Very professional, clean, and quick, no hidden charges, same day service, reasonable rates, honest opinion and offered suggestions on how to save costs. He had all necessary materials with him.  I would highly recommend his service especially in an emergency.

In need of a water heater, with a unique need, I began calling plumbers. Steve at USA HC&P discussed my application, made a suggestion and asked for some more information from me. I provided the requested data and scheduled an installation date.

Mike just left after couple of hours. He did a professional, excellent installation for me that is also cosmetically appealing even though it's under the basement steps and won't be seen by anyone but me. Mike also cleaned up the work area and took all the debris. The price was more that fair and very competitive. By the way, Mike is a very personable guy and was a pleasure to have working for me!

I cannot speak for the HVAC since I haven't utilized that service - yet - but if I must, based on my experience today, USA will be my Go-To contractor.

If you need plumbing, USA is a sure-fire solution!

Scott did an excellent job installing my new A/C. I also had Horsch & Miller install a new hot water heater in my home and again another excellent job. They are do a very through job and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!

We called Seider because their name was on the boiler at our house that we bought last year. It took two tries to get them to show up at the right day and time for an initial quote, then they scheduled the actual repair twice and didn't have the part and didn't let us know until the last minute so we wasted two full days waiting for a repair man who wasn't able to make a repair anyway. Poor communication and customer service. Ended up calling somebody else.

They did great work. They did one smaller job (leaking pipe) on Monday and were able to come back right away on Tuesday for a bigger job (water heater replacement). I have no hesitation recommending them and I will definitely call on them for any future needs.

Our AC and furnace went out and our water pressure tank is leaking. My husband called several companies to get estimates.  I suggested calling someone local. (Mukwonago) My husband spoke with Jeff Marten for approximately 15 minutes on a phone call.  Jeff gave my husband a ball park figure and told him the brand of air conditioner and furnace they use. He set up an appointment to come take a look and provide a formal quote for the next day.

My husband and I looked over the previous quotes after the phone call that night.  We decided it was not necessary for Martens to come out for the air and furnace, as we chose one of he other companies . We decided we would like Martens Pluming to fix the pressure tank. The company we choose was a HVAC company so I felt more comfortable for a plumbing company to fix the tank.  My husband sent Jeff the following email :
Hi Jeff,
I need to cancel our appointment for today.  We have chosen another company to replace our furnace and AC.
I will call you regarding our plumbing needs in the near future.

Jeff called my husband angry and told him the email was a go to Hell email.
He proceeded to tell my husband that he had no loyalty.  He stated that he had 4 contractors lined up to do the work.  

At no time did we say we wanted Martens to do the work.  We were simply asking for a quote.  Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.  Since when is it good practice to call a potential client and blast them on the phone because they choose someone else for specific job!

The sad part is we used them in the past even though they seemed high in price.  We tried to support local businesses.

Emailed inquiring about an estimate for a water heater install.  Of the three requests I sent out O & W responded first and promptly.  Omer was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with my numerous questions.    Omer came out the next day, on time and installed my new water heater.  The price was the best of my three estimates and was just what he estimated.  A contract was written prior to work so there were no surprises.  He cleaned up after himself and took the time to sit down with me and answer all my questions regarding my new unit. Highly recommend, will use again.

This review has been a long overdue. Eddie has been working with the Nice Ash Cigar Bar for roughly three years. In that time he has made a number of repairs to our old, failing dishwasher. We were at the point of the dishwasher's life cycle that he (Eddie) suggested a refurbished unit. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Regardless of your business size, Eddie takes the time to know your business and it's demands. We have had a very enjoyable relationship built on trust and his ability to address and exceed our needs at a very fair price. If you've been let down by other repair services, I implore you to give Eddie and his business a chance!

We used Roman Electric years ago for some work installing ceiling fans. The experience was overall great. The end result was top-notch.

Taking the time to write a review now that we've used them again recently. This past Sunday, our sewer drain started backing up. That's never something that gives you the warm fuzzies. Even though it went back down soon after, we didn't feel safe using any water thereafter so we called for emergency plumbing service.

Went with Roman given overall high reviews on multiple social media outlets (Yelp being the exception with a lower star rating overall!). Got a call back in less than an hour. An hour after that, a gentleman named Steve came to deal with the problem.

Roman couldn't have been clearer up front that just coming out on a Sunday has the high emergency rate. On a couple occasions they made sure we clearly understood that. But we needed the work done ASAP.

Steve took care of the problem within an hour or so, and was very explanatory the whole time. Overall, he thoroughly cleaned out the drain and pipes.

We're having him come back in a couple weeks to replace our old leaky stone sink in the basement.

Overall, great experience and we'll continue to use them!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! My 73 year old  widowed mother recently had Holland over for a furnace check and was told there was 3 major problems with her furnace. They told my mom it was silly to fix these 3 things because of the cost and it would be smarter to get a whole new furnace AND AC!! After sitting down with the Holland salesman and my mom she picked out a new AC and furnace (not the top of the line) for a mere $8000. Since then we had 2 other reputable HVAC companies over to evaluate her furnace (they were not shown any paperwork from Holland furnace assessment). Both HVAC companies said there was absolutely nothing wrong with her furnace!! After their assessments we showed them Hollands assessment and they both shook their heads and said Sorry but you dont need any repairs and definitely do not need a new furnace!!!! They use scare tactics to pressure customers into their lying sales pitches. Cancel your contracts with them if you have one!! They almost took $8000 from my mom!!

I have used this firm several times previously, but NO MORE.  I have a small weekend place in Lake Geneva.
Arrived several weeks ago to find the blower on the HVAC not working. They came , diagnosed probelm and replaced capacitor- some $340. later.
I assumed they checked out the entire system for that fee...but apparently not.
I came back next weekend--exact same issue. They came out again, different Tech oh that wasnt the problem you need a new blower motor. Took 3 days to get a quote for that --$650.!
Now wait a minute; shouldnt a $340. service call be a thourough diagnosis?
During all of this the owner Keith repeatedly dodged my calls. The lady on the desk is very nice and tries to be helpful.  
I asked for a quote to replace the entire HVAC unit--OK finally got the bid 2 1/2 weeks later and it is by far the highest quote- 75% over lowest quote. Think Im being fleeced by these guys. with Regrets

I needed to get my boiler cleaned, Southport came out quickly and did a meticulous job cleaning up the soot in my furnace and checking for CO emissions.  If I have other problems, I wouldn't hesitate to call them back.
