Should have cancelled the minute the driver never showed up at 11:30 when I decided to call from an 8:00 - 10: appt., well they weren't even aware the driver was out : No Show!!  After calling and being placed on hold 3x's and sent into the queue that just rang....  I finally was told the they would assign a driver between 2 an 4 the same day, no problem.
I have never dealt with such a rude person, with a tremendous attitude all through the installation.  What didn't he slam on the floor, left his garbage here and scattered on the floor.  Left without testing the water lines.

Tried calling the office the next day left a message for 2 of the managers Customer Service & Sales, after being told I'd get a call within 1/2  hr. to 45 mins. I am still waiting.  I have never experienced something so unprofessional in my life!!!

They installed my water softener that I bought from Home Depot (Home Depot set up the install). They arrived on time and did good work. Unfortunately about a week later there was a leak coming from one of the pipes feeding into the water softener. I called Delta Mechanical and someone came out same day and fixed the problem. Again arrived on time and did good work. The men that came were always professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and even hauled my water softener box away for me. Very happy with them.

This company is a complete joke. They had the contract to repipe homes that had Kitec in the Las Vegas area (from the nationwide class action lawsuit). They repiped my home, and gave a 25 year warranty. As soon as they were done in the Vegas Valley, they packed up and left Nevada. I ended up having a leak and severe damage to my ceiling in the master bathroom, and they refuse to fix or pay for the damage and told me to take it up with the Pex manufacturer. What a joke, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Completely unprofessional. I set up 4 different appointments for this company to come out and give me an estimate for a tankless water heater. The first 3 were set through The Home Depot for last week. No call, no show for any of the three. It's obvious that missing appointments is a trend with this company. Apparently from reviewing the other one-star reviews The Home Depot should reconsider who they are using to represent them. I received a call the day AFTER the third missed appointment with apologies because he was not in the state. I figured okay, let me give them the benefit of the doubt and try this again. So I scheduled a 4th appointment for today between 8 and 10am. I received a call from a lady telling me that they have to cancel because the tech that was coming called in sick. As I'm talking to her and letting her know that they missed ALL appointments last week, SHE HANGS UP! I immediately tried calling back and she allowed the call to go to voicemail. Are you kidding me right now? Have these people not been made aware of Yelp and Google Review? Seems like an incompetent company to deal with. The Home Depot will be receiving my next call.

Buyer Beware of bloated installation charges! Make sure you have the charge breakdown in hand first before agreeing to anything!  Thanks Home Depot for nothing.

In a nutshell, they don't honor warranties nor will try to work with you.
Had work done that was still under warranty but they said they didn't have to honor the warranty because they filed bankruptcy in another state.
You would think that as a reputable, honest company they would still assume responsibility or assist in some type of way.
They made their money, filled bankruptcy, are still in business but leave you hanging.

Lame!! Had my water heater installed on Saturday. The 2 idiots installing it said that it worked. I thought they checked it because one of the guys turned on my water. One of the guys also asked to use my toilet in the first 15 minutes of the appointment. Of course I had to let him use my bathroom.  He kept the toilet seat up. I'm a female & DO NOT APPRECIATE THE TOILET SEAT UPRIGHT!! And why couldn't this guy use the bathroom before coming over?? Then at the end of the appointment they ask me to give them a rating. Yeah like I'm going to write down anything  service negative in front of them.
Well, I tried to a shower the next day ( i had taken my shower before the install) & to my surprise NO HOT WATER! It was sunday & i got their answering service. She said she would label my message as an emergency. Of course no one called me until the next day @ 7am, when i was asleep.
Called them back when I was awake @ 9am. I was put on hold for 8 minutes then hung up. Called again & again. Finally someone in customer service amswered. But, she couldn't help me & told me that she would have someone in their water heater department call me back. A scheduler finally called ( about 1 hr later) & said that the earliest time available was 4pm that day. Of course i had no choice & scheduled it. One positive note is that she called me back & told me that she could have someone show up @ noon.
This company sucks!! Unfortunately for Home Depot water heater buyers they are the official HD installers. So it doesn't matter if they get negative yelp reviews because they have a guaranteed customer base.

