Best Air Duct Cleaning in Las Vegas NV

Called after a tenant was complaining about the air-conditioning vibrating. They sent a technician there the same day with short notice, inspected everything, called back saying everything was normal. They could of taken advantage of me and said I should replace it which was my fear being 11 years old but they said it was all good and no charge. Totally saved me. I will only use, trust, and recommend Nevada Residential Services going forward.

My AC was not blowing cold air, I called to to for an appointment, Ii was scheduled on the same day from 4pm to 8pm. I was at work, a gentleman named Troy called me at 12:30pm on the same day and said he is on his way to my appointment. I sd wow really. He got there in 15 min. I couldn't leave my store unattended so I had my bff stay at my town house till he got there. Now, I was not there, but from what bff told me, Mr. Troy came in saw the problem and went all in and fixed it in less than 5 min the AC was running cold Air n he even changed the filter. Even tho I was not there, if the bff said Mr. Troy did a quick and great job, I believe him. Even tho I wasn't seeing, I was watching on my home cameras, and yes Mr. Troy was in and out. After the job was done, Mr. Troy even texted me letting me know, he had done his job. Now this was a Saturday morning, the next day, Sunday, Mr. Troy sent another text asking if the AC was running back to normal checking on his work. Now, I will say I recommend Thor Industries and Mr. Troy to get the job done. Thank u Mr. Troy.

We have AHS for many years and they always send us terrible vendors. We always had to pay ourselves to replace any appliance that kept needing repair.
Our central A/C was making a low noise on Monday, I was concerned since I do suffer from a chronic illness that heat really can cause a lot of havoc. AHS has it documented in their records in case this was to happen that I can't be in the heat for any length of time.  I had an appt. and  when we got in our A/C was not working, nothing but hot air was coming out and the house was getting hot.
We called AHS, they saw it documented about my illness, so they have 4 hours to locate a vendor, didn't hear back from anyone. Meanwhile I was on the phone looking for a hotel for the night as the house was getting hotter and I was getting sicker.
We stayed at Suncoast, and it seemed that AHS didn't do very much to get a vendor that night.
In the morning, my husband called and Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling was coming in about 10 minutes, the receptionist was just about to call him. Usually when a company comes they never usually have the parts if it can be repaired on the truck, learned this from past experience, so you have to wait again, so my husband told me not to give the room up until he called me with the news.
Sal, from Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling had the fan motor on the truck, he fixed the A/C to our surprise, the first time when dealing with AHS. This was basically our last thing we'd deal with AHS about since they have been a total disappointment in the past. We have our contract with AHS since we own our place, and nothing that was non fixable was ever replaced by them, we had to pay for every appliance that they could not repair.  If it wasn't for Vegas Strong, we would have finally dumped AHS for the way they do business or shall I say, the way they don't do business.
Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling was the first and only company that they ever sent that did the job right away. We highly recommend Vegas Strong for their services, they didn't do the usual wait 5 days till the part comes in, they got the job done right away. I'm also recovering from a knee replacement, so I wanted to be home, I was in pain.
We couldn't afford another night in a hotel either and AHS had it documented about my medical condition also. Due to the work of Vegas Strong, we will keep AHS until they go back to their old ways, hopefully not soon. Kudos to Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling! Thank You.

Joey from Express Home Services arrived promptly to give us a quote. We then asked him if he could complete the repairs to two bathroom sinks and the plumbing underneath, the same day.  He said, yes, and then went to get the supplies needed.  He returned in short order and worked all afternoon to repair two bathroom sinks and plumbing.  He did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up.  The sinks now look brand new and work perfectly.  He did an expert job.  We will call him again when additional work is needed.

Not sure if this is unusual but I had a terrible experience with Snap plumbing. Last week when my toilet broke they told me they had limited techs working and schedule for today, Tues. 13th.  I waited all day, at 5 pm I called and was told the tech was on the other side of town but coming.  At 6:30 pm I called again and the woman said the plumber said he came and was turned away.  TOTAL LIE.  No tech showed up.  Didn't call.  Just lying. Very sad since other reviews said they are good.

I've noticed the water pressure in my house has been declining over the past month or so and finally decided to call it in to my home warranty (AHS). To my disappointment the rep on the phone stated water pressure isn't a covered item.
I still needed the work to be done so asked for there recommendation on a reliable honest plumber. They put me in contact with 5 star.

I was apprehensive at first thinking I'm going to be sold a bunch of BS but to my surprise Gary had said it would cost a ton and why I didn't have a home warranty. He then stayed at the house and walked the inadequacy of a rep from the home warranty through the process only to find out..... IT IS COVERED.
This saved me $850 - which is allot. I had contemplated how I don't need strong water pressure for a shower and cologne would be cheaper.
I was disappointed with my home warranty until Gary cordially helped the warranty rep through an hour long process.
Good people. Good company and I'm happy the home warranty recommended 5 star.

