Best Air Duct Repair in Las Vegas NV

Tim, Came out in 45 minutes, this was the 12th company that I tried to schedule to come out for my AC which went out. Capacitor had to be replaced, he cooled my condenser and replaced the capacitor. Definitely will have them service my AC for the annual maintenance.

Thor Industries installed a top of the line Rheem Hot Water Heater for me in 2019. A few days ago, I noticed water in my garage, called Troy at Thor. He came out right away, said the water heater was defective. They drained and removed my water heater the next day and installed a brand new one. The installation fee was crazy high (as all things are since the pandemic) & I told Troy I simply could not pay that much. Long story short, Thor installed and completed the job absoutely perfect........and he gave me a discount on the install. THAT IS CLASS !! Please use Thor Industries for any HVAC, plumbing issues. You won't regret it.

Over charges estimates. Had my air ducks redone by them and found out they didn't do a full replace like they said they did. Been unresponsive to my attempts to get them to refund me or complete work. Send salesman to your house who are total snakes.

Had a small water leak from my air conditioning furnace and called AMI. Joe F came out to inspect the damage and told me that I needed new coils, new condenser and a new pan, he stated everything is rotted out, I was thinking WOW this might be expensive.Joe went to his truck to get his price book and said its going to be $5000.00 to fix it.I told him I don't have that kind of money and he said we finance.

I smelled a rat and called another air conditioning company that came out a hour later.The owner Gregg said all it is that your PVC pipe is clogged.He cut the pipe and all this debris came pouring out of the pipe.He then reconnected the PVC pipe and said OK I'm done. He charged me $65.00 for the repair! The air conditioner furnace does not leak now.

AMI is a RIPOFF and preys on the home run. Joe lied right to my face trying to get $5000.00 for a $65.00 repair.

Please do not use this company, they are liars and RIPOFFS.

He takes the time to explain the issue, the repair and goes out of his way to ensure a fair price.  There is zero upscale and he is a straight shooter.

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Enrique was awesome! Our water heater went out on a Friday, right before a holiday weekend. We contacted our home warranty company who contracted 5 Star for the service call. Enrique came out on the holiday, drained the broken water heater, picked it up the following morning and had our new water heater installed that evening. Great service. I'd contact them for service again.

We paid $3,000 cash for a compressor they said we should be good for a while two months later we were having issues with a C not working and they wanted to charge 6000 for a coil to make a long story short they left us in limbo and brought a window unit for us to use and ripped us off for $3,000 cash and didn't have that decency 2 accommodate us in any way they are the most unprofessional place of business ever I would not recommend them to anybody!!!!

Talk about awesome service!!! My A/C went out yesterday, and these guys came out last night and fixed it in a jiffy! They even fixed a setting on my water pipe/valve that kept making a banging noise for no extra cost! These guys were very professional and fairly priced. I'll surely be calling them for all of my home ownership woes.

Jessica was amazing. Great customer service. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!! My air went out and im a new mom so dealing with no air conditioning in vegas heat is a nightmare. Thankfully they are coming out in 2 hours. So happy i found them.

I have used Alaskan Plumbing Heating and Air for years. I am totally satisfied with their service. They have done a great job for me over the years. Their Techs and Reps are always professional, personable and knowledgeable. Their work is quality and done right.

Joey showed up on time, extremely friendly, offered options, had parts on his truck (even though the parts he was replacing are EXTREMELY OLD).
He was fast, clear on what my choices might bring forward (I chose brass and copper vs plastic).  He had good advice for a PVB that I *thought* needed to be replaced, but in his opinion, probably didn't, and suggested I wait until my pool is filled again before replacing.
Price was as fair as any plumber in the LV area. I'll definitely be calling them back.

115 degrees and second day in our new home and air stopped cooling properly. Joseph Grande was sent out to fix it and for 2+ hours he worked non stop to find the problem which turned out to be several issues. Joseph was efficient, professional, and did not stop working until the air conditioner was working to it's best productivity. Highly recommend. Thank you Joseph for making our move cooler!

Lower rating due to high price of $225 for 45 minutes of labor work which I thought was excessive, otherwise would give 5 stars.
Problem-loud knocking noise from A/C compressor at my 1story home. York unit was 2 years old, parts covered under warranty.
Positives:
-showed up at home 10 minutes early to scheduled appointment, on the same day!
-Nick, the technician diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. 2 other A/C companies including Elite could not diagnose the problem. New condensing fan motor needed.
-John the technician showed up the next day as scheduled and installed the warranty part in under 30 minutes.
Problem solved and eliminated!
A plumber charged me $100 for 3 hours of work which included parts he had to get from Home Depot. Not the same trade, however another contractor I used.
Negatives: high price.

NO HEAT?! I woke up this morning in a blizzard it seemed like !...
I called Goettle had them look at the old unit and we got it replaced the SAME DAY . They sent a awesome Tech named Branislav Konear out he was able to explain to my older landlord what the issues as to why I had no heat . And they  even matched a previous company's price! The crew was awesome and got everything done with a smile and were very friendly. I'm glad my family was kept warm this year because of this company Goettl Air good job guys .

We went through our home warranty and they hired this company. The one downside was that they couldn't come out for around 5 days. Since it was only our upstairs AC unit that was broken and it was May, we got by okay.

Other than that, the service was great. Vadym was our tech and he was very professional and efficient. He diagnosed our attic blower with a shorted computer board. Called a parts store and had the part the next day installed and the unit up and running. He also topped off our coolant.

Overall a great company. They don't try to scam you. They are just there to do the job and do it well and fair.

America Home Shield sent Air Pro Master to take care of my water heater. I was very pleased with both companies as this was the first home warranty issue I had to deal with.   They replaced my water heater quickly and very professionally.
Gloria, Brendan, Brad and his assistant were all incredible!  Very nice people and very knowledgeable. Gloria was great in keeping me updated and following thru with AHS.  Definitely recommend!
