Best Electric Furnace Repair in Las Vegas NV
So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit. Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair. Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500. I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy.
Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective. I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.

So simple to get ahold of, seriously, anytime. The technicians are always avaliable to come and help us out. Dennis McLain goes way above expectation to get our system working again, and he has an awesome personable character, great customer service skills as well as very knowledgeable about plumbing issues.

Bumblebeeze provided a great experience on the replacement of my HVAC system. Mark provided the information I needed to select the HVAC system I needed and worked with me to get the right price. The replacement of my HVAC system was done right .

I think these guys are great! Sometimes it seems difficult to find honest folks in HVAC and Number One has been great from minute one.
I thought they did a great job servicing my HVAC and gave sensible recommendations (I had some issues with some of my filters).
After they came the first time, I signed up for their regular check-up program. It's now some months later, and I just got a call from them to schedule my next checkup! I like how they kept track of that and took the initiative to call me. Otherwise, I probably would have forgotten!

We came in contact with numerous people at Rebel Refrigeration and have been very pleased with the service from everyone from start to finish.
Booking the appointment was very easy. We needed a Pelican filtration system installed, so we were transferred to the right person to ensure the details were worked out. Even though we were waiting for the system to arrive (ordered online), we were able to be penciled in to reserve our appointment because we had an estimated delivery day for the system. That was much appreciated to be able to book an appointment without any equipment.
Later that day, I received a voicemail to confirm we were the owners of the home. It still showed the home builder as the owners and not us, so they couldn't proceed with the installation if we weren't the owners. When I called back, it was after business hours. I left a voicemail explaining we just closed on the home. I didn't expect a call back until the next business day. I was blown away when I got a courtesy call back from the person who was on call. It wasn't even an emergency and he called back! I can't remember his name. Wish I took it down. Again, much appreciated and blown away by the service. This person went above and beyond by calling back when it wasn't an emergency.
When our system arrived, we were asked to let the office know so we could confirm our appointment and pen it in. We spoke with Star. Again, very pleasant and professional.
Installation day!... We had D. He was awesome! My husband appreciated how professional, prompt, and respectful he was. He takes pride in his work and made sure to be careful with the equipment and home. My husband is highly detailed and loved how D paid attention to the details with his work. He also made sure my husband was happy with the work and service he provided.
We were so impressed with the service all around that we will be subscribing to the yearly services they offer to maintain and check our plumbing and HVAC systems.
We highly recommend this company. It's hard to come by a company you can trust and so far they've won our trust.

Alaskan was out yesterday to replace my ductwork. At my biannual A/C inspection, it was determined that it was spent. Trevor, Jobab and Jamie came out and for five hours, they worked hard until the job was done. They were very professional, wearing show covers and vacuuming up before they left. Everyone that I have met with this company has been very friendly and professional.

The time had come to replace the HVAC system in my condo. I didn't want to wait until the system gave out. James C came out, and we discussed the project on Monday. By that Friday, Hector and Eric were laser focused installing the equipment. They are a great team with such professionalism, knowledge and super courteous. This company has proved to me they care about their customers.

Hi, Just had to write a review to show my appreciation for Tim (HVAC technician) who was at our house last week to perform a repair. He was persistent in his efforts to find a very small Freon leak in our copper tubing. Once found, he did a very professional and efficient job of extracting the remaining Freon, patching the leak, and then re-filling the Freon to the proper level. He stayed with us long enough to be sure that the leak was patched, and the unit had achieved the proper pressure and cooling differentials. All during his time with us, he displayed the utmost in customer service by answering all of my questions and explaining where he was in the repair process. It was a pleasure having Tim out to do our repair and I highly recommend him to other customers. Thanks Tim!!!

Nicholas did a great job replacing the wax ring and caulking on the master bathroom toilet. Even replaced the valve on the wall when the handle snapped! The estimate was fair. Nicholas was very kind and kept me up to date on what was happening!!

Not sure if this is unusual but I had a terrible experience with Snap plumbing. Last week when my toilet broke they told me they had limited techs working and schedule for today, Tues. 13th. I waited all day, at 5 pm I called and was told the tech was on the other side of town but coming. At 6:30 pm I called again and the woman said the plumber said he came and was turned away. TOTAL LIE. No tech showed up. Didn't call. Just lying. Very sad since other reviews said they are good.

