Best Gas Furnace Installation in Las Vegas NV
I called and spoke with Troy about our leaking hot water heater. He said they could arrive within 2 hours to check it, give an estimate and replace it same day if we wanted to work with him.
He arrived as promised and gave a reasonable estimate for replacement and the work to be done to bring things up to current codes.
After arriving and giving the estimate, he left, got a new water heater, returned and replaced our leaking one all within 1 1/2 hours.
Long story short, 3 1/2 hours and we have a new water heater, hot water and no leaks.
Excellent service I would recommend to others and use again in the future.
They are honest, personable and get the job done!

I had a lot of trouble getting someone out here to work on my tub. I called around 10:30pm and got a live rep (yay!) who told me a tech would call me back. It never happened. I called back around 11:30, and was given a form-letter type of response. Thank you for calling, someone will call you back shortly No real acknowledgement of my problem.
Eventually someone did call, and told me they couldn't fit me in until the morning (that's fine) and to expect a call around 8am. The call finally came around 1:30pm. I was told someone would be out in 30 minutes. And hour later, I called to find out why no one showed. I again got a form-letter type response, and promised someone would call in a few minutes. And hour later, no call. I called again, and was given yet another form response. A few minutes later, the tech arrived (with no call) and he got to work.
About 15 minutes later, I finally got the call, while the tech was already at work. So disorganized!
The tech was somewhat friendly, but he was not very pet friendly. You would think that a guy who enters people's homes everyday would be able to work with animals better. My kitten brazenly rub up against him, and he was instantly unhappy, then complained about getting cat hair on his jump suit. Really? A guy who works in sewage all day is a little worried about cat hair?
Overall, they got the job done. It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had, and they did it on 4th of July. If I have another late-night or holiday emergency, I will call them, otherwise, I'll go with someone else.

During our winter maintenance we had the pleasure of meeting Lou W. Lou was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. After he inspected and cleaned our unit he took the time to review photos and offer suggestions to replace our 30 year old unit. I called pretty late in the day, maybe 10 or 11pm and Tim answered. He helped me schedule a service call the next day. Tenant said furnace was blowing cool air. Chris came the next day and plugged some module on the board in and out and did some testing. He said we can change out the board or see if fix worked. I waited a while before submitting my review and so far no problems reported. There was no pressure to change the board and I appreciate that there was no charge for this simple fix. I will definitely give them a call back should the furnace go down to get the board replaced. It is pretty refreshing to find a company that cares about client relationships instead of just the bucks. Give this company a call. You won't be sorry. My experience was review worthy!

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

This company was sent to my home by my home warranty service. Art, the technician who came out initially assess the stoppage I had in my kitchen sink, said it was a garbage disposal problem and changed out the garbage disposal. When the clog occurred again I called to have them come out to fix it again and he didn't even look under the sink to see what the stoppage could be he simply ran the garbage disposal Until the water went down. What he wrote on my receipt and the receipt he gave to my home warranty company were two different things and my home warranty company tried to charge me for another service call. When I read to them what he had written on my receipt it was totally different than what he reported to them so I refused to pay them. I still had a plumbing stoppage after three weeks. I told my home warranty service just send another company out, they did, and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. Five star home services technician art didn't even look to see if there was a clean out the pipe under my sink. I had asked him to snake the drain which he never did and once the drain and the cleanout pipe were snaked I have no more plumbing stoppage. This company isn't worth your time.

Worst customer service. I've been out of a/c since Saturday. And they still have not fixed anything. When I call the reps. Just keep telling me that they have to wait for my homewarranty. When I call my home warranty people they say it is all approved. So I call them back and they give me a run around. Saying that they will contact my warranty people and will call me back asap. It's the Thursday and no call back. So I call and they are all like (oh yeah we got you set up for Friday. So I get a little mad and asked why so late when I was told everything was good on Wednesday. So I hung up and try to finda way to get someone out here sooner. When I was told I would have to wait all over again for who knows how long . I call back and let them know I have no other choice. The gentleman then said it won't be until Saturday. Wow. I said. You just told me Friday. He said no. Now it's Saturday. Again. Wow. If it was just me I would not of been mad. But with a 6 yr old that's hot. It's hard not to get angry. If you can. Use someone else.

Yes, they are expensive, but they really do solid work. I bought a HomePath house (repo/bank-owned that needed significant work) and worked with Hawthorne from the beginning. They completely retrenched my master bath, installed all of my toilets, faucets, and literally everything else that had to be done (which was quite literally EVERYTHING). I did voice concern about one bill I found to be ridiculously high, but they did work with me to refund some of that. The bonus is that I have the 2 year guarantee on everything.
Worked primarily with Ivan. He is the absolute best. Works fast, is thorough, and is very patient.
I think many people are upset because they have home warranties that do not cover much of what Hawthorne goes out to do, which is understandable. But blame your home warranty, not the company that is called to come fix things that aren't covered. You are paying for LABOR, not parts. If you know how to do it, obviously you are going to save money by doing it yourself with parts from a box store.

I'm torn about reviewing this company. Two years ago, my AC unit failed, and they came out and replaced the compressor. They were prompt, professional and explained everything in such a way that, even at 2700 miles away, I understood what I was paying for. Of course, I called them when the unit failed again this year, but something about the company is very different. I am not sure if there was a change in management/ownership, but I would certainly hesitate about calling them next time. This time, not only were the parts that failed not covered by their warranty (of course), they were hugely expensive. On top of that, the technician told me it might be a good idea to replace the entire inside unit, which coincidentally, would cost the exact same amount of money as the outside unit. To the dollar. On top of that, the technician decided to save me some money by not replacing the thermostat because it didn't really need to be replaced (even though I told them to replace it) and a week later, there was a short in the thermostat (how does something with that little electricity running through it have a short?) and it actually caught fire. Luckily, my tenant was home at the time, so she could shut the breaker off. But now, they have to go back out there, and will be charging $200 to do so. I probably should have just told my tenant to take $100 off her rent this month, go buy a thermostat at Lowe's or Home Depot, and install it herself - I feel like she probably would have done a better job. I would recommend that, if you have another option, you call that company first. This company will do the job, but they are neither fairly priced nor particularly honest.
