Wow! What an awesome company filled with honest, kind individuals.

Today, I needed their expertise to determine if I had water damage from my briefly leaking water heater. They came out and informed me that I really didn't have any damage and it would dry just fine. Why was this so important? See below.

On yesterday, a company (Emergency Restoration Experts) came to my house and tried to convince me that I had $4000-$5500 worth of damage. They even pulled out the little scope and walked around telling me it showed the water inside the walls. Basically, it was a scam. Their colorful scope happens to be something I used in the military. It doesn't show water in walls and it cannot show you water in walls. Had I let them do the work, they would've gouged my insurance company. Then, they attempted to help me by getting my insurance company on the phone to file the claim. I put an end to that.

My friend was right, Rebel Refrigeration is Great!!! They called the same night which we were not expecting and came early morning the next day. The job was done efficiently and speedy within an hour. The person that came was friendly and took that time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem.  I am very happy with Rebel Refrigeration and I will definitely be using this company again and i recommend them.!!

Today we had the Alaskan team come out to replace our air conditioner. Joey, Sean, Jimmy, Jaime and Robert came and they were very professional. They were done sooner than we expected! Showed us how to work the use thermostat and explained everything to my husband and I. They were patient and polite with us. They knew what they were doing. Answered all questions we had. We would highly recommend this crew to anyone out there that needs heating or air conditioning.

Johnny on the Spot did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vent out. They removed so much lint from the venting system.  Totally impressed. Both guys were very knowledgeable and nice. Thank you for the great service.

The diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. It was only a fuse but he could have told us anything. We wouldn't have known the difference. Honest trustworthy and sense it was a fuse and nothing serious they left and said no charge. The guys even put purple tective booties on their shoes so they would not mess up the carpet. I would recommend them to anyone.  me tell you what.... This guy is a Professional!

Anthony and Josue came out to take care of a large job which included replacing the following: two toilets, a kitchen faucet, an under-sink RO system, a garbage disposal, a pressure valve, and a soft water system.  At the time they were scheduled we received emails and texts with all of the information regarding the appointment. They arrived on time with text updates as they were on the way and they both did an awesome job.  They work well together and are kind and courteous.  We decided to have them back to work on further replacements.  We highly recommend these guys and this company.  They are our go-to plumbers for the future.

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Our AC unit went out. In the middle of this Las Vegas summer heat wave. You always hear horror stories about plumbing and HVAC services charging you for stuff thats not even broken. We called and talked to Mushegh who advised us that the technician will be at our house as soon as possible. The technician Pato showed up, and my God I've never seen anyone be this professional and courteous. He completed the job in less than an hour and advised us on further maintenance that will be needed. I will definitely be going back to these guys, and recommending them to anybody who needs it. Air Squad was contacted by Home Shield to repair our A/C due to a noisy fan. Josh came out checked the unit and agreed with my concern. The part was ordered and installed in two days. My reason for the four stars is that I had to call them to confirm my appointment for the repairs.

Appt time and follow up were kept as promised and for once, the company my warranty company(American home shield) satisfied my household needs and my hot water was restored.  I was impressed with Air Pro Master and would recommend them for future needs!

We use Hawthorne to check our air conditioners and furnace every season. When we had a plumbing issue arise, a claim was made through Home warranty of America and we requested Hawthorne. Jacob Godzak showed up on Tuesday to take care of the issue. What we thought was a small plumbing problem behind our fridge, turned into purchasing a Halo filtration system, after discovering the plumbing problem stemmed from a water filtration system that wasn't being used and would most likely need to be replaced. Jacob was so professional, kind, informed us of the military discount available to us,which we so appreciate! and worked all day to get the new system installed. He is such an asset to Hawthorne and we will continue to use them for our plumbing, cooling, and heating needs. Well done!

silver state plumbing did a same day service on our leaky master bathtub faucet. Lionel was a plumber with 23 years of experience. He didn't have the faucet cartridge on the truck and had to find a place to purchase the item. He came back and fixed the problem in an eficcient manner. I thought the bill was a little high and I asked if they give a Senior discount or a Veteran discount and he replied with yes and took 10% off.

These people are absolute thieves. Jhun came to my house to fix an ac that wasn't running. He swapped the capacitor and the fan did not run. He immediately went to I need a new ac replacement for 15,700 dollars minimum up to 27+ thousand. The ac designer, Steve, was extremely pushy. To the point when I said I'm going to get a second opinion he asked what can we do right now to get you to sign

I went and bought a new capacitor and swapped it out myself. It's a 28 dollar part. Worked fine. I will be contacting the news, the better business bureau, yelling from the highest mountain that this company are a bunch of predators.

I'm calling my credit card company to do a charge back

One star because that's the lowest. I hope all of the employees at goettl read this. I hate every one of you with the fire of 10,000 suns.