I would like to follow up with a second review as Gary returned to finish my leak issue. He replaced the part and he rechecked the areas where we still heard dripping. He thoroughly explained the origin of these noises and reassured me that they were not causing any more plumbing issues. Gary was, once again, kind and very professional, as were all the office staff who confirmed my follow up appointment. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!!! Thank you 5 star for excellent customer service and a job well done! Stay safe and well during these scary times! :)

My home warranty AHS sent a plumber from this company for kitchen sink and toilet drain. First visit, the plumber said there was no problem. I guess the water drained while waiting for service. After 2 weeks it clogged again. I called them to come back. For Second visit, another plumber came and checked the problem. Snaked it and said there's wax in the drain and snake won't go in. That's it. Did not do anything. He called AHS to say, service request closed.
Waste of my $100 for service call. Do not call this company. Do not waste your money. Their technicians do not know what they are doing.

I had to shut down my water heater during some gas line work elsewhere in my new (to me) condo. After multiple tries I couldn't get the darn pilot re-lit. My home warranty company called Nationwide Plumbing. They called first thing the next morning, and Chris and his helper were here within a couple of hours. Chris quickly discovered that the knob on the WH had a hairline crack, so turning it actually did nothing - who'd have thunk it? Well Chris, apparently. Quick fix, prorated co-pay, and they flushed the sediment from my 17 y/o WH. I'm happy! I also learned they often work for my neighbor, who has rentals. I will call them next time I have a plumbing issue!

Air pro masters was sent by my home warranty service to diagnosis broken valves. It was obvious the tech didn't feel like working but it was Friday morning and that's understandable at the end of the week. He didn't even look or try to turn the valves, he just took some notes and left. He told the warranty service that replacing broken valves is regular maintenance in what I think is a purposely done lie in order to avoid more work. I will never let this company near my home again!

Personable and they make sure the customer is always happy. That is how you build up business in a very competitive market. Make sure the work is done right and at a fair price. A solid company from my stand point. Richard Palmer

This is the 2nd work order done with this company and both times they have given me an open availability of 8am to 5pm. At both times did no one show up. I should not have to follow up with a company to make sure a work order is done. The amount of time taken off to have no one show up. This is poor service. This is also my first time with this company. Bad 1st impression. I would not recommend if we can't set up a scheduled time. Poor customer service and takes to long to get work order done.

Silverstate came out and did a pre-summer tune-up on my 2 units. The tech (Danny? - sorry, between my 2 appliance repair/installs, I have going through so many names. lol) was on- time and very courteous, He took the time to explain everything he was doing. The office staff was very good at following up and making sure I was happy with the service. They will call in the Fall about follow-up checkups, especially for our heaters.

Frankly, I'm disappointed in this company. I had high hopes in 2018 when they installed 2 new A/C units and 2 new furnaces (heat exchangers) in the attic. In other words, they installed everything there was to install to cool my home on the hot days and heat it on the cool days. I was convinced I had found my forever HVAC team and I joined their Club at some $300 a year. My wife and I are retired and living on fixed income, but we wanted the best and did not want to have concerns about our home comfort in our Golden Years.
Here's the problem. They come out twice a year (once in the Spring and once in the Fall) for the price of that Club membership just to service the units and insure they are operating properly. They have now been to my home 6 times in the past 3 years and EVERY TIME they find something wrong! Can you believe it? Brand new units and there is something wrong every 6 months! In addition to the ungodly price, I paid in 2018, I have laid out more money just to keep this new equipment operating effectively. There are so many complaints that I don't care to list them here, but I will describe the latest one.
An A/C inspection was performed on 11/4/2021 almost three years to the day that I had the equipment installed. And it was recommended that I spend another $10,000 on (1) Hard start kits, (2) more attic insulation, (3) a UV Light System Sanitizer, and (4) two surge protectors. That is one-third of the price I paid just 3 years ago for NEW units. Just 3 years! None of those recommendations have been made previously and technicians have been all over my home, as I said, six times.
I have lived a long time and have owned several houses in many parts of the country and have never had this much trouble with A/C or heating equipment even when they were 10, 15 or even 20 years old!
There is definitely something wrong with this picture and the problem is Goettl. I don't trust them. I think I'll return all of their flashlights and try a more reputable company.
