I have a running toilet that is driving me bonkers. Wasting water so I turned the key. Not going to wait for my landlord so no problem I will pay out of pocket. I went on Yelp to find a plumber that is near with great reviews so I found this one. I am a no nonsense straight shooter - tell me the price - be on time and do the work and all is good. Communication is key. Time is money right? Ivan (I assume Owner and the plumber) was polite when I called on a Sunday inquiring about his service and I told him I found him on yelp and loved the reviews. He told me wait until Monday as a Sunday emergency call would be $350. I said no problem. Monday 8am. He asked for pictures I sent him multiple to be thorough. He told me the prices. I'm thinking for a flapper - ok whatever. I'll pay just stop the water from running (btw I don't pay for water but helllllo the environment so that's why I turn the key) He was not at my apt at 8am and I didn't get a text or call so I text him asking him if he was still coming because I was missing work. Ivan stated yes he was running a little tardy (should have called buddy as a courtesy) No problem .... you can even park in one of my spaces because parking at my building is a challenge. He gets there tells me he doesn't have the piece will have to pick it up and he will see if he can come back same day if not we can arrange. I said no problem just let me know. That was Monday by Wed I sent him a text - see pictures with no reply. People want customers but get lazy when customers are throwing money right at them for a flapper. I mean $135-175 and I could change the whole Toilet for $250! What a disappointment. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job for him but a follow up would have been professional and accepted - no harm no foul. Everyone has the right to make money and take the jobs they want. But don't waste my time.
So since he didn't give me his time .... and my toilet is still running .... I thought I would give Ivan 5 Mins of my time to write a negative review on the same place I found him. Best of luck in your business !

I have used plumbing diagnostics from all my plumbing needs for years. From small clogs, to running cameras, to replacing all my old cast iron pipe inside the house and out. Professional, On-time and made the entire process easy to deal with. Thank you again!

We used Trust Rooter for A blockage in the kitchen sinks and a showers dripping issue. We had the pleasure of having JOHN come and help us. He was so respectful and kind and very knowledgeable and actually felt like I had my own dad or uncle come and help than a business transaction. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was amazing as well. I will definitely be using Trust Rooter again they definitely won our TRUST. Thank you JOHN!

We noticed a leak from our water heater expansion pack yesterday (Halloween day!) and requested a quote from several different companies via yelp. Joe Blacks plumbing was by far the most honest & transparent company to respond! They showed up at 8 am this morning and within 20 minutes our problem was fixed. You can't beat they're price or service! Wonderful company

We had a plumbing issue during the busy July 4th weekend.
Found this company on yelp and have them a call.
Sergio answered and agreed to come out after listening to our problem, what we had done already, and assured us that he could help.
Same day.
Which is amazing on a holiday weekend. Price was reasonable- didn't feel at all like they were gouging just because it was a holiday weekend.
He came and fixed the problem.
Thanks so much for being nice, reliable, and helpful! We have other plumbing issues and will be calling him back to help.

Jorge was very responsive to the messages sent via Yelp...unfortunately there was zero follow through from his side.
I reached out for a quote via Yelp and Jorge responded right away...we scheduled a time for them to come out to my house on a Saturday. They showed up almost 2 hours late. Once they started working they realized that they did not have the right parts. His employee told me he was going to go to Home Depot to get the part...2 hours later I contacted Jorge to see if they were coming back and advised that they couldn't find the part and would need to order it that coming Monday.
Almost 2 weeks later not having received any communications from Jorge i followed up with him and he told me he was still waiting for the part.
He never reached out to me to keep informed or follow up...if i hadn't written to him i would never have heard form him again.
I have an American Standard toilet...nothing fancy - there's no reason why a part should take over 2 weeks to arrive.
I contacted another plumber who was able to get the parts and fix our toilets within the span of 2 days.
I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because Jorge was quick to reply whenever i reached out to him via Yelp.

This review is long overdue. I was recently reminded of it because I need plumbing services again for another issue. Back in January, I called Dick Rosher Plumbing to find and fix a leak coming from our bathroom into the bathroom of the condo below ours. After reading their reviews and speaking to the manager on the phone they seemed as if they would be very thorough, in part because they are using the latest technology that most other plumbers were unwilling to pay for.
We set up an appointment for a Friday morning. I had a difficult time scheduling this appointment because we had to find a time that my downstairs neighbor, DR Plumbing, and myself would be available. 10-15 mins. after I was expecting the plumber to arive, I went to my cell phone to call them and noticed that an hour before the appointment, the manager had sent me a text letting me know that they wouldn't be able to make it because his guys had stayed up very late doing an emergency plumbing job the night before. Of course this really made matters more complicated because now I had to try to find another plumber and go through all of the scheduling issues all over again.
They may be excellent plumbers (Unfortunately, I cannot confirm nor deny this), but this is a very unprofessional and unreliable way to do business. I run a small business myself. Sometimes I get calls from my regular clients asking if I can squeeze them in for an emergency. However, I would never cancel or reschedule even a new client I had already booked, for a last minute booking with my best client, without first calling the new client to ask if it was okay to change our appointment. And I certainly would never cancel or reschedule by text. I would first call (this is still far and away the best form of communication, excluding face-to-face), leave a message if I got no answer, and THEN text. Furthermore, if it meant that I had to coffee up and deal with a little less sleep to keep my original appointment, I would certainly do that.
When I called later to let them know that their no-show was unacceptable and had cost them a client, the manager never offered to do anything to make it right. When I have screwed up and run very late for an appointment, or there was a confusion between the client and myself on the appointiment time, I offer a free service to try to make it right. Some promise of a discount on my next neeeded service would have prevented this review, but there was none. Excellent customer service means doing your utmost to deliver upon the client's expectations, but perhaps more importantly, it also means doing your utmost to make the client happy, if their expectations are not met.

Main Plumbing Services did a great job fixing my toilet. Elias was very thorough and even went to the hardware store to get a part he needed to be able to complete the job that same day.

As his reviews indicate, Mr. Manin is a 5 Star plumber. I have needed his expertise on two different occasions now. He is polite, expedient, and knowledgable. His pricing is reasonable for the work performed. He is reliable and prompt in responding to inquiries. I feel comfortable recommending him to any of my family members and friends. Thank you Mr. Manin!

Julio, the owner, was on the phone with me on 3 separate occasions, which included a Friday night at 9:45pm, and took the time to answer all my questions. I know I must have been a pest, trying to come up with the best solution to replace my water heater. He was patient and honest. Of course I shopped around. No one took the time like Julio did.
He came in with his team, masked up and ready to work. I have elderly in the home. Communication was so great, he had pictures and a video of what to expect. It wasn't an easy job, due to the space constraints and shoddy job that was done 15 years ago. He ran new copper pipes and replaced the valve with a ball valve! In all, I was very happy with the work and transparency he and his team provided.
