Best Drain Cleaning in Newark NJ
I called Schaaf after trying many others for some emergency work on a Sunday. Left several messages and not one reply. Schaaf answered on the first call and arrived within the hour. Thoroughly recommend them and we'll definitely be calling them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I contacted A Rooter Pros to do a camera inspection. Mr. Abe Pires was very pleasant. He inspected several parts of an aged sewer line. He even replaced two corroded drain caps. I paid promptly but when I asked for a copy of the inspection, Mr. Pires told me that he didn't save the recording. He said he was doing me a favor and would do a before and after video, but only if I agreed to pay $1800 for hydrojetting and descaling the line. The camera inspection was $346 including tax. In total, he wanted to charge me over $2000 plus tax to clean out my line and didn't have any video to explain the report. I thought it was expensive, which is why I asked for a copy of the camera inspection to show my family before I signed a contract. He told me I had to agree and then he would do it again. Not only did he not save the recording but he wanted me to agree to pay $1800 before he would redo it. Plus, the report of the inspection was three lines of text on the invoice. What is the point of a video inspection if not for images, or a video recording in the report? All in all, I'm out of almost $350

Rob is the man for all your drain and sewage needs. Called him and he was able to take care of my emergency same day and on a Sunday ! He diagnosed the issue right away and performed hydro jetting to clean the 30 ft of backup found in my home, which has so far worked like a charm. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and explained to me very well what was going on. Thank you Rob!

We had a leak in our basement washer hook ups and faucet. L & C responded to my yelp request within 10 mins. I sent pictures via text. Mike came to do the job, was prompt, cordial, and honored the price quoted. He had no issues navigating our old pipes (our house is almost 100 years old), also changed our outdoor spigot, also gave us a one year warranty. Extremely happy to have found a reliable plumber!

I have used several contractors in the past for home renovations but none of them have been as proficient as Rogelio. This round of work included ceiling and floor molding, setting up a bathroom exhaust, fireplace work, paint and sparkle work. Across-the-board everything was done excellent. The reason (in the past) I continued to use different contractors is because perhaps my expectations were too high and I was unsatisfied but in this case my expectations were met. I almost forgot to mention that his prices were also cheaper than all of the competitors I brought in. He exceeded my expectations at a fair cost. Try him, I doubt you will be disappointed.

We had an issue with our boiler at my house in jersey city. I thought it was just a new damper but it needed to be replaced entirely. The tech was responsive and professional. He replaced the boiler and now my system works better than ever. I also called them to check to see if I had a pipe leaking, they responded quick for that as well. ESP is substantially more honest and a better value than the local guys from JC. I highly recommend working with them.

I own a dog grooming business in East Rutherford. I also have not been able to work for the past 6 weeks due to a bad fall early in May. I have several groomers volunteering to groom my clients' dogs until I recover and to keep my business running in my absence. In order to bathe dogs , you do need hot water. Today my employees called me to tell me there was no hot water. I assumed it was the Pilot light with the high winds and rain yesterday. I knew I needed a plumber right away. I called All American as my landlord uses them for plumbing services in the building. I talked to a woman (I wish I knew her name). I told her what had happened and that we had all these dogs coming today. She put me on hold for a minute and told me someone would be there in 45 minutes. Wow. The plumber arrived 15 minutes after our phone call. Much to my dismay, It was not the pilot light but the hot water heater died. I can't complain after 12 years of usage. When you own a business things happen and this is a big one financially but I did not mind the bill. I am paying for great customer service, quality work and expediency in getting the job done. I have a new hot water heater in my salon and it was done right away after our call...my employees stayed a bit and said all was well. As a business you strive for professionalism, quality and again, topnotch customer service. I received all 3 with this company. I would recommend them highly.

Frank came over to help us with a problem in the house drain line. He was on time, prompt, and a consummate professional. Not only did he explain the mechanics of how things worked, the job was done quickly.

Extremely flexible to our schedule, came out on a Saturday morning. Quickly repaired shower and reasonable cost. Will use this company again!

Had the same problem as I did the last time I called them and it turns out it is in fact the toilet paper we were using was causing the back up . Called on a Friday night at 9:45 pm and with in 20 mins a tech was at my door and just over and hour of calling everything was finished ! The tech himself was a nice young man very personable and all smiles ...So far this place is batting 2 for 2 with me!

They were very rude on the phone. I should have known that this was a red flag but I still had them come out to install the new faucets. They sent some new guy that didnt have much experience and he broke both of them.he left without puting back the old faucets and I was stuck with two bathrooms that could not be used. I called them back several times over a 4 week period and they just don't care. I disputed the credit card charges for $2000 and now they put this into collections. This is the worst plumbing company in new jersey.

From start to finish, I had a really great experience with M&P. I prefer to use a local company, these guys are a mom and pop operation with a good crew. The prices were reasonable, the work is quality. My tech had a pretty good season of humor too, always nice to feel comfortable with someone working in your house. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for coming out today!

Don't use them. Completely overpriced, came over an hour late and wasn't forthcoming about the price.

We had a broken shower control handle and we were able to call and get a plumber the day of which was great but the plumber then called and was complaining that he won't be able to make it that day and I really wasn't sure what I was supposed to do about that, I guess he should of called the office to talk to his dispatcher but he ended up coming anyway. He sees the shower control and asked who did this, it was my father's earlier mistake while he was adjusting something but I don't know why that matters. Then while he was working on the upstairs bathroom he called my father downstairs to turn the water on. Since the water is off in the house he turned the water main on assuming he's done with whatever he has to do. The plumber starts yelling that the water is spraying and to turn the main off again. He wasn't finished and he starts arguing and says that he told us that he said the water faucet specifically I was in my bedroom next to the bathroom and I all I heard him say was turn the water on so not sure if he misspoke. Could of just said to open the faucet downstairs to purge the air. Then he said he's going to take a break to dry off and he starts complaining on a call to someone in Spanish about us. Eventually got the job done so idk weird experience. Good if you're trying to get a plumber quickly, communication and professionalism is not there.

They were incredibly communicative and helpful for me, even over the phone. The owner took his time via text and FaceTime to talk me through a repair process so that I could handle it myself, it was very helpful!

Alex showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. When he came back with another plumber later in the week, they got to work immediately. An access hole needed to be cut in the basement wall for them to install a cleanout and snake the pipe, and they didn't do a very good job (if at all) of cleaning the area around the access hole, so I needed to go back and do some cleanup around the drywall and behind the wall.
Since the drain is now functioning perfectly, and their price was fair, I cannot complain, I just wish they spent a few minutes wiping down the walls and cleaning up.

I don't usually write these reviews, but Russo Bros upset me so much with their service and pricing. I even called their office to quietly tell their management about their service, was told they would call back, which they never did.
In a nutshell, our heating system was making a humming noise during this cold winter. Russo Brothers came out and told me the Contactor needed to be replaced, and want ro charge me $550 for the part/installation, plus $179 for a service call. I found online the part costs $10-$45, and full replacement with labor ranges from $150-$350 complete.
I sent them away, told them not to bother. I found another local company whi would have charged $225, but they told me the part was good and didn't need replacing. The unit has been working fine since then.
I liked Russo alot when they first installed my system five years ago, but am appalled now at their business practices and service.
