Rick did an excellent job!  After describing my situation with my air conditioner, he quickly figured that I had a burned out capacitor.  He had one available in his truck and replaced it.  Problem fixed.  Rick was very professional.  

Scheduling was easy.  I had to switch the time of my appoinment, and Valerie was very helpful too.

I called Mike's plumbing on a Saturday morning with an emergency water leak coming from a ceiling in my multi-level home in Manhattan Beach.  They came out that afternoon and did a great job at methodically troubleshooting (and I am an engineer) the source to a leaking copper water supply pipe in an upper bathroom.  They repaired the source of the leak, and cleaned up my lower bathroom, and were done very quickly.  A very professional and effective house call.  The charge for the work was very reasonable, and it is great to know that this level of expertise exists.  I will use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Drew and Ponco were amazing! They didn't replace my AC when originally I was told I needed a replacement; they just fixed what needs fixing. They didn't rip me off. Super impressed

I had a pin hole leak on my pipe below the trap primer.    
The water had to be shut off and I started calling plumbers.  Not only did Shane answer and was able to come the same day.  He was very courteous.  Did the job in 10 mins, no more leaks.   Weeks passed by and the trap primer was defective and started leaking, Shane to the rescue again.  Did the job quick and easy.   He will not gouge you on pricing like the other plumbers do.  Do not hesitate to use Shane for your next plumbing job.  I am recommending him to all my friends and family.

I had a pipe that burst under my house and2 plumbers came by telling me that I had to replace a 40 foot pipe costing me north of $2500. I had William and his assistant stop by to also review the work to be done. They found that the issue was a rotted fitting between 2 of the pipes. Within 2 hours they fixed the issue and charged me less than 10% of the other estimates. I am a HUGE fan of Mr Thomas and he has earned my Trust and will be my Go To Plumber moving forward.

Like I said Mr. Thomas has been my go to plumber for the past few years. He recently put in a tankless water heater and the cost for the parts and labor were exactly what he quoted me and he of course he did an outstanding job. He also fixed one bathroom fixtures at a throw in for the job.

Was experiencing late night pinging in the pipes.  Discovered we were suffering from extreme high water pressure.  A pipe or slab leak was in my near future.  Robert came out and installed a new pressure valve, shut off value, hot water heater expansion tank and all new copper piping outside the house.  Disaster avoided!  flawless work at a very reasonable price.  He made this stressful situation as painless as could be.

My mom called to inquire about fixing our leaky faucet and Timothy, the owner answered the phone.  He was able to have one of his plumbing techs come out the next day.  Paul gave a courtesy call before coming out to give a time of arrival.  The job Paul did was extremely well done.  We would highly recommend this company, The Green Plumber, because of their EXCELLENT service.  We give The Green Plumber an A+!!!!

I highly recommend ALCO.  They showed up when promised, completed the work in less time than initially estimated, and did the work for a great price.  Alex even came back to double check that the work was completed correctly.  I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs!

Jacob and his team came out to replace a Water Heater that has been giving us such a headache for a while now. Because I am the Real Estate Agent who manages this property, I have to communicate with both the tenant and Owner regarding everything to do with the plan and payment. At one point I three-wayed Jacob and the Owner so that Jacob could explain the situation better since I have no knowledge on plumbing issues. Jacob was so patient and accommodating the whole time where most would have gotten so frustrated. He gave us such honest and unbiased opinions and it helped everyone end on such a high note. His team was sent out by the manufacturer but his work and attitude was so delightful that I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing services we may need. Thank you for having such a great group of workers.

We called them to diagnose HVAC issues and were given a fake list of things that needed to be repaired and given $$$$ an estimate totaling up to $6,000.  Of course, the $6,000 repair would not permanently fix our issue, and to REALLY fix the issue, they recommended that we replace our ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM which would cost up to $25,000.  Don't worry though!  They have financing options!  LMAO

We called another company who diagnosed the problem, changed one part, and charged us $300.

If you paid this company to do work for you, you got RIPPED OFF.  You paid up to TEN TIMES MORE than you needed to for jobs that other companies would've done for much, much less.

Their technicians probably sit through days of seminars on how to lie to customers and tell make-believe stories on why their HVAC systems are not working and what customers should do to do fix them.  Again, don't worry about their OUTRAGEOUS prices!  They have financing options!  LMAO

SHAME ON NEXGEN!

I had a laundry room and kitchen back up and called Complete Plumbing to see when they could respond. They were able to come the following day at 8:00 am and showed up promptly that morning.  Couldn't be happier with their service and the cleaned my laundry and kitchen line completely, and they run like they are brand new. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and his crew for any of your plumbing needs!

Wayne came out today to fix my furnace.  He was earlier than the scheduled appointment time!  Work was done quickly and efficiently.  Didn't have to pay an arm and a leg.  Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

First time using these guys for a same day service for a water heater install this morning. Derek and Thomas arrived within 30 minutes of calling to schedule, they were cool dudes. Very professional, provided good service, and informative on water heater/plumbing. Pricing was very reasonable. No issues currently with installation. Response time through yelp messaging was fast. I'd use this company again.

I was misguided by Mike Diamond, thinking I needed WAY MORE work than  I really did. It was just a simple backed up drain or so I thought.

Mike Diamond. Wanted me to rip open the wall, replace pipes and  hydro jet the plumbing. They quoted me a reasonable price for the work but too high for my budget, plus the thought of ripping up walls, repainting and spending that sort of money were making me sick.

Needless to say, I kept my upstairs sink out of commission all Summer because of this quote.

The guys from Gorsuch came in, snaked it, and fixed the piping underneath the sink in less than 45 mins....now my sink is draining as it should be. And for attraction of what Mike Diamond wanted to charge me for the same problem
