Best Air Duct Repair in Las Vegas NV

Two words describe NRS - Great and Honest!   One of my AC units went out and they arrived on time (less then two hours).  After troubleshooting they discover the issue to be my NV energy thermostat.  They (Timur) didn't want to charge me!   Tipped them and will use them for all future repairs/replacements!   Great company!

Last Friday my guest bathroom toilet backed up. I checked Angie's List and came up with Thor Industries. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Two properly masked employees came around 4 PM and I showed them to the guest bathroom. To my chagrin the toilet had magically fixed itself! They checked it just to make sure and pronounced it fit for duty. I asked them how much I owed for the service call and they wouldn't accept a dime! Needless to say I will call them next time we have a problem...

I am so happy I called Bumble Breeze for a second opinion on my furnace. The first company told me either I replace the circuit board for $1,100 or the whole shebang for $13,000. They lied saying there wasn't a fuse on my unit protecting it in the case of an electrical short.
Thankfully, Aaron from Bumble Breeze came out the next day, on time, and I, not letting him know I already had the previous company out, explained what happened, and in less than 5 minutes he came to the door showing me the burnt fuse that he could replace with a new one. Which he did and my furnace was back to working again. He also cleaned up the wiring issues that caused the problem in the first place. I went from deflated facing another huge expense to delighted with a very reasonable charge. Again, thank you for being an honest man Aaron. My system will need replacing soon and Bumble Breeze will be my first call.

Johnny on the Spot's team was amazing! I had Brock and Mason stop by my place to clean the dryer vent out of a new house I bought. I got communication when they were headed my way and they were able to work around my busy schedule! I expressed that I had work and wouldn't be back until 6 pm and they were able to come promptly after that and put in a special note to come after 6. This just shows the company is geared toward excellent customer service.

Mason and Brock were cleanly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what they had to do and I'm so thankful for them. They wore booties and brought a vacuum up to clean up dust, they left the laundry room clean and the vent cleaner!

Not sure if this is unusual but I had a terrible experience with Snap plumbing. Last week when my toilet broke they told me they had limited techs working and schedule for today, Tues. 13th.  I waited all day, at 5 pm I called and was told the tech was on the other side of town but coming.  At 6:30 pm I called again and the woman said the plumber said he came and was turned away.  TOTAL LIE.  No tech showed up.  Didn't call.  Just lying. Very sad since other reviews said they are good.

We had Enrique change out our leaking garbage disposal. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He also went above and beyond to make our sink and disposal run properly. I would highly recommend Enrique and 5 Star.

My air conditioner went out so I called a few companies and were unsatisfied because they were either too expensive, charged for an estimate, or they never bothered to follow up with an estimate.  I called Hawthorne and not only did they come out giving a free estimate, they gave me a fair price and were willing to work with me since I'm on a fixed income.  The technician's name is Todd Hagler and he is a true professional.  He was patient, he explained everything to me, he was personable and friendly.  Todd is truly concerned with the well being of the customer.  Hawthorne should be very proud to have a person like Todd.  Not only was the service great and reasonable in price, but Todd represented well and when Hawthorne is in consideration of raises and/or promotions, please give it to Todd.  He is definitely growing your company with his outstanding attitude and personalityF!

I couldn't say anything about the service, Chris informed me when I called to schedule my home warranty call that if I couldn't do 8am to noon that I would have to call the warranty company and get someone else, because his guys absolutely needed a 4 hour window, and could never do anything in the afternoon.  Happy to oblige and give the business to a professional service company instead.

John and Naquan from Number One Plumbing came to install a new toilet in a guest bathroom. The old one had been constantly running and we purchased a new one. John and Naquan did a great job, especially since there were unexpected issues which made the job a lot more complicated than anticipated. I was very pleased with how professionally they attacked each issue and systematically solved the problems. They treated it like they were fixing their own homes and I was very happy with the results. They explained each step, made sure I understood what they were doing, and were efficient and very neat. Thank you Joe the Plumber for coming out the same day that I called needing help.  Joe was quick and courteous, and had all the proper equipment and materials in order to install a anti-syphon valve in my backyard.  I didn't even know Rebel had a on-staff plumber, so I was happy that they did.. Not only will I rely on Rebel for my AC needs, but I know i can rely on Rebel for all my plumbing needs too!

