It's not often that someone tells you that you don't need to pay them.

I called Frank with an issue and he did some troubleshooting with me on the phone. After going through the steps, Frank told me that pipes were probably not clogged and the issue had a different solution. He recommended I call someone else to fix this issue

Frank is the best. Let me start by saying that I own several apartment buildings in northern NJ and needless to say I need Frank's services often due to the fact that people are constantly clogging their drains and toilets with everything from hair, tampons, cigarettes,chicken bones, toys, you name it.
