Best Flame Sensor Repair in Las Vegas NV

My husband and I have been without our master bath for over a week now! This is the second plumbing company we have called to come and diagnose where the major leak is coming from. Set an appointment with Thor to come and find the problem and give us a quote, they told us they would be here 7.23.18 between 5pm-7pm....no call and no show! Extremely disappointing.

We had another water problem - REALLY! Second water leak in 4 months!!!  This new water leak problem was from an original 2009 waterline install - with the water leak coming to a head last week. The original home external waterline installation used the lowest grade available copper tubing available. Add to that a legal waterline install but not the best way to install this waterline. With the approach of the 4th of July weekend, we had problems getting service here. Our insurance Company advised even the insurance companies are having issues with getting service providers to customers - due to the lack of service people to support. When Anytime Plumbing arrived - a total of three technician visits - we finally got the right technician Jerry the Leak Technician.
Jerry got onto the water leak problem ASAP and fixed the water leak as if this was his own home. He fixed the leak issue and placed the lines in the best configuration possible - using only the best materials on the market today. We are extremely happy with Jerry's professionalism + work ethic. Jerry and technicians like Jerry are why we only use Anytime Plumbing Inc for all of our plumbing repairs.

Had an issue with my HVAC! Called and Wesley came to my house and immediately was able to tell me what the problem was and knew how to fix it! Super knowledgeable and confident in what he was doing! Grateful for the quick response and the quick fix! Will be using this business from here on out!! Thanks Wesley for fixing my hvac!!

And my air-conditioning go out early in the evening one night and needed repair. Call Number One Plumbing late in the evening to schedule an appointment. Sean, our technician, arrived an hour earlier than expected. He was courteous, kind and diligent with his work. After giving us a fair estimate and the possibility of other issues and their costs, the problem was caught quickly, diagnosed thoroughly and remediated properly. His visit lasted less than half an hour. A discount was added for using Yelp for their services.
Bottom line: I have never had a more proficient service take care of my air-conditioning needs so promptly, expediently and expeditiously. The true rating on this review is 5.0 and Number One Plumbing absolutely earned every bit of that rating...

I have done business for several years now with Rebel Refrigeration and always found them to be honest and knowledgeable in their field.  I'm impressed with their cleanliness and organization.

They seem to not only care about their customers, but their employees too and it shows.  It's nice to feel like you have a friend to help you when something goes wrong.

Did a great job arriving on time and fixed the problem. Jose took his time explaining each fix and actually saved me money because a certain fix only needed cleaning not a replacement part, that is honesty work, great job Jose.

Edit: Thank you for your response guys. I can tell by it that you either don't have a sense of fair play or you are ignorant of Yelp's policy on review solicitation. I have added a screen shot of their stated policy for your reference. Not all companies cheat. There are plenty of review platforms where you can ask, but Yelp is not one of them. I will assume you are ignorant of the rules and not a cheater, assuming you course correct. If I am wrong in my assessment please call your Yelp sales guy and ask him/her. Show him the document you are giving to people and ask him if that is ok. Have them put it in writing and then simply add it to your pictures. Then we will all know that I am wrong and you are not a cheat. My intention is not to denigrate your business which is why I gave you a neutral rating

In fairness, I have never used this company, but was considering it until I determined I couldn't trust the reviews.
I thought Yelp didn't allow for businesses listed on Yelp to solicit let alone pay for reviews. Here another customer posted a review with this picture saying that Johnny on the Spot is not only actively asking for reviews, but actually paying for them. Lets see what Yelp does. What do you want to bet that Johnny on the spot doesn't dispute this with Yelp?. Haha

Worst customer service. They came out have a bid for a job.  Showed up late started job and then left.  Office called later and stated they wouldn't return.  Left our office not working.  Very unprofessional.  DO NOT USE THEM.

Well, all these great reviews....sorry but I don't buy it.  A gentleman came out to our home today and we were not at all impressed. Our air conditioner, which is about 5 years old wasn't blowing really cold air. My husband told the technician. My husband also asked if there could be a leak. The technician immediately told my husband even if there was a leak, we couldn't find it. My husband asked if the technician could charge it with freon. The technician again said no.  His suggestion was to replace the whole system: for about $5 grand.
My husband told him no and the tech left.  

