I was looking for a local plumber, which I have never had to use before, and decided to look up one on yelp. I was losing water pressure in the master bathroom and it was a Friday. I called a few places and no one could come out till Monday with a 130 dollar service charge, which would go towards repairs. I called and left message, within an hour I received a call back and four hours later a plumber was at my house. He looked at a couple of things, was here about 30 mins and found that my water softener had broke. That was causing my loss in pressure. He wrote me an estimate on how much to replace it, with a 10% discount added to any work I wanted done. So when he gave me the invoice with the estimate I asked him what I owed him for the visit today and he replied zero. Nothing at all he didn't have to fix anything. Can u say honest plumber!  Would use again and have told everyone that if they're in need of a plumber I have the only number you need to use.

Along the lines of car mechanics, plumbing isn't something that I would know anything about, especially as a girl.  All I know was that my gas bill quadrupled when the water heater of my unit was leaking.  I wasn't too happy and I wasn't happier when my landlord didn't want to spend money on a replacement and then wanted me to somehow pay a portion of it as a renter.  The property already had home warranty and their preferred vendors, but the price of the company was pricey for my landlord.  

I called Adaven plumbing to get a quote and the technician was nice enough to come  and take a look while also shopping around for better priced water heaters.  Unfortunately, the landlord decided to go with the other company even though Adaven was able to provide a cheaper one (smh...seirously?!).  Although, we didn't use Adaven, they still had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (which definitely is lacking here in Vegas), and was nice enough to take their time to do a FREE ESTIMATE and shop around for me.  If anything, I'll definitely consider Adaven for any of my plumbing needs.

I called Adaven to check my water heater (no hot water). we had the same issue a few months ago and used another company for the same issue. Previous company turned up the thermostat and charged us $300 and was only here for approximately 20 minutes or less, which seemed to fix the problem(temporarily).Adaven tech( Danny) was here for an hour as he waited for water to heat back up after addressing the problem which was not related to water heater. I have an old house and the electrical panel outside might be the problem.Danny was very professional and is an excellent representative of the company. I was only charged a service fee of $75. A++ would use this company again and would recommend to family and friends.

UPDATE 12/2019: Once again, our poor old pipes have been misbehaving and we needed Adaven. I hate the problems but LOVE knowing I can call Jerry, comforted by the knowledge that those pesky pipes are in great hands. He's wonderful!! In the years we've used Adaven, we've never had a moment of doubt in their honesty and integrity.

Long time homeowners know that finding honest, reliable repair services in Las Vegas is as rare as hitting the lotto. In over 20 years, we have found almost none BUT Jerry at Adaven Plumbing. We have a problem - large or small - and it gets fixed with no worries, no stress and incredibly reasonable rates. I cannot tell you what a blessing it is have someone you can trust like this! I know the work will be done extremely well, that my estimate can be relied upon and I'm treated with courtesy and respect. I recommend Adaven to anyone in need of a great plumber. They are simply the very best!!

After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street).  We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house.  Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday).  He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line.  Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day.  Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days.  They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two.  Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress.  After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life.  This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected.  We're thrilled with the results.  Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call!  Thanks for everything!

After calling more than 20 plumbers for a quote, Adaven was the only one that was reasonably priced.  Our water heater broke on the weekend but we decided to wait til monday to have someone come out.  The plumber from Adaven was very nice, knowledgable, and worked quickly.

After replacing the water heater, he asked me about our water pressure.  It has always been on the low end.  He checked the regulator and adjusted it for us.  I had another little plumbing question.  He checked that out too and fixed the problem real quick.  

I hope we don't need a plumber again for awhile, but if we do, we're definitely calling Adaven again.  I wish I'd had some extra cash on hand to give him a decent tip.  I'm not at all surprised that they have a 5-star rating on Yelp.  I am a bit surprised that there aren't more reviews though.  This guy was great!

With rental properties, I am always looking for someone who can respond quickly and is reliable. Jerry is fabulous!!!!  I have used him three times in the last two weeks. All three times were a same day call and fix! Extremely easy to work with!

Quality & Professional Company - I found Adaven plumbing advertised in our church bulletin. I am so glad I did. We had an unusual situation as we were completing an inspection during home buying process we noticed a dripping valve in the laundry room. I called Adaven spoke to Nancy, she was very pleasant and helpful, requested some photos of the valves. She worked with the technician and was able to  quote a reasonable price and appointment was set quickly. Steven and Carlos arrived on time very polite and professional. Turns out they were able to examine the issue and fix it without changing out the valves. We also had them change out the rain shower/hand held combo fixture in the master shower. The pricing was was reasonable, the technicians were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for quality work and professional service.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, believe me.. I WOULD DO IT! Was shopping around for a small-type problem regarding my shower faucet and got on the phone with Jerry. He was pleasant, quick and smart. Asked me a few questions and pretty much knew the problem and gave me an estimate right over the phone. All that was great, but not why they deserve 10 stars. The 10 stars is for their honesty. He told me how much the parts would cost, how long it would take and when he would be available. The icing??? After I told him the whole story of my problem, he suggested I call the manufacturer and tell them the problem... And that they might send me the parts for free! HE gave me the number, I called and BOOM! PARTS FOR FREE.. 3 other plumbers came before this call and all of them said parts are expensive and that they would have to charge extra for their time BLAH BLAH BLAH... These guys cut to the chase, hooked me up and made it look easy. Friends, do not use any other plumber in Vegas until you have called Adaven Plumbing. Honest and good service that is out to help, not take your hard earned money!

