeable and gave us great guidance. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Yevgeny was super wonderful, and came out with in hours of our call on a Sunday afternoon. He did a thorough job, and sent us detailed photos and prices that we could forward on to our landlord. Not only did he help us with the electrical issue we called about, but he identified some other serious things we needed to have taken care of, before they went wrong.

They show up, actually fix things for the quoted reasonable price, and are on time.  They also were responsive about emailing invoices and dealing with payments remotely.  Pretty much all you want in a plumbing company.

Jorge is an awesome plumber.  We had a hot water heater fail on us in the middle of a pandemic. The heater supplied multiple units. Jorge was able to install a new heater very quickly. He is a highly skilled and is courteous.  A great guy to work with. And  fairly priced.

My husband thought it wouldn't be that difficult to replace 2 sets of bathroom faucets.  After 3 trips to Home Depot during the process and 6 hours later, at 5:30 on a hot Saturday afternoon he said, I give up; call a plumber!  We really had no choice; the bathroom was torn-up and the water to the house was turned off.  We made a blind call to Night & Weekend Plumber from an ad on-line and couldn't have been happier with the results.  Two SKILLED gentlemen, with knowledge and PROPER tools showed up to the rescue in about an hour.  They had us back together in about 2 hours (and the new faucets worked great).  The guys were polite, witty, and cleaned-up the mess afterwards.  The cost was high (about $450) but not nearly as much as we had feared calling a plumber (much less getting 2 plumbers) late on a Saturday.  I have since recommended this company to neighbors and am very happy to leave a positive review

I had to change faucet in my bathroom as the old one was leaking. I set out to do it myself but soon figured I need professional help.

Requested quotes from multiple plumbers on yelp. Infinity plumbing was fast with responding and came up with the lowest quote and were also available the next day! I was able to book an appointment over messages and the whole process was seamless.

Carlos came on time and replaced the faucet for me. He was professional and did a great job. Will certainly consider infinity plumbing next time!

Discount Plumbing was great. They arrived at my house within an hour of my phone call and did an excellent job of making a repair. I will use them in the future. The serviceman was very polite and professional.

Albert Nahman claims to offer competitive pricing and charges $69 just to come out and give a quote, by which time you've already sunk money so you're at risk of falling for their exorbitant prices.

When I pressed, they quoted me $654 to snake the main line with an accessible clean-out, including a video inspection, whereas other plumbers quoted me $300.

So I went to the Berkeley Tools Lending Library, checked out a snake and goggles for FREE, and did it myself in under an hour (including watching the 8-minute how-to safety video online)!

Moral of the story: if you have a clogged sewer line (especially if you're a woman, ripe for getting ripped off by plumbers), save yourself several hundred dollars and days negotiating with busy plumbers, and do it yourself!

Great service! These guys really helped me out, explained the what, why and how issue with my furnace. Prompt, reliable, courteous and friendly on top of it all.

I could not replicate the problem I had been having during the service call, and they offered to come out again at the drop of a hat should I need them again.
