Very professional and fast!
Our very old furnace needed service and a Nevada Energy tech came out to work on it.  He obviously didn't know what he was doing when; after he left, our house started filling up with smoke...  I unplugged the furnace and found most of the wiring had started to melt.  Long story short, he put the vented panel back in the wrong place so no air was able to vent the furnace (it's about 25 years old, new furnaces don't have this issue I don't think).  As for the Nevada Energy people, I won't use them again.

I immediately called NRS and they were able to get Chris to come out and fix everything within a few hours.  He did a fantastic job of replacing the wiring and also sharing some of his insight about HVAC systems.  He appeared to have tons of experience and it looked as though he enjoyed his job.  I really appreciate hiring someone with a good attitude.  Thank you Chris.

The service from Thor is excellent!  I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and they came out the same day, fixed the leak and took care of a few other issues. Their prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other plumbing problems they will certainly get my business.

Wesley was the first tech to inspect and temporarily fix the ac and He was awesome and helped get the ball rolling to set up an appointment with Scott because I had to replace the entire system. Scott was also awesome, very informative and gave lots of choices for me to choose from. As for the installers Benjamin and Larry, they were just as great! They worked their tails off during this heat and still had a great professional awesome attitude! Cheers to Bumble Breeze and for taking my call when no one else would!

I can't say my experience with Johnny On The Spot was painless because it wasn't free but they sure took out the sting. Their technician was thorough and took the time to explain the situation with my air conditioner system. He assisted with choosing a unit that fit my needs and my budget. A team came out and did a professional job installing the unit. Respectful and fair quality service is what I received.

I used Aire Serv for years and these guys have taken their place, so I gave them a try.  They came out promptly to do a spring service and their tech found a few issues with our heating/AC system.  Patrick provided several options and price points to help alleviate the issues.

The techs were able to come out the next day to replace an AC system and 2 blower motors.  8 hours later we were set.  Very professional and expeditious, Patrick was great.  Now we are waiting for a call from them to get a drywall guy out to finish the job.  Great so far!

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Contacted our AHS warranty and they sent out 5 star home services. At first I was nervous because you hear horror stories when it comes to plumbers. Robert came on time and fixed our faucets and hoses in both bathrooms and also our garbage disposal. He took his time and made sure everything was fixed correctly, even if it meant extra work in one bathroom.  He was very professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend in the future!  Thank you so much for fixing our needs!!

My home warranty company assigned Nationwide to replace my water heater after the first contractor did nothing for 9 days and tried to charge me over $500 for uncovered modifications.
Nationwide came out, did inspection and contacted home warranty co. The next day they were here and installed a new heater at zero cost to me.
The techs were fast, efficient and very friendly.
Nationwide will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

I am very impressed with Number One and Steve, the manager.  I needed someone to  come out to my rental property to check over my nonworking heating system for my renter.  They were the second company I called.  The first company (which I won't name) told me I needed a complete new central air/heating system.  Granted the system is old but they just didn't give me confidence about their inspection.  I wanted a second opinion and called Number One.  They were out within an hour of my call and up on the roof.  They found some loose wires and that the system had not been put back together from the first company's inspection!  They attached the wires, checked the system at the thermostat, and called us with complete info on what they found.  NO CHARGE for service call.  The system is now working and I will not hesitate to call Number One in the future for a/c, heating and plumbing needs for my rentals and my own home.

They replaced our whole system 4 years ago with a system that was so inferior you would walk into a wall of heat explained to us as a problem from the original installation.  Pure BS.  We heard a clanking noise when the system would turn on, but the tech said he could not make the complaint recur.  Turned out, the system was laid upon rocks, no pan as we were charged for.  The system could not have been calibrated to accommodate our home size.  Rebel is a poor excuse for an AC company.   Will talk to anyone about their lack of knowledge about their business.

Alaskan Heating and Air called to install my water heater less than 2 hours after I bought it at Lowes...Tim was knowledgable, worked fast and clean and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours . Very impressed with this service.

I reverse osmosis machine went out, and there was water damage. Although he did not do that type of work for water damage besides replacing equipment that we had in our house, he recommended someone that could do it. We had other equipment that was old and needed to be replaced and the cost was very reasonable. His work is professional.

I would have liked to give Rakeman Plumbing five stars, The service technician is a five. But after spending $3824.68 between two houses I thought they would honor what they print in their advertisement. Seniors and military are entitled to some kind of discounts. I asked and the tech said it wasn't available for the work performed at the two houses. No reason given. I am 74 years young and non-active Marine. (once a marine, always a Marine) So, be sure to ask if a senior discount is available for the kind of work that is to be performed and if you are a veteran or active military, be sure to ask if any discounts are offered.  Mike R.

Quick response and we're able to send a technician to help right away. Michael F. was polite and observed CoVid 19 precautions at all times. Michael was punctual, honest and educational. He helped me save money by informing me that my Delta Faucets had a life time warranty for parts which saved me over $250 dollars. He advised I call delta first and order parts for a more affordable service. I was able to make a follow up appointment with Silver State Plumbing and request for the same technician. They were very quick to reschedule and make accommodations for me that fit my schedule (I work night shift). The technician also educated me on yearly maintenance that's required for water heaters and what to do to flush out an anode rod! All my years of owning homes, not one plumber has ever told me about how to maintain a water heater and how to keep the your plumbing clear of calcium build up if you don't have a water softener. I'm just totally impressed by the honesty, great work and fast service. Thanks Again!

When my air went out yesterday I was miserable and my home warranty said I had to wait 2.5 days I called these guys and he was there within 3 hours and submitted a request with my home warranty.  Had it taken care of within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Made an appointment, no one showed, no one called to tell me of delay or change.  1 week later, have still heard nothing.  Guess they were busy making new radio spots telling  how good they are.

My home warranty company assigned them to repair my pipe leak and I had read mixed reviews about the company so was a bit worried however, in the end, they went above and beyond to make things right.  It took a couple of phone calls and visits but they did a great job.  Special thanks to Mike who took the time to not only complete the repairs but also explain everything to me so that I would understand in non-plumber terms.  I would definitely use them again!

They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. Tried calling them 5 times over a 4 day period and left messages with my return cell number on their vm (no live person ever answered the phone).  Nobody ever returned my call even though the message says they will callback within 2 hrs.  When I called my home warrant I to change service providers, they called this company on a different phone number. The company then lied and said they tried to call me but I didn't answer.  I left my cell # 4 times and had NO missed calls, nor did it ever ring.  Liars!  Unprofessional!  Bad business!
