Wow, Leo was phenomenal , service was incredible , truly. Here's the story: was in a pinch after hitting a water line with a nail by placing a mirror in bathroom, handy man put a replacement piece to fix the punctured pipe, something wasn't sitting right with me, so called a real plumber to handle the job, under hour later, Leo was there , explaining options, and solution. Re did what handy man did,
And now I have peace of mind. Thanks to this company for coming out quick and Leo for being truly awesome

I made it very clear when I called that I already knew there was a belly in the PVC pipes and have a copy of the video scope that was done during my home inspection. My reason for calling Trust Rooter was to determine WHERE the belly is (ie outside vs under the slab) and to get a quote on the repair. I repeated this all to the plumber when he arrived and asked him if he could locate the belly (home inspection company had said it was a 2 person job) and he told me he could. He scopes the pipes and tells me the belly isn't too bad and recommends hydrojetting the pipes first. I can appreciate him recommending a conservative approach and trying to save me $$$ of a major repair, but I SPECIFICALLY asked for a quote to repair/replace the PVC and to LOCATE the issue. I get an email later that day...for hydrojetting! No description of what he found or copy of the video scope, no mention of where the heck this belly is in relation to the house, and no quote for the repair that I actually need!!! So I basically paid $175 for nothing. I called Trust Rooter to voice my frustration and was told the plumber would reach back out to me. This was over 2 weeks ago and still no reply.

I had a really bad smell coming from my laundry room and they came out right way within hours. Lee took care of the problem quickly and super professional. I also used them the following day on a project where we broke a plumbing line. They came after hours and took care of the problem. I would definitely use them again.
Our kitchen sink was clogged for days. We tried everything, not wanting to have a plumber in during COVID-19. We called Trust Rooter and got service the same day. Manuel had all the PPE for COVID-19 and walked me through everything. He provided an estimate that matched the final bill. The service was fast, clean and most importantly it worked. Problem solved. I highly recommend them.
I am a small business owner myself so I have standards that I hold other businesses to. I've been in the food business 36 years , 19 now in South Florida and needless to say handymen, electricians and of course plumbers are crucial to keeping my business running. Sadly I've been through my share of bad workers and businesses. So being that Yelp has been good for my business I figured let's give them a try. That's where I found Trust Rooter. First and foremost they are owner operated like myself so I found that very intriguing. Their work ethic and professionalism were second to none! Friendly, work integrity and great communication. My daughter had a leak in the wall between her bathroom and closet. I read the reviews on yelp and called TR. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and actually had an appointment open for the next day. The service rep Raul was punctual and very polite, friendly and professional. He checked every possibility and found the leak coming from the shower. He quoted a price to open up the wall and find the leak and did so immediately. This was a very nice experience because you honestly don't know what to expect on a first visit. I commend Raul and TR to anyone who has a plumbing problem!!!

Manuel came out and gave us an estimate. I was trying to get some pricing and Trust Rooter was the only company to be in contact constantly. Came back the next day and was awesome. Cleared up the problem quickly. Even gave great advice on how to keep the problems away. I had a poor experience with a plumber before when my shower needed work and left me without a working shower for almost a week. This experience was a complete 180 and I will be using Trust again when something comes up.
This company came early and it's representative professional and engaged. Pricing was a little steep but worth the cost. I would recommend them.
I had been battling a slow draining and eventually clogged kitchen sink for a few months. After trying out my DIY skills , I finally realized I needed a professional with good equipment. Marvin had come out a few days earlier to give me an estimate at no charge. His professionalism was duly noted and I ended up scheduling a appointment. The clog was no easy feat, it required 100ft of cleaning to get rid of the built up sludge. Don't hesitate to hire this company for your plumbing needs..

I had someone come in to repair my jammed garbage disposal. I told the technician that my cold water was turned off because it was leaking, which should have been besides the point. He unjammed my disposal for $200 but then turned back on the cold water and left. Of course it was leaking because that was not what was repaired.
I had the guy come back because I don't expect to see a flooded kitchen after a plumber has been in for repairs. I could have turned it right off again but I was angry about it and it was a shock that he left it that way.
He came back and fixed the leak but when I refused the additional $200 bill, the guy actually UNFIXED the leak and just turned off the cold water again.
Overpriced and unethical. Go elsewhere.
Robin and his colleague came out and installed one of their garbage disposals and I provided a new sink and faucet. Job was quick and the end results looks great. Pricing was better than all other quotes and communication was also great. Highly recommend.
This company delivered what they promised me, exceeded my expectations with the work and his efficiency, and they also quoted me the lowest price. He even took the time to answer some additional questions I had about unrelated projects. He was patient, detailed, and candid so I could decide the best course of action. Robin and his crew are very kind, professional, hard working, and fairly priced. They came out immediately to assess our emergency situation and got right to work.
We had a pipe break on the outside of our house, causing our plumbing to go into the backyard. The water heater in my condo was leaking and needed to be replaced ASAP. I honestly can not say enough about Manuel and Osvaldo. Not only did they quote the best price in the area, but they were very patient with all of the complicated paperwork and permits that my condo required. Don't do business. I wanted to test my water back flow, and they tried to charge me $287 !!!!! Almost every other company in the area quoted me between $128 to $149. Also the other guys come way sooner !!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time and money for companies that just want to take advantage of your business.
I am very pleased with the quality of work I received from Jose from Trust Rooster. Jose showed up on time, was polite and professional, provided me with a fast and competitive quote. The repair itself was performed efficiently and skilfully. After the repair Jose explained everything to me and provided a few valuable recommendations. I would recommend Jose and Trust Rooster to anyone who needs a plumbing job/installation performed.
Poor analysis and lazy stood there wasted botj our times and only thing they assesed was their way to hogh price $2000 to router pipes! They are out of their damn minds!!!! Dont waste time calling

