Very professional, clean, and quick, no hidden charges, same day service, reasonable rates, honest opinion and offered suggestions on how to save costs. He had all necessary materials with him.  I would highly recommend his service especially in an emergency.

In need of a water heater, with a unique need, I began calling plumbers. Steve at USA HC&P discussed my application, made a suggestion and asked for some more information from me. I provided the requested data and scheduled an installation date.

Mike just left after couple of hours. He did a professional, excellent installation for me that is also cosmetically appealing even though it's under the basement steps and won't be seen by anyone but me. Mike also cleaned up the work area and took all the debris. The price was more that fair and very competitive. By the way, Mike is a very personable guy and was a pleasure to have working for me!

I cannot speak for the HVAC since I haven't utilized that service - yet - but if I must, based on my experience today, USA will be my Go-To contractor.

We had some extensive plumbing done today with Building Waters. After an emergency call placed on Tuesday morning, they sent a plumber to assess our situation.   Dean came to my home, fixed an unused downstairs toilet and made arrangements to come the following day.  He completed an extensive repair to our main level bathroom and was fantastic to work with. Luann was helpful in assisting and scheduling our service.  We are incredibly impressed with their customer service and compassion. We highly recommend them and would utilize their service extensively in the future.

We don't have to call Martens very often, but when we need plumbing or heating/air conditioner repair, it's good to know they are here. They installed our furnace and A/C in 1999. We just had our first significant problem (broken condenser fan blade) last week. Over the years we have had them make a number of small plumbing repairs, as well as routine maintenance and inspections of the furnace and A/C. Their technicians are prompt, friendly, and professional. Their rates are quite reasonable. And we never have to have the same repair twice. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

We heard of O & W Heating and Cooling through our local hardware store. We called them when we had an emergency leaking AC. They came out that day, he worked with our work schedule, he did an amazing job locating and fixing the problem. He explained everything he was doing to us so we understood, he gave us great tips for preventative maintenance. We also learned they do a wide variety of repair work on all types of things from Plumbing to Electrical in addition to the Heating/AC. The pricing was fair and the quality was well worth it! We will be using them for many more projects around our new home in the near future. Would highly recommend this company!

This review has been a long overdue. Eddie has been working with the Nice Ash Cigar Bar for roughly three years. In that time he has made a number of repairs to our old, failing dishwasher. We were at the point of the dishwasher's life cycle that he (Eddie) suggested a refurbished unit. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Regardless of your business size, Eddie takes the time to know your business and it's demands. We have had a very enjoyable relationship built on trust and his ability to address and exceed our needs at a very fair price. Ever since we moved into a fixer-upper, Roman Electric and Plumbing has been our go to business of choice.  We have had MANY projects completed by them in our home: a full kitchen/dining room remodel (down to the studs), an entire house change from fuses and low amps-to a box with many more amps, a new power line from our house out to our detached garage for an electric car charging station and a new electrical box installed, replacement of outdoor lights, a bathroom remodel including new sink fixtures for an original 20's sink, plumbing for an existing tub (adding a shower option), a new toilet, and a new light over the vanity, and adding a few outlets and changing some basement lights on pull cords onto a switch.
My most recent experience with the electrician was very helpful because he actually spent a few minutes of education time for what types of lights, lightbulbs (various LED's vs other bulbs), etc. would work and wouldn't work in a home this age.  That alone will save me time, and the hassle of having to return something that might not have worked if I hadn't been an informed buyer.
Regarding the quality of work on new boxes in the basement and the garage- eve the inspector stated how neat and tidy the job was completed!
What I can tell you about Roman is that everyone who has worked in this house has been friendly, professional, and flexible with the random crazy that old houses bring.  Working with Anthony for obtaining bids and for answering my *continual* list of questions has always been extremely timely and courteous.  
Has there been an occasional monkey wrench thrown into planned projects?  Yes.  But as I stated before, working in a 100yr old house is not like working in a new construction home.  That being said, they have never hesitated or been difficult to work with if we have had to make changes from the original plan.
I noticed some statements about cost, but they have a print out in their folder that you receive with any estimate and the prices are indicated for everything.  Plumbing and electric projects certainly add up, but I don't believe they are trying to pull a fast one on any customer.
I will continue to hire Roman for all of my electrical and plumbing needs in this home.  They do great work!  Thank you Roman!!!

So yesterday I wrote a review because the furnace technician left my basement flooded. Turns out while he was down there doing maintenance on my furnace, he broke it. A fully functioning furnace, only 10 years old, overnight no longer heats the house. I'm getting a lawyer! Don't let them in!!!

Awful service. I called these guys after I purchased a HUD property. We couldn't turn on our water until we closed. Anyway, the guys came over turned on the water, it was leaking from the ceiling, obviously needed to change the water pipes. They said they would come back to fix them, left my main water line running, which I didn't realize until later. That cost was 184.00. Then they came back to repair the leaky pipes because we were in dire need to have our water on; which they put copper pipes to repair, that cost was 450.00. We still had no water pressure after that or running water. I had another plumber in here after that, they didn't understand why they just didn't replace the pipes with pex. I asked Southport that, and they said they don't carry that in the van and they were only trying to repair the leaks at the time, not replace them because it was an emergency situation. I ended up getting a quote for them to replace the pipes and they said they would use pex, at that time, which was a very expensive. We were new homeowners, didn't know much about anything, at that time. They were nickel and dimming us. We did get the pipes replaced for half the price that they quoted. Also, I thought it was interesting that the guy, his name was Justin, said we needed to replace the water heater because it was too tall for the pitch, which I later found out the water heater was brand new, and the only thing that was actually functioning properly. We didn't need a new water heater, we found someone to just pitch it properly. Waste of money and time. I called and complained and didn't get anywhere. Call this place if you're looking for dishonesty and shit work! Also, the fact that they left my water running, I had to replace the sewer pipe in my basement because of the constant water that was dripping and seeping on the basement ground. We had to replace the concrete and a piece of pipe!! It was a big mistake to call them; it ended costing me more money. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We had a great experience with Rozga! We had an issue with our sink plumbing. We had a clog that even a snake wouldn't get out. A Rozga employee came out and fixed the clog for $168. He was efficient and I thought the price was reasonable. When my husband was remodeling the shower, we encountered an issue. We called Rozga and explained the issue. They told us it would cost $900 to fix OR we could go get a $40 part from a plumbing specialty store in Milwaukee that they told us about. We got the part and fixed the issue ourselves. We will always call Rozga for our plumbing and heating needs. They clearly put the customer first.
