Kenneth is simply the best plumber I've ever hired. He is pleasant, professional, and is truly an expert. He fixed a leak under the kitchen sink that two other plumbers had been unwilling or unable to fix, and he also replaced an old garbage disposal. He left my kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. I will be hiring him for other plumbing projects and most definitely referring him to my family and friends.

Abraham came out very late in the evening when I was experiencing a blocked sink and a pipe leak. He was very quick to respond to my messages and communicated consistently throughout the job. He had fair pricing and was able to complete the job efficiently and cleanly. Highly recommended!

We had a gate whose boards were coming loose, and condensation from a heat pump that wasn't being drained properly. Samuel Hernandez solved both for us in a few hours! He was really nice and was a thought partner in figuring out the best way to tackle these. Will def use Handyman Heroes again!

For basic repairs, service is good, but If you are looking for a quick response, avoid this company.

Although we had used their services several times in the past, when we had a flooded basement we were informed they don't work past 4 PM.

Requests to speak with an owner deadended with managers who failed to address concerns.

Didn't speak English very well so could not explain to us the work he did or would do.

Kind of pricey seems like.

Used smartphone as a light under the sink and then handed phone over to the customer to speak with office to give email over the phone. Because his smartphone was not taking payments over the internet?

Told us at first that he needed to change all of the pipes.  Then just snaked it, tightened some piping.  Still did not/could not explain what was really wrong.  

Not very upfront honest feeling by the end of everything.

Overall, cannot trust these people to come into your house and then with your privacy apparently.    
Their office may not be so concerned with your privacy either I supposed. So, not sure what that is worth to you but if it is important then maybe these folks are not for you.  Maybe, office people should be more organized too. But not in an organized crime kind of way though...  in a maybe they should confirm next time. Or just call the customer's number to receive the payment if the machine is not working. Or something.

Fernando and Enrique installed a new high-efficiency water heater for us.  They were personable as well as efficient and were able to answer any questions I had.  This was the last step in our efforts to replace our old defunct water heater.  Nathan, a different technician, initially installed a new water heater for us, but it turned out that there was a venting problem and we had to decide on an alternative.  Nathan made sure we were provided with a temporary fix so we had hot water while we decided what to do next.   Albert Nahman walked us through the pros/cons of various options and we decided on  a high-efficiency hot water tank which was expensive, but solved the venting issue.  I felt secure in making my choice after discussing all of the options with these very knowledgeable professionals.  I have used this company for plumbing  fixes in the past, and have always been highly satisfied with their service.

I am the current owner of Allied HERS Testing.  The first time we tested one of Joey's installs he overheard us talking about the current record holder for the Duct Leakage Diagnostic tests we perform.  Under the current 2016 California State Energy Code Title 24 Section 6 a newly installed heating and ductwork project must be tested to verify it is only leaking equal to or less than 5%.  While the majority of the systems we test pass just under the 5% mark Joey's system passed easily that day (Please note that the United States has some of the strictest code guidelines for HVAC system installations worldwide and California has the strictest guidelines within the U.S.).  A couple of months passed and we received another request to test one of his installs. Upon arriving Joey had a big smile on his face and seemed eager to see the results.  His furnace and all new ductwork installation tested at 1.34% leakage!  It is our longest running record!  This goes to show the quality of work and pride Joey has...

We found Savior Plumbing through Angie's List many years ago and have called them to service our tankless hot water heater and clear our sewer line. Their technicians have been excellent every time.

This past week, their technician Colin came to clear a blockage. Not a pleasant job, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem and also checked our sewer line relative to other properties. He was very thorough, and also cleared the gunk in a bathroom sink.

Making the appointment didn't take long, and they were able to reschedule for earlier in the week when the problem recurred unexpectedly. They initially gave a 2-hour time frame when a technician would come, then I received a call and text from Colin with an updated time of arrival. I also appreciated an email receipt.

Technicians as well as the administrative staff have been very professional.

Hands down, the Bay Area's best plumber.

So, when you need a plumber you call them and they come and fix your problem, at least a good one does. Rey does that, all at a very reasonable price. He has saved us many times on the weekends (old house) and he also did our trenchless sewer line replacement when it exploded. So, in the plumbing department he's five stars.

But what I really love about Rey so much is him. I honestly feel like he's become a friend. He's such a sweet guy, very considerate, very clean. And what a character! He was an Olympic boxer! Ask him about his enthusiasm for ACDC! Totally cool, and totally recommended.

I had given him one star because he never showed up, but he finally sent a text telling me that he had been sick. I found someone else to do the job, so I never worked with him. I'll upgrade my review to three stars for getting back to me.

I recently used Plumbing Guys and they provided excellent service with a very quick turnaround time. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule by providing me with a 1-hour time window for the appointment, which was very convenient. The service was also very reasonably priced. I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

I spent more than $1330 with them just to identify my water leak is on main line ! They want additional $5100 to replace about 45 feet of main water line. I thought these guys can identify the main line leak and do spot repair. But finally they also want to do the replacement as previous plumbers suggested, who want to replace mainline.I fired them after hearing their $5100 quote just for replacing 45 feet main water line.

Hired another plumber from Thumbtack to replace the mainline for $3200. These guys are too expensive for the amount of work they do. Better hire a well reviewed plumber from Thumbtack app, where you can get the things done with less than 50% of what these guys want to charge.

I thought valley plumbing guy is kidding me when they dig less than 2 feet in 4 hours and asking my permission to continue to dig all the 45 feet and bill the hours ! At that rate it will be 45 * $400/feet = $18000 to dig 45 feet along water line. Incredible ! The person came for work took more than an hour rest in his van but billed that time too. I was already fed up with their fleecing, and do not have patience to argue over $200, I wrote the check and got rid of them.
