All American Sewer Service

Horrible drivers. A truck on the Parkway southbound with All American Sewer Service and a 973 area code (so it must be the Service II guys and not the other 201 office) just cut me off in my lane, forcing me to slam on my brakes. If they are rude and inconsiderate of others on the road, I wouldn't trust their business ethics. This happened on 6/2/2016 at 3:30 PM in case the owner sees this and wants to know who the driver was!

All American is the best around. Quick and readily available to provide services. I've needed a plumber on 2 separate occasions and they were able to fix both problems with ease. You will not find better quality service. Thanks Pete and Demitri!

I own a dog grooming business in East Rutherford.  I also have not been able to work for the past 6 weeks due to a bad fall early in May.  I have several groomers volunteering to groom my clients' dogs until I recover and to keep my business running in my absence.  In order to  bathe dogs , you do need hot water.  Today my employees called me to tell me there was no hot water.  I assumed it was the Pilot light with the high winds and rain yesterday. I knew I needed a plumber right away.   I called All American as my landlord uses them for plumbing services in the building.  I talked to a woman (I wish I knew her name).  I told her what had happened and that we had all these dogs coming today.  She put me on hold for a minute and told me someone would be there in 45 minutes.  Wow.  The plumber arrived 15 minutes after our phone call.  Much to my dismay, It was not the pilot light but the hot water heater died.  I can't complain after 12 years of usage. When you own a business things happen and this is a big one financially but I did not mind the bill.  I am paying for great customer service, quality work and expediency in getting the job done.  I have a new hot water heater in my salon and it was done right away after our call...my employees stayed a bit and said all was well.  As a business you strive for professionalism, quality and again, topnotch customer service.  I received all 3 with this company.  I would recommend them highly.

Our basement sink clogged and we called All AMERICAN Sewer Service .
within an hour I had a return call and Adam and Robert came to the rescue.

I usually don't write reviews, but i am very happy with the service. I had a blocked kitchen sink. I Called Roto rooter first, but they tried to get clog out and couldn't after one try. They said your pipes are probably filled that they will need to be most likely replaced, and gave me a number to another plumber. I was recommended by a friend to all American. I was a little worried since they said they would have to try to snake it to. I figured I would get the same answer as I did from roto rooter, but since they can do major work like changing the pipes behind the walls, I went ahead. Mike and Jose came and didn't give up until they found the clog. Mike explained everything they were doing and didnt give up until they found the problem. I wish i called them first. They even cleaned up after. Thanks again

Great service from this Company last night after two other plumbers couldnt clear a blockage as they didnt have enough snake. These guys (Oliver, Arvin, and George worked until midnite to clear the blockage and then carefully cleaned up after themselves. Great professionals!

I want to thank the plumbing crew at All American Sewer Service for the great job they did installing my new tank-less water heater and whole house water filtration system. My old water heater couldn't keep up with my family's hot water demand so I contacted the AASS folks. Mike the plumber helped me calculate our hot water demand and pick out the best option for an on-demand tank-less heater. We also had some issues with some water deposits around our sinks and toilets, so he recommended a whole house filtration system. Mike took the time to explain the different types of water heaters and filtration options and we are very happy with the outcome. The crew was very courteous and neat and showed up on time. They also took the time to explain how everything works. I would definitely recommend them.

My water heater died Saturday we called them and they were here within an hour prompt and very efficient,  I  had to wait till Monday for them to get the water heater that I wanted.. was done that Monday morning and 1000% thrilled with them.. I highly recommend..
If you want prompt good service they are the Way to go

There's no getting around it, this company is expensive. But they are also reliable, skilled, and experience. When you have a serious problem that you need fixed, this is the company you call. The  bill will be larger, but you know that it will be done quickly and correctly.