My heat was not working. And my anemia was mad because of it. However, Hawthorne Heating sent Charles out immediately. Charles B. did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the issue rapidly. Have been using them for years. Have always been fair priced and on time. During a July heatwave my AC went out, Rick came out same day, when every one else told me it would be 2 days before they could check out the system. At noon was told I needed a new system. Made arrangements to pay and by the time I got home, they were finishing the install. GREAT SERVICE.

I had Number One out to replace a broken water heater in August 2011. They were professional, quick and charged me $850. I felt it was a good value. But a few days ago the Bradford White water heater they installed died. I was thankful it was still under warranty. I gladly called Number One to perform the warranty service, but was shocked to learn they charge $650 to replace the defective unit.

That's right. $650 to REPLACE a water heater under warranty.One that only cost $850 in the first place.

I'll let you decide if that seems fair. But IMHO, $1500 to much to pay to have a water heater last more than 4 years.

I don't know if your Bradford White water heater will die... all I know is that if it does, the warranty is really just a $200 discount on getting a new Bradford White installed. At least it was for me.

I have had them install two HVAC units at separate properties. I also have maintenance contracts on those units and have had great service. Recently I had a plumbing problem, a leaking water softener bypass valve that was flooding the garage. They sent a plumber out the next day and he did an incredible repair. He didn't do it the way I thought he would do it, his idea was much better. We are definitely loyal Rebel customers. Just a note on HVAC's. I did a lot of research on the best HVAC units. I found that they are all pretty comparable. The key is how they are installed. A great unit poorly installed will fail. Installation is the key and Rebel really knows how to install HVAC units.

Our air conditioning went out completely on one of the hottest days of the year this summer during the weekend.  I called a LOT of companies immediately and Alaskan Plumbing Heating & Air was 1 of the only ones would would come over to see us (on a Sunday).  Marcel Swift came over at around noon and not only told us what was wrong with our old unit, but gave us advice we could trust.  24 hours later, we had a brand new air conditioning unit that was twice as large & 10 times better than what we had at a very affordable price!!  We could not be happier with Alaskan Air and feel very fortunate to have Marcel Swift as our contact representative.  True professionals!!

We hired 702 Plumber. The plumber that came was so nice and helpful. He fixed our running toilet and explained why it was running. This is our new plumbing company

Mike came out shortky after I called. Was very helpful and got the job done. He was efficient but not rushed. I have used Rakeman before but today was even more standout than usual. The person answering the phones was polite and Mike was never pushy.   It means a lot to me to know the plumbing problem I had was thoroughly taken care of and that I didn't have to wait around at home all day waiting.

I hired Active Plumbing to install a natural gas line in my home, with permits pulled and inspection.  They installed the natural gas line in my home  on January 25th.  They were paid-in-full for the project.

However Active Plumbing never pulled a building permit , nor had the work inspected.   They have given  me , 6 different dates as to when the building permit and  inspection would occur.  Nothing happened.

The last conversation with the Owner, Eddie, he told me it was hard to pull a permit.

I am a senior citizen. I have written and called them and asked for a resolution.  They have not responded. They took my money and I believe they have abandoned my unfinished project.     Their reported  100% customer service does not exist.

Good family owned company that has apparently been here for 30 years.  I had terrible experiences with two other companies and was given the contact to Moore AC to fix the problem.  They were at my home in an hour and finally, finally (!!!!) they diagnosed and fixed the problem.  Wayne is an experienced tech with many years in this business and many years with this company.  That says a lot about the Moore family.  They saved me hundreds of dollars too!

Wow they are a joke. They will not help you when you call in. They will hang up on you while you are talking to them on the phone. They have no clue on what they are doing. The young lady I spoke to was out of line. She even raised her voice at me. Is this the way this company operates. Not cool not professional.  ....

A few months ago we thought there was a leak with our water heater, but found out that it was actually a toilet upstairs that was leaking instead, so we did not replace the water heater at that time. Of course, now, early morning we were greeted with leaking down the driveway!  We utilize American Home Warranty, so I contacted the APM direct to see if they would stand by their prior quote. To my pleasant surprise, a lady named Yvonne answered the phone and patiently waited while I explained my plight.  These days, a lot of companies are only interested in making money, especially if you are returning to them with a problem they could charge more for.   Yvonne told me without hesitation that they would stand by the original quote and even worked genie magic to provide service and a new water heater within hours of my call.  The two gentleman that came out were courteous, responsive and quick with the job.  I understand small/local business strengths and weak points. In our case, this company came through and was everything you could want and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