I recently bought a Hot Water heater at the local Home Depot. I got a bid from Delta of $1,500 to install a 75 gallon gas unit. Called around and then another company came out and did the job for $690! As the other reviewers share, Delta defines a Las Vegas valley ripoff artist...

I would not recommend these guys at all.  The worst ripoff I have ever experience.  Shame on me.  Water heater install.  confined space fee of $25 Cut the existing straps off my 4 yr old water heater, which were perfect condition and charged $50 for new ones  Water heater permit processing fee $85 , New Drip pan (already a perfect one)  $40, Expansion device $100!  Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.  I'm embarrassed to write that they got me!

Our 50 gallon 13 year old gas water heater started leaking from the bottom late Friday night. Saturday morning after 1 fruitless call to a plumbing company that begins with a G headed over to Home Depot about 9 am, picked out a heater and was pleasantly surprised to find could be installed at noon by Delta. Installer Velizar called 10 minutes before noon, arrived at noon and by 1pm our old water heater was out and new one installed. Now we have hot water and a normal weekend to look forward to! We have nothing but praise for this Home Depot very professional contractor

Maybe I got lucky. Had to have water heater replaced. One call did it all.
The plumber was professional. Took out the bad one put in a new one and replumbed better than it had been. Had home depot replace the old one they had done 7 years ago. He was here about 4 hours. I could tell he knew what he was doing. Told me to totally flush it once a year and it'll help the life of the unit. Had someone else come out for price and was $800.00 higher. Exact same unit.

Contracted this company through Home Depot to replace our water heater in our home. We had an appt for 8-10am window, I received a text from our tech at 9:58am that he was on his way. Tech showed up at 10:50am which was no problem, as soon as I opened my door to greet the tech he was very short with me and informed me to open the garage. Our garage door motor does not work so I was attempting to lift the door with my daughter but it was to heavy. The tech asked if we needed help, I said yes! He came in and was very upset that our garage wasn't working. Made some rude remarks how he drove 40 minutes to get it our house and that this is ridiculous! I was very uncomfortable at this point. I left the tech alone while he worked, he never mentioned to me not to use the water, so when I did he came running into my home yelling to turn the water off, then asked for a towel to clean up the water that leaked. Which my towel had to be thrown away due to mold and rust being collected from the water spill. When he was done. He rambled off what he did and never checked out water lines to make sure it was working properly. Asked if I had questions, I stated no due to me being very uncomfortable with this tech and his attitude. He waved me off and left. Didn't even help us close the garage door even though I stated I just had surgery. I would not recommend this company!

Man.  I have to give them a star???  Can't there be a zero stars rating?  Worst service ever.  BEWARE!  THIS COMPANY IS CONTRACTED NATIONWIDE FOR ALL HOME DEOPT PLUMBING INSTALLS!!!! This was a water heater and recirculating pump install fail.  Showed up with wrong pump.  He convinced me it was a better pump at same price.  My mistake was saying, Go ahead.  Thing didn't work at all.  Should have instant hot water, but it took about a minute to get the hot water.  Now mind you, they took away my old pump which was still working good, but old and I figured that while installing a new water heater I'd get the pump replaced before it failed.  They returned a week later and said pump was functioning fine so they looked at their install and made some adjustments.  Ah HA!  Now it worked...incorrectly.  Now when I turned on the cold water, I had warm water and had to wait for it to cool off.  Freaking retards.  I said, just come take it out and give me a refund.  At least they removed it correctly (even though they left with the pump and never gave my wife any paperwork to confirm they took possession of their property from us), but they couldn't even get the refund done right.  Apparently their billing/refund skills are on par with their plumbing skills.  They couldn't figure out how to do the refund for 3 weeks.  In retrospect, it's rather funny that after the original install, the plumber (Nikolay Tzolov is his name BTW) had the audacity to claim that the previous recirculating pump install was the worst he's ever seen.  LOLOLOL  The old install worked great for 10 years.  His didn't work ever.  The company never returned phone calls.  Never sent emails as promised numerous times.  Were rude on the phone.  You know those times when you'd like to reach through the phone and strangle someone?  That will be every phone call with these idiots.  So in the end, I'm out hours of my time (honestly--probably over 5 hours or more over a month of fighting with them) and I now have no recirculating pump at all.  But on the upside I've gained so much aggravation.  Someone at Home Depot needs to be fired for contracting this b-rate excuse-for-a-plumbing-company to do their work.