Wes recently had our winter service on our HVAC system and I wanted to say thank you for the professionalism of the all staff and techs.  We have been with you for almost 4 years now and besides the 6 month AC and heat services, we have also taken advantage of the plumbing check service.  One item that sometimes gets forgotten is the anode rod in the water heater.  All our plumbing looked good except the rod had completely dissolved.  Time for a new one and thanks for installing.  Will be checking on that about every 2 years now.  Just this last check this week on our heating unit we noticed dirt buildup in the air vents.  Since we have never had that checked out and our home was built in 2006, we decided to take advantage of the vent cleaning since we didn't know if prior owners had ever had it done.  Luckily we didn't have a huge problem, but decided to have it done so everything was in the best working order since our entire unit is only 4 years old and we want to keep up the maintenance as best as we can to keep all of our costs down. It also helps my husband who is a CPAP user and suffers from allergies.  Thank you Justis for the heating inspection and the option to clean our heating vents and David (I hope that I got that right) for the good work on cleaning out the air vents. Very careful in prepping the areas so my home was kept clean.  You were great.  Office staff is incredible.  Thanks to all.  Not all companies are for everyone, but I really and truly have had a great experience with Alaskan Air.  If I had questions or concerns I have always contacted them and had conversations where we discussed my concerns and responses were great.  Treat everyone the way you would want to be treated and usually things go alot better.

I used 702 Plumbing to replace both sewer and water lines on a rental duplex. I paid them $40,000 to replace everything, the two plumbers doing the work were excellent. Management not so much, I had issue with asbestos somehow there was a miscommunication between 702 plumbers and asbestos company. We worked through that and got the job completed. Afterwards on a Friday morning I called after tenant called saying they had a water leaking on a replaced pipe. I called 702 Plumbing Friday and was told they would sent a plumber out between 10 and noon on Monday.  TonighMonday  I got a call and they told me Due to Scheduling Errors they did not fix leak, It took them till 5 PM to figure this out? Then I got on Yelp and discovered they offer an Military and Senior Citizen discount, I'm 67 years old and a veteran and was not offered the 10 percent discount?? We are a retired Mom and Pop rental owners and $40,000 is a lot of money. And still have a leaking pipe, hopefully tomorrow they will show up!  They did repair the leak, finally!

Hot water heater went out and was under warranty still and was given Rakeman as a point of contact who honors warranties. I couldn't get through reading off the first three letters of serial number before the sloppy communicator on the other side interrupts me to proudly announce this type of water heater is not something they will service....smh...I needed it replaced not services; but it was obvious this company isn't looking to provide the best service.

Used this firm for our annual ac check up. Serviceman (Lou) arrived early. Got our rather elderly units up and running for the Las Vegas summer. Advised us on some possible problems we might have in the future -- but no hard sell. Will consider Silverstate for more work going forward.

Very good service, I was helped by Chris. He was fast and very knowledgeable I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the job to be done right, the first time.

The company came out for our bi annual inspection. We said we wanted an AC kick start capacitor. They charged $570. After we naively agreed, the service person/sales rep called his boss and then the price was raised to $650. It took 5 minutes to install. We then looked the part up. The box was left at our house. The part was $45. It took 4 days and many phone calls to ask for them to remove the part. The have HORRIBLE customer service and take advantage by charging exorbitant prices.

Air Squad was assigned to me via my home warranty. They would not schedule me unless I paid them over the phone first. They gave me an 8 hour window 12-8pm today. They just called me to cancel, after I stayed home all day to wait for them. When they called  me to cancel , it clicked that they did this to me last year. same M/O - 8 hour window, cancel last minute. Except last time they did it to me 2 days in row. On top of that, I have not had hot water for 5 days and when I was clearly upset on the phone call , the receptionist laughed at me. I told her I didn't think it was funny - she then became nasty. I asked her to refund my service fee  back to my debit card. They have not refunded my money. Not only have they wasted my time, they have my money they will not refund and have not provided any service to me. I dont know how they are in business. I didn't want to even give them 1 star but yelp forced me to pick stars.

This company came to my home five times to fix my ac unit last year. After one repair they actually placed the fan on backward. They tried to charge me twice for R22, and even threatened me over the phone to come out to my home and remove the second charge of R22 if I didn't pay them for it. Needless to say, if they'd adequately fixed the problem it wouldn't have had to been charged twice.
Now, because they're contracted through my home warranty AHS, they've been sent to do repairs again this year. They said they won't come out unless I agree to pay for R22 AGAIN. Maybe if they fixed the leak/s last year we could have gotten off this ridiculous loop.
I've started the work to report them to the EPA.
They're supposed to come out Monday to do another repair.

Update: once we hired Airpro outside of our home warranty service provider, they delivered. We had our entire AC unit replaced at a very reasonable price. It's been a week and I still have cold air.
