HISTORY

Established in 2013.
Night Owl Was started in 1993 in Chicago Illinois and was running successfully until the owner decided to close the business in 2008 and make a move to Milwaukee Wisconsin to get married and start down another path with his family but soon realized through a turn of events and the suggestion of his wife to give Night Owl Services another try in his new home town of Milwaukee in December of 2013.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Michelle Davis-Hatch serves as President of Night Owl Services, LLC. She is a Chicago native who has resided on the north side of Milwaukee for more than 20 years. Davis-Hatch successfully founded and operated her own in-home daycare center, Levar and Jua's Playhouse, for 10 years. She's passionate about helping the community and helped guide other residents open similar childcare centers. Davis-Hatch is an active member in the Milwaukee Public school system and acts as a Girl Scout leader. In addition, she's a personal caretaker for two family members. Davis-Hatch is excited about her current role and strives to consistently provide excellent services to our customers.

This review has been a long overdue. Eddie has been working with the Nice Ash Cigar Bar for roughly three years. In that time he has made a number of repairs to our old, failing dishwasher. We were at the point of the dishwasher's life cycle that he (Eddie) suggested a refurbished unit. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Regardless of your business size, Eddie takes the time to know your business and it's demands. We have had a very enjoyable relationship built on trust and his ability to address and exceed our needs at a very fair price. If you've been let down by other repair services, I implore you to give Eddie and his business a chance!

Excellent service. Came out same day. Eddie was helpful, worked with urgency and got the job done. They stand by their installation.