I had a water heater emergency yesterday and was referred to this company from Home Depot. They assured me they would be at my house at 3pm. I spoke to them in morning and said I had water leaking and needed them right away. They said oh don't worry we will be there. Fifteen minutes before appt they called and said oh we have to reschedule you for Monday. I told them it was not acceptable because of water flowing and flooding. They said oh I'll call supervisor and we will call you back. They didn't and when I called back I got voice mail. I had to them frantically call other companies and finally got water flow stopped. These people are rude and unreliable- would never call them. They lie.

This company is in the business of ripping off customers and if your a senior you better watch out. Due to a class action lawsuit in my community I had to let Delta Mechanical (the only company choosen to do work named in the lawsuit) to re-pipe my home. Upon them walking my home the informed me the cost was going to be a additional $900 above the allowable amount in the lawsuit.  I agreed to pay the additional amount. Upon ripping my walls to shreads for 3 days they infom me that they need to tear out my kitchen tile and concrete to put pipes to the kitchen sink or put in smaller pipe to which I would not be able to use my kitchen sink and dishwasher at the sametime.  They wanted an additonal amount of money and not going to replace the tile.  Upon contacting the city inspector they are attemping to do the job incorrectly and are not going to complete the job until I pay more.  They under bid the job they need to make it right.  I now have a non working kitchen and not resolution in sight. Beware of this company.

My six year water heater sprung a leak after six and a half years, so had to be replaced. I bought a new twelve year heater from Home Depot, who contracts out to Delta Mechanical for install. The price of the install was ridiculous, but on par with all the other plumbers I had called. The tech showed up when promised, early in the two hour window actually. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Out with the old, in with the new, a quick setup explanation, and he left. The only reason I won't give them five stars is because of the high cost, although like I said earlier it was the same as other plumbers had quoted. No reason for jobs to be this expensive.

Our water heater has been acting up for the last four months and we FINALLY decided to replace the whole thing together. We had other plumbers come out and give us estimates but we weren't quite ready to pull the trigger at the time. Went on through the Home Depot website to request a quote and within minutes I had this company calling me. I needed a quick quote to see how much it would be and Rudy was extremely helpful! He mentioned that he could be out today to have it fixed (I called at 10am). Went over what exactly my money would be paying for and I verified it through the website the exact model (wanted to make sure it was a good brand with good ratings) and considering the other reviews I read, I wanted to cover my bases here. They quoted me what I was expecting and said they would be at my house between 2pm and 6pm. Velizar showed up at 2:40pm and went straight to work. Even helped moved some of the boxes that would be in the way of the water heater and even moved them back when he was done. Took him all about a little over an hour to get it all hooked up and working. Explained how there would be air on the pipes when running the water and made sure everything was working properly. I even had a question about my leaky kitchen sink (can't seem to place exactly where it's coming from) and he took a look at it without a problem. Gave me a quick quote and I explained that I needed to talk to my husband and we'll call back when we're ready. Velizar went through the whole signing contract with the cost (which it was the exact amount Rudy said on the phone) and what I would be expecting. I feel terrible that this business has such bad ratings because I had quite a phenomenal experience with them. I suppose I will be on the look out for a hiccup somewhere but as today ends, I'm a happy camper and I'll be taking one hot shower today.

