Best Flame Sensor Repair in Las Vegas NV
These guys were so awesome! Solved my plumbing dilemma after hours, quickly, for less than any other quote, leaving no trace that they or the problem were ever there.

Spoke to Scott the owner. He responded immediately. Within an hour Francisco was out here to fix my issues. He matched a quote from a competition and i am pleased with the fast thorough work performed

My AC condenserstop working Thursday night. The next day Wesley was fixing it. He change some fuses and my AC start working again.
Very honest company...he could have Find more issues quotation marks and try to charge more money but no. They just fix the problem and that was it.

Customers BEWARE. This company was so difficult to work with. At first everything was great, found them on yelp, bought their $35 for $75 coupon and booked them right away to help repair a few things at my home. It all changed when I called the office to pay and was greeted by such a rude lady.
Right off the bat, she was committed to not accepting their coupon I bought on yelp. First she said I need to print it, then she said I have to be there to hand it to the plumber- They knew I was out of town, which is why I gave them a code to access my front door! I suggested I could email the coupon and she was rude and condescending about the whole thing. She said Well he has to see it in front of him to accept it (what a joke right?). The she said no companies accept coupons shown from their phone UHM EXCUSE ME yelp says print or redeem right from your Yelp app! What the heck. Then she says well I heard he gave you a discount so I wouldn't take the coupon either way.
Anyhow, I wasted my money on the coupon unless I found another job for them to do. So the next day I booked them to install a thermostat for me so I can use the damn coupon, and she told the gentleman working on my house not to accept it, yet she failed to tell me that they won't accept it. I will NEVER hire these people again. They are rude and have poor customer service. The lady answering the phone is the worst. And don't waste your money on their stupid coupons. It's a joke.

I called Rebel over the 4th of July holiday when my a/c stopped working. They were quick to make it out despite the holiday and diagnosed the problem. The part store was closed so they came back the next morning with the part needed and had my system back up and running before noon the next day. Every technician involved was amazingly nice and professional. I highly recommend Rebel and will definitely be using them again for future needs.

Homeowners in Vegas know that finding decent, honest service people is a crapshoot with very long odds...
Once upon a time, Alaska Air was our only AC service call. We'd relied upon them since 1998 so in 2011, when we needed a new roof unit, we called no one but them. The very large new roof unit (almost $12k) was installed but, unbeknownst to us, the required city inspection we paid for was never completed. The unit came with a five year warranty and service agreement. Annual service calls always seemed to require some kind of part but, as it was under warranty and no charge to us, we didn't think much of it. When I questioned one technician as to why our unit - being nearly new- would be having problems - he told me that AC units are built, tested and rated for an average temperature. Las Vegas summer heat, he continued, is way above average and no unit was built especially to deal with such extremes.
Early last summer, as it neared the end of warranty, the unit went out. We could smell an electrical smell and
immediately called Alaska Air for repairs. We were charged for a 'burned out' part. Less than two weeks later it happened again. Imagine our shock and dismay to discover that upon questioning the service people we learned that during the initial installation the unit had not been properly wired to the electrical junction box and was drawing too much power, causing a part to repeatedly burn out. Not only that, but now Alaska Air repeatedly denied ever installing it in the first place!! When we finally found the paperwork to prove they had indeed been the installer of record, we were told the company was under new ownership and this was not their problem. We asked to be reimbursed for the previous two repairs as the unit was still under warranty and for the city inspection we paid for to be completed. Both requests we denied. The unit must now be re-installed to bring it up to code and avoid the risk of both burning up the unit completely and burning our house down!! So we are left with paying twice for a job that was never completed properly in the first place.
The moral of the story? Honest service companies in Sin City are rarer than MegaBuck jackpots and Alaska Air is certainly a losing bet.

The time had come to replace the HVAC system in my condo. I didn't want to wait until the system gave out. James C came out, and we discussed the project on Monday. By that Friday, Hector and Eric were laser focused installing the equipment. They are a great team with such professionalism, knowledge and super courteous. This company has proved to me they care about their customers.

awesome service. Needed a tuneup. They showed up right on time. They were neat, friendly, and Honest. They let is know that our capacitor was still good and did not need replacing yet but was on the weak side, something to expect next year or so. They did not try to push to sell or anything. I will be using their service from now on!

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

My heater went out and my home warranty company sent the job over to them. Immediately from the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. Laura was professional and sweet and made sure someone was coming to me right away. The next morning Reuben came to fix it right within the time window I was promised. He fixed it and gave me a new thermostat. You can't go wrong with this company. Amazing people that will give you and amazing experience.

Horrible company!! Because I was an american home shield customer they put me on the back burner and used the excuse that they needed authorization! Which was a lie! Then said they wanted me to supply them with a 14ft ladder cause they didn't have one !! They are not plumbers. American home shield sent another plumber which cut the wall and fixed the problem! A real plumber!

My home warranty company assigned this company to address my plumbing leaks. I tried to call them at least five times to make an appointment since I hadn't heard from them. Their automated system is inadequate. I was put on hold, the person never came back on the line. Finally I just gave up. And then when they finally did call in late afternoon/early evening, they didn't leave a message or the best way to reach them. I had just missed their call. I tried calling them back at their caller ID number but it resulted in me getting stuck in the automated phone system again and put on hold indefinitely. I eventually asked my home warranty company to reassign me to another service provider. Not going to use them. Ever. It's like they don't want your business. That's the impression I got anyway.

115 degrees and second day in our new home and air stopped cooling properly. Joseph Grande was sent out to fix it and for 2+ hours he worked non stop to find the problem which turned out to be several issues. Joseph was efficient, professional, and did not stop working until the air conditioner was working to it's best productivity. Highly recommend. Thank you Joseph for making our move cooler!

Oni was our tech and not only was punctual, but took extra time explaining our plumbing issue in detail and offered options and helpful suggestions. Very personal and fixed our issue right away.

Buyer Beware! These people are the *WORST.* We got two new HVAC units. They positioned one of the HVAC units over a sprinkler head. This meant that when the sprinkler went on, the water sprayed the bottom of the HVAC and the grass in that area went unwatered. We had to pay to have that sprinkler head moved. Goettl said they would pay the cost. They never did.
The topper with these jackasses was their finance company. We financed the HVACs and paid the monthly amount due online and had no late payments for two years. We are responsible people who pay our bills on time. As we paid the debt down, one of the payments didn't go thru on the second of the month. At 19 days past due, they turned us over to a collection agency! The nasty accusatory calls and emails started at 20 days past due. Goettl tried to ruin our high credit rating over a debt that was not even 30 days past due!
The whole company has a scammy feel, as does their collection agency.
Also, compare prices! Goettl is WAY more expensive than other companies. Several neighbors have gotten new HVAC units for MUCH LESS! Live and learn. This business sucks nine ways from Sunday.