There is NO better plumbing company in Clark County, period! I have used Adaven three times (major bath remodel/relocation, water heater install, full house plumbing refit) and they have been EXCELLENT each time!

Jerry came by on his day off to help us with a plumbing issue in our kitchen. He was fast, courteous, and made the job look easy!

Less than 24 hours after I called them (& I called during closed hours expecting to have to leave a message AND I think the only reason it took even as long as it did is because I had to work- they made a point of making themselves available to rescue me), my kitchen sink is unclogged and running free- YAY!!!
  I'd always heard bad things about plumbers- uncivilized manners, crack, etc. This was my first experience with professionals- I come from a do-it-yourself type of family. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that what I'd heard and come to nervously expect was completely false stereotype in this instance.
   Jerry and Dan were friendly, polite, and completely professional. They got the job that I'd been dreading done quickly and cleanly. They were helpful and very pleasant, even showed an interest in my pets, and very kind with their pricing. Definitely putting them on my Go-To list. Thanks guys!

We just used Adaven Plumbing to install our water softener.  Steven did a wonderful job!  He was on time and was very neat and conscientious.  There price was very fair, in fact much lower than other companies.  We will use them again in the future.  We Highly recommend them.

We called Adaven for a second opinion after getting quotes a ridiculously high price from another company for a main water line repair. They came out quickly and within the specified time. Their price was very fair so we hired them for the work. I am so impressed. Everyone was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and well. They put all of our landscaping back exactly as it was. You can't tell at all that it was ever dug up, but I was there and saw the hole! We will definitely call them again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Promised to do requested projects today and would call before arrival.  It is now 1:30 in the afternoon and he is a no-show, no-call.  
Writing this guy off and now looking for another plumber.

I had put this job on the back burner and just saw the comment from this business owner so I decided to call them again. I'm glad they're still in business as they had done such a good job on our bathroom and hopefully we will be equally happy with this.  I've scheduled for them to install a water softener for us.   I'm giving 4 stars for now because of the extremely pleasant conversation I had with Jerry.  His customer service skills are excellent and very appreciated.

Update 10/20/20:  Jerry installed our new water softener a few days ago and it's working beautifully.  He and his helper wore booties to prevent our floors from getting dirty, as well as masks.  We're very happy with what they did and will definitely be calling Adaven from now on when we need plumbing work done.

They take real pride in their work and followed up with us at no additional charge.  We had to have our hot water heater replaced which was a very big project because our home is heated using the same water heater as the one that heats the water for our home. It is very important to us that the repair people we hire know what they are doing AND that we can trust who does the work needed to keep our home running.  We highly recommend Adaven Plumbing!!!

Adaven was recommended by the tile company that did my shower upgrade. Initially, they were professional and expedient with doing what needed to be done to the plumbing in the wall and drain areas. When the tile work was completed, Adaven returned to install the shower head and trim kit. I called them back out because the handle on the trim was not straight. Using a clock as an example, the handle should point to the 6. The handle sits short of 6. After informing Adaven of the issue, they sent someone to fix it. The guy they sent set the handle to the direction of the 4 on a clock. I explained that the handle should be straight at 6. He said it wouldn't sit straight at 6 because of some piece in the wall. He was not able to set the handle straight at 6. I called American Standard, the company that made the trim kit, and I was informed that the piece in the wall needs to be turned so that the cogs line up in a way that allows the handle to sit straight. The result is that Adaven did not install the trim kit so that the handle sits at 6 and they have shown no interest in correcting the situation. As for the work in the wall and drain, I can only hope that it was done better than the trim kit. Fingers crossed that I don't experience any leaks!

Jerry is awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my water heater was replaced correctly and quickly when mine broke. His prices are as far as I'm concerned can't be beat either. I live next to a guy who's a plumber supplier and he recognized Jerry and said hi. Jerry asked him if he would help me with a water heater and he said, not with your prices. I won't make any profit. Lol! Nice neighbor I have huh.

Jerry is the best!!!  He solved our main sewer line  problem quickly and without a doubt the lowest cost possible.  He is extremely helpful and explains all your options up front.  He is the only plumber I would recommend using .

Jerry was highly recommended to me. His customer service is excellent which is why I give him 2 stars and not 1. I had just bought a house and needed a number of things done.

Jerry recommended that I get a new water heater because he didn't like to just bring an old one up to code. I bought the water heater from him. He recommended that I buy new toilets (which I bought at Lowe's). There were many other things I needed done.

I spent more than double what I was planning on spending. But OK, no worries if the work is good. I'm happy to pay for excellent work.

Jerry had an apprentice with him who was doing a lot of the work. After they left my dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Literally water SPEWING ALL OVER THE SINK OUT OF THE AIR GAP! They came back. OPPPSS - the apprentice forgot to do something - sorry!  I am not upset because I feel that everybody makes mistakes, no worries - he fixed it - no harm done.

Well, maybe harm done. The next day the dishwasher leaks like crazy - soapy water all over kitchen floor. He comes back - Oh your seal is bad. So I get a new dishwasher (more $$$$). I wonder why the seal went out? Could it be the previous plumbing mistake? We'll never know, but I have my suspicions.

Then the caulk he used on the sink pulled off after 3 days. The brand new faucet they installed was crooked and sealed with caulk (which I learned should NOT be necessary with a BRAND NEW FAUCET). And, that caulk pulled off.

When I called again Jerry was willing to come back again for the third time, but now I have NO FAITH in their work, so I told him not to bother.

I hired another plumber to fix all the mistakes, who did so quickly, correctly and at a much lower cost. I haven't had a problem since.
