First of all these people didn't show the first day they were supposed to. Secondly, when they did come they told me what I already knew. Thirdly, when they were supposed to come back to do more work they put it off a day (when I had water leaking all over my floors). I called several times and was told I would be called back and never got a call. When they decided to tell me they would be here the next day they weren't, with no call or any information. Why do you have your hours listed as 24/7 when you don't answer calls majority of the time. Very frustrating service and would not recommend you waste your time.

Never showed.
They were assigned to my claim through a home warranty company. I called to set appointment. Was told Friday between 11 and 1. Got a call at 2:30 Friday that he would be here at 5pm. Then nothing. I called them Monday and left a message. Then I called again Tuesday afternoon and was told that since my address didn't show in their gps that they cancelled my claim, no call no nothing, just cancelled it.
I called the home warranty company and requested a new plumber because if there has already been this many issues, there is bound to be more.

Don't ever go with this company. Very lethargic and worst customer service. If your warranty company assigns any job to this company, ask for an alternative plumbing company.

Don't even respond to my phone calls.  
My warranty company Select Home Warranty assigned a plumbing leak job to this company, Plumber showed up on 15th of January and spoke to me about the water leak on my 2nd floor master bath and said that he has to cut open the dry wall on the first floor ceiling to get access and fix the leak. He also said that he will talk to my warranty company for the approval. Today is 20th. I check with my warranty company and their department did not even receive the diagnostic and repair estimate from this company. Because of this delay, the water seepage in my first floor ceiling has worsened and I am left with no alternative.

I called them several times at 615-200-8320 and left multiple voice mails but in vain.