We asked a different company to come out today. This guy checked to see if there was leak and guess what? There was a slow leak. He found it, sealed it and recharged it. Needless to say, our air is freezing cold now. Yay!  

Long story short: this company is awful and I will yell it from the mountaintops!! I DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Quick response.  Reasonable price.  Anthony and Chuck swapped out my water heater without any issues.

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

My home warranty company sent them. The technician first said I needed a new shower head, I said it is not the shower head, then he said I needed a new valve, they don't make parts for my shower any more. Of course then I would have to see if it was approved by AHS. Then I got an estimate of $1200. I called my old plumber, he went to Lowe's picked up cartridges for $60 and had it fixed within the hour.

I had them fix my hot water heater in Feb 1 2017, so yesterday my heater stopped working so this morning i call them up to explain that I would like someone to come out and fix the problem because it's still under warranty with them. The girl tells me I need to have a work order when I explained I'm no longer with that other home warranty service. she tells me that the product isn't covered under there warranty but the home one, when I start reading the part were it says it's covered for 90 days last time I checked 90 from Feb 1 is may 1 she goes no we never cover that if you want we can send someone out for a 50 service charge and what ever needs repairing we will do for a cost. I started getting heated you are telling me I have to pay for you to come out and pay to get something that clearly in the receipt states 90 days parts and repair. She turns around and then tells me you can go through your new company and pay then to come out to look and repair. I lost it. This is a scummy company that is out to rip you off. So beware use someone else if you can.

Rick and his co-worker came out this morning to install a Wayde King water purification system. It took them less than an hour to install, plus remove an old water purifier and under sink RO system. Top notch work.
I give Nationwide this 5 star review from this experience with them.
I highly recommend this company and hope you will choose them for your plumbing needs.

My water heater went out the other day and I called AHS for warranty. I have read horror stories about using AHS and have my own as well. I've seen reviews about a bunch of issues with the water heater claims particularly.

I have to say I had zero issues. My home is 6 1/2 years old and the heater died right after the warranty was up. I called AHS and paid the $75 fee and hoped someone would come same day. Air pro was sent out with a four hour window of 12-4. They arrived a few minutes after 12. Jose came and quickly determined a replacement is needed and let me know the process. He said that since it's a newer house they don't need to bring anything up to code but that AHS probably wouldn't cover the permit fee. He told me they are going to be back out the next day with a replacement.

This morning I got an email saying that AHS wasn't covering something and it was the permit which cost me $185. The office called me right at 8am and told me about the fee which I paid. They gave me a four hour window of 1-5 and Gustavo was out right at 1pm. Took him less than an hour and a new heater was in place.

This whole job would have been $1100 at least and I paid $75 for service fee and $185 for a permit. I'm pretty happy and would call this company again.

Both techs were awesome and right down to business and the office staff was nice and communicative. Thanks for making this a great experience for an otherwise unfortunate event.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hawthorne replaced a water heater under warranty two years ago for 750. It started leaking yesterday and we called for an appointment since they said it was under warranty. Well today they came out said it would be 825 and no new warranty just old warranty. He also blamed our water softener for it only lasting two years. I've had water heaters and water softeners in many houses for over twenty years and have never had one only last two years. To be fair they offered a 10 percent off veteran discount. Told them no thank you and the technician smiled and sarcastically said well good luck. We called someone else ( Water Heater Pros) and they did a warranty exchange on the unit for 545.

115 degrees and second day in our new home and air stopped cooling properly. Joseph Grande was sent out to fix it and for 2+ hours he worked non stop to find the problem which turned out to be several issues. Joseph was efficient, professional, and did not stop working until the air conditioner was working to it's best productivity. Highly recommend. Thank you Joseph for making our move cooler!

My ac unit went out today, the fan wasn't turning and it was making a high pitch noise. I turned it off immediately and called Silverstate. They were here within an hour and a half of my call AND after hours. The man went out and had it fixed in a jiff and since they had replaced my motor not to long ago the part was free and so was the service call. Very professional and courteous. In this heat I can't express how thankful I am that they made sure to get over here right away to repair our unit. There business card is always on the thermostat in case of emergency and it will stay there. My mother in law also said she will be switching companies since I've had such a good experience with Silverstate! Thank You :)

They claim $80 drain cleaning on the radio, called to have them do it, then they tell me its gonna be $300-500 ! Waste of time.
