Best Air Duct Installation in Las Vegas NV

One of our 2 A/C units failed making the house very uncomfortable in August.
I placed an AFTER HOURS phone call to NEVADA RESIDENTIAL SERVICES around 7:30 pm on a FRIDAY evening.  A LIVE technician answered the phone, NOT an answering service.  After asking a few diagnostic questions he said to call back after letting the pipes and coil thaw out and replacing the filters.  In about an hour and a half I called him back to say it still wasn't working properly.  They came out 45 minutes later and within about 30 minutes time diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor) and had the big motor yanked out!  They said they would source the motor and be back in the morning (Saturday -again AFTER HOURS).  They arrived with a new motor and in about 30 minutes time had my A/C up and running perfectly by 11:00 am. Barely 15 hours after the initial call.  Again, ALL AFTER HOURS.
I cannot say enough about these guys.  Fast efficient and Fair.  I felt the price was reasonable and fair for the excellent service we received!  They will be my go to A/C people and they should be yours as well!

Came out so quickly to fix a big leak in my backyard. Tony was great very knowledgable and kind. Answered all my questions and then some. Can't recommend them enough!!

I called this company to recharge our three AC units with Freon gas as we have to do each year. I asked them how much they charge per pound of Freon but I was told that the technician will come and tell me how much they charge. I told them that that makes no sense since all other companies provide a price per pound and than charge for how many pound they will use to fix it. I requested that the technician would call me and tell me how they charge, because it look like they will make their prices from top of their hat. I was told that somebody will call me and week later nobody did. When I call their office again they gave me the same story as first time. I would be VERY concerned to call this company that has no pricing just coupons to get their foot in your door and charge what ever they can get away with.

I used Aire Serv for years and these guys have taken their place, so I gave them a try.  They came out promptly to do a spring service and their tech found a few issues with our heating/AC system.  Patrick provided several options and price points to help alleviate the issues.

The techs were able to come out the next day to replace an AC system and 2 blower motors.  8 hours later we were set.  Very professional and expeditious, Patrick was great.  Now we are waiting for a call from them to get a drywall guy out to finish the job.  Great so far!

Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Do not use this company for any home warranty work. They will work hard to have the warranty company deny your claim and then turn around and charge you full price for the repair. If your warranty company assigns them to you call your warranty company back and request a different company. They will also lie to you and tell you its a covered item   so they can collect the trade call fee and they know the claim will be denied. This company should be called 1 star home services inc.

Called to have our AC condenser unit checked out since it started making a scraping noise. Technician Todd came out quickly and was extremely personable. He checked out our system and explained every step - discovered a capacitor that was nearly dead and causing the fan to startup hard. Capacitor was replaced on the spot and we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great to have a friendly, thorough and straight-forward technician come out fast, fix our issue at a reasonable price and get us cool again in the hot Las Vegas summer!

You know you're in for trouble when the guy keeps calling you buddy. I know when I'm doing business, I often find it's totally acceptable to refer to someone as buddy, who says you need to be polite?! (Sarcasm jic).
Total jerks from word 1. Do yourself a favor and look for a company with more than a handful of obviously fake positive reviews.

This company is #1 with me. Linda in the office was both courteous and efficient in scheduling my appointment.  I'd already had one plumbers opinions from a different company and believe me when I say the B.S. from him was beyond the scope of my patience! Thankfully Carmine from Number One was honest ,efficient, clean and pleasant. I'm grateful for his expertise and would request his service again for any plumbing issue.

I want to give Rebel Refrigeration and A/C a perfect score 5 out of 5 star. They could not score better in my book. My neighbor was bragging about how great their service was, so I gave them a call out of curiosity. He also gave me a $40 coupon for service. The service call was $75 - $40 coupon = $35. They were at my house in 2 hours. They did their diagnostic testing and explained everything to my wife and I so we could make some decisions about our service repair. They were more than fair. We quickly signed up for membership for annual A/C maintenance. What a deal. Hector, the Technician, did a fantastic job. It gets better. I called the owner, Joe, to tell him how pleased I was. I ended up scheduling for D to come out the next day to do a complete inspection of my plumbing and flush my water heater. The cost for everything was $65 and $65 for annual plumbing inspections. I highly recommend their service. They did a professional job. Thank you Joe, Hector, Amanda and Star. I will tell my friends about the work I had done by you.

I used Alaskan back in 2018 for air ducts then and a new ac and some extra recievers put in. Chad the owner is a stand up guy. He and Chris came out to be sure a situation we had with our ducts was handled properly. What owner crawls around in a customers attic? Not many. He and Chris got us all situated and set up for the ducts and new ac the following year. Chad goes beyond the call of action. He is so friendly and helpful and kind. We really appreciate him. Unfortunately our compressor went out on our unit beginning this month. While its not ideal we cant afford to fix it. Chad has done everything in his power to help me solve this issue. Unfortunately I didn't have a labor warranty and we were just 3 months shy of the unit being 5 years, so I couldn't add one. But he tried, he called the warranty company trying to get one for us. He put in tons of time to come out and talk to me and spent time over the phone repeatedly. When quality of service is hard to find in this town, it's refreshing to have this guy on your side. Thanks for everything Alaskan!

Mike was great . He did everything as I watched him perform the service. He told me about the water valve  and I will have him back to do that.

I called Silverstate out for having no heat ... The service tech  Robert T. Looked at my heating system his review  stated that I needed a whole new unit ...  Totaling $5,900.00 ... Well I wanted a second opinion .
So I called out another person and he did the same check and told me that  it was only dirty contacts.. He cleaned them and I is now working perfect .
So in a nut shell I went from a $5,900.00 job to a simple hand shake . That cost me nothing . He tried to sell me a unit I never needed !!!! BOO ON YOU !!!

Two months ago I had water coming through my downstairs air vent with no idea why or how. Active showed up within the hour to help and they fixed the seal. Then, today, my shut off valve would NOT shut the water off. So I called them again, and sure enough
Isaac was here within the hour to replace it. The job was quick. The price was fair. And so I'll continue to use them in the future.  Happy with them all around both times. These guys are solid.

Our shower was clogged and The clown you sent said I needed a whole house flush   little did he know I had a family plumber come over and fix the issue for 400 Dollard not 3,500 goettl wanted to charge me lol

My Home Warranty Company referred Air Squad Heating & Air Conditioning to me on a Sunday night.   On Monday morning they called and fit me into their schedule for Monday Afternoon. I was pleased with the person I spoke to on the telephone. When the technician came he was very polite. He fixed the problem in about 5 minutes in my attic. One week later the air conditioner stopped working again on a Friday night.  I called on Saturday morning and again they scheduled me for Saturday afternoon. The technician arrived on time was polite and fixed a new problem this time on the condensor on the outside compressor in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Air Squad Heating & Air Conditioning

The Air Pro Master technician quickly diagnosed the water heater issue. The same tech had a replacement installed in no time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