Very overpriced work - I would look elsewhere. We have used them twice and were left feeling unsatisfied both times. They are nice guys so I wanted to give it a second shot but, unfortunately, same outcome. They came out the first time to fix a small leak from our toilet. He was able to fix it, but charged $150 for a small piece. They came out the second time for a water leak through our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They looked everywhere for the leak and could not find where it was coming from. They drilled a small hole and put a camera through it to try to find the leak, still no luck. They charged us $200 and the leak still remains. I will be looking elsewhere moving forward for any and all plumbing work.
Luis came out and explained the job and what additional parts were needed install faucet in my new counters. I like that the company provided a detailed estimate so I could see exactly what I was paying for. They were neat. Love the results.
I'm very happy to highly recommend Trust Rooter. These guys did a top notch job for us. Our water heater went bust on Wednesday at 5:30pm and with Trust Rooter's help we had a brand new water heater installed and working by Thursday at 6pm. Thanks Robin!
My sink line was in need of being cleaned. The pour in bottles worked for only a short time. I called Trust Rooter this morning at 9:30 am and by 12:45 pm Marvin was at the door. He was gone by 1:30 pm and the drain line was clean. The price was reasonable and the equipment on his truck was complete. I decided to have it power cleaned from the roof vent instead of at the sink. I suggest you try power cleaning that uses a safe chemical to flood the pipe, not pressure like hydo jet. It costs less and may work as well. From the call to Trust Rooter until Marvin left the company was polite and did not try to upsell.
As a contractor I rarely use trades outside my circle. These guys passed the test with me. What sold me was Melvin and his truck. The truck was set up like I've never seen. It's prepped to root piping. I recommend them highly.
Had to fix a broken spigot and pipe. Responsive, came out same day, on time. Great communication, price was what I expected and reasonable. Robin was professional and efficient. Would have him come back if needed...hopefully not lol

Best Plumbing Company in Miami/Broward hands down...there is no comparison! Knowledgeable, Honest and Punctual. We have used them for simple leak fixes to complex fixture installs and each and every time they arrived on time and got the job done for a fair and reasonable price.
These guys are awesome! I had Robin come out to diagnose a leak behind the washer in the garage. He had the problem, the solution and the estimate in less than five minutes! He repaired my leak for a decent price and I am having him come back to replace the washer faucet box. I am very happy with the service. These guys are highly recommended!

As a first time home owner new to the area it has been extremely hard to find professionals to work on our house. We've honestly tried 5 different plumbing companies and Trust Rooter is the first one we've ever called twice. Now we've used them 3 times, all for different unrelated issue, just an old house. And I'm so glad we have them and can trust that whatever issue we have they fix it quickly and it's always been a pleasure working with them. Even calling in to make an appointment is pleasant. We've had them fix a leak, unclog the laundry pipe, replace kitchen sink, replace a valve and fix a toilet. All repairs have worked great after and prices were reasonable. I am so happy I found these guys. I had them come out to fix a issue that a previous plumber attempted to fix. (I will be posting a review on there account soon. Depending on the outcome of the negotiation refund I will be asking them for)
Back to Trust Rooter. I called them the day before they came out. The second they answered the phone it was like a fresh breath of air. Super black and white. So Marvin from Trust Rooter came out the next morning and immediately knew what the issue was. He explained to me that the previous plumber almost fixed the issue. Had the previous plumber actually ran a main sewer line to the drain out I would have had a working sewer pipe. Instead they ran the main sewer pipe from city to almost the house. I was so disappointed that they did this to me. I mean what the hell. Who does this. Now I have to pay extra for a second company to fix a half completed job. I wish I would have found Trust Rooter before hiring previous plumber. I am no plumber but I would have even had the common sense to start the main sewer line from house to city. Not the other way around. So so disappointed on the other plumbing company. But very very happy with Trust Rooter. Thanks Marvin!

Where do I start? I sent a message via Yelp and received an immediate response. I was able to schedule my appointment for early the next morning. I texted them my address and contact information. I received a text back letting me know my information was received. So far so good!
I received a text 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment window to let me know that a plumber was on the way. Service technician Gary McLemore arrived and was welcoming. I immediately felt like I could trust him to locate the issue and repair it.
He checked the meter box, turned off the house valve, and performed the normal checks to determine the issue. He noticed the tile business on the other side of my fence and said, Let me go check over there. I will be back.
He came back with pictures taken on his tablet to show me what he found. The tile company water runoff was pointed towards my property. He said that he advised the tile company of the issue and they promised to correct it. I did not have a leak after all. Whew! That was close.
When I asked Gary how much I owe for the service call. He said I didn't owe anything. I went from being concerned before he arrived to grateful after he left.
I recommend this company hands down. You'd be insane to go with another company.

Talk about plumbing emergencies one right after another! Thank goodness for Robin and Trust Rooter. When a pipe broke outside my house (not covered by insurance), Robin came immediately. He used leak detection to find the leak and then proceeded to repair it and replace the driveway tiles and the landscaping. Everything looks like new now.

Here in Hollywood, we've had a roller coaster of bad experiences with plumbers. This time we had a leaking water heater, and stopped up bath tub. The service was timely and efficient. The plumbers were honest about issues with our old built in 1938 house. I highly recommend them.

Trust Rooter is the real deal, everything you would expect from a service company. Fast, competent and affordable.
Robin came on Wednesday, assessed my old water heater situation and gave me a detailed estimate, which was completely in line with the other two quotes I had. Next day he installed the new equipment and, in addition, fixed all small but annoying plumbing issues I had in my 20+ years old home.
I would give him a 10, if that rating was available.

Great customer service. Called for help with what I thought was my water heater. I was initially given a window of 10a-12p. Raul showed up around 10:45. He was great at explaining what he found. He was respectful and didn't try to exaggerate what was needed to unneeded expenses. Best part was at the end of the consultation it was zero cost! Great value for just getting something inspected if you ask me! Definitely will keep them in mind when it's time to upgrade or repair any issues in the future!

I can't say enough great things about my interactions with Trust Rooter!
I needed a plumber to replace my hot water heater in our condo and I obtained quotes on Home Advisor and a lot of plumbers didn't even respond. So I used the Yelp app feature where you can obtain quotes from various vendors (including plumbers). Within a relatively short amount of time, Trust Rooter messaged me offering a same day in home estimate (complimentary). I called in to Trust Rooter as requested and spoke to Patricia. Patricia was so friendly and hospitable and had someone in my home in 2 hours for the estimate.
Technician, John, showed up and was so friendly and gave his honest advise about the hot water heater, and also helped with a couple of other things we needed to have done in our condo. Their pricing was very affordable and beat most other plumbing company estimates (without even having to bargain with them first). I really appreciated their honestly, it's very hard to find this trait in Miami.
So, we decided to hire Trust Rooter, and scheduled everything with Patricia and she handled all permitting, along with insurance details for our building and kept us updated along the way.
On the servicing date, John showed up toward the start of his two hour window quoted and once again was very polite, courteous, and did a very thorough job. And all was as promised for pricing at the end as well. We've hired a few plumbers since we've lived in Miami and this by far is a standout experience and look forward to contacting Trust Rooter the next time we need a plumber. If you call, be sure to ask for technician John... he's outstanding and has 15 years of plumbing experience and is very knowledgable.

Update! Marvin came and did an amazing job! He found the problem and quickly resolved the issue.
He was very transparent and gave a detailed explanation as to why this wasn't noticed by the previous plumber. The pricing of the services were very reasonable and they even applied promotions we weren't aware they had. I also loved their emailed receipts with very detailed documentation of the work they completed. The thing I appreciated the most was how respectful Marvin was with my mom who learned English as a second language. This is a very professional company who cares about their clients and makes sure that the whole experience is pleasant. If there are any issues in the future with our plumbing I know this is the company I will be contacting first!

I am happy with the service for water heater replacement and new main water shutoff installation at my parents house in Ft. Lauderdale. However, the circuit breaker for the water heater started tripping every time we used the shower. My previous water heater was 3500 watts, the new water heater is 4500 watts. It is on a 20amp circuit. I contacted Trust Rooter and they came back to replace the heating elements with lower wattage. Now everything is working well and no more having to reset the circuit breaker after every shower.

Good experience with Trust Rooter today. Robin came out within 2 hours of my requesting an appointment to investigate a sluggish sewer line. He scoped it with video and explained the potential for why I am having a problem- did not over sell any additional services but suggested I wait and see how things go with my current system. Appreciated his straightforward approach that didn't include any scare tactics to encourage me to sign up for more services I might not need.

As a first time caller, to Trust Rooter, I was very impressed with the courtesy extended to me by the nice woman taking calls. She was a breath of fresh air and she represents Trust Rooter in 5 star fashion.
There was a problem with our new 3 day old water heater, and Lee arrived even before our 10:00 am appointment. He did a thorough diagnostic work up and corrected the issue. In addition, we needed a new 1/4 turn compression angle stop to replace our current one, behind our toilet.
Lee was very personable and a hard worker. He explained everything and was only too happy to answer my questions.
You can be very proud of him, as his customer service was outstanding. He made our day and was happy to do an excellent job. He also left the work area in pristine condition.