Worst Worst Worst company ever. You can't reach out to anyone. Only 1 phone number to call and no other contact details to reach out to them if you have problems with their work. Ive called 2 days and left more than 5 voicemails and no one reached out back to me. Worst company ever. Beware if you get problems with their service you will not be able to resolve it anymore since you can't reach out to anyone on this company

This place is a  joke and should close their doors. On 1/19/2020 I purchased a GE water softener from Home Depot. As usually Home Depot puts the order together and they send it over to the contractor, in this case Delta. I speak to them  on 1/23/2020 and arrange for the install today, January 31 with a 4 hour window of 12-4pm. I leave work early and wait and wait and wait at 4:05 i call their customer service department and I am told that this install was cancelled?? By who? The girl tells me Mark Price (their employee) has it noted that per Home Depot install cancelled?? Ok that makes no sense if they don't schedule the install why would they cancel?? I request to speak to Mark Price, I am told he is gone for the weekend??I remind the lady how convenient that it happens to be super bowl weekend, she goes,  oh yeah I forgot about that . Then she tells me my installer was hurt and was off until Monday 2/3?? Hmmm again how convenient he too is off for the super bowl?? So I feel that Mark Price has no integrity and lies and makes up the story about  HD canceling my install when all he had to do, the correct and professional way to do it, was call me as the customer and tell me the installer was hurt and we could have rescheduled but no let's lie, sneak and make up a story. Home Depot took care of the refund for the install and I will have someone else install it. The only thing that should be cancelled is their business license and Mark Price's job.

I called to get an estimate, and was just blown away. When I phoned in for an estimate, I was asked when I wanted a unit installed.I explained that the Water Heater was already goon, and drained. They had someone at my home within three hours with a new ater heater. They installed it, and also asked me if he shoul put Pooties on to cover his shoes. My Garage Floor is filthy. I laughed and told him no. He disconnected the old one, removed it, and had the new one in really quick. I watched him as he put it in, and he did everything right. He also explained some things to me regarding care and maintenence of the new unit. He was quick to take theo old one with him... Thank God! Villy was my installer, and He was absoltely amazing. When he left, he looked as clean as when he arrived. He cleaned up everything prior to leaving, and made sure to ask f that was all I needed. He said I could call the company and add anything while he was still there. Everything was great. I managed to get a Top of the line unit with a Power Vent, Installation, Same Day.... cheaper than anywhere else with a greaat Warranty. I would definitely use Delta Mechanical again. I am c=going to shedule some more work from them very soon. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. I would also like to give a Shout Out to Villy. He was the installer. So Professional, cutomer service oriented, clean and neat, represented his company well, and I only wish I could have found employees of this calibur when I had my business. Villy was AWSOME!!! Thank you to him as well! I will see you all very soon!!!!

Subcontracted work via Home Depot.Purchased water heater online via Home Depot. They pulled up with a whole other water heater. Upcharged after sending invoice. Damaged Breaker Box. Installer super unprofessional. Talked on phone the entire job, damaged breaker box, and showed up late. After two weeks of the damage, and my electrica bill and products for sale being affected, they sent an electrician. He only fixed the water heater breaker but none of the wires or damage their installer caused. Tried for a week to negotiate after this disaster. To put icing on the cake the unit has not been inspected by the county which was included in the cost. They talk a good game but when it's time to resolve issues they caused they manipulate and simply lie. You refuse to respond to email or phone messages but swear you trying to resolve. And simply lied and said you would refund and switch out the unit after I requested and from 3/2022 nothing has been done! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The quality of the work was solid
I got a quote over the phone and explained that the hot water also was the source of the radiator heat and was attached to a re-circulation pump. They put that in as an additional expense line item on the quote. We agree to the price. When the plumber came he said he could not do the job and would need a second person because the job was too complicated. They then said the cost would be three times the original price for the labor. $400 for the first plumber and $800 for the second plumber! It felt like bait and double switch. I could even see paying $400 for the second plumber (though it really was not that complicated. They also said we would need a new drain pan because it was plastic. Well, they brought a new drain pan that was also plastic... so the inflated agreement keeps going. When I called to complain and ask for a reduction it was almost impossible to get through and their response was you agreed to it. Yes, I did because at that point we had been without hot water for many days. I could add more but will stop here.

My hot water heater failed on Sunday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment for replacement first thing Monday morning. The installer was courteous and efficient.
A problem arose when it took a long time to get hot water at the faucets. They were there early the next day and discovered an old valve that had failed in the closed position. The valve was replaced with a new one and there was no charge.
I couldn't have asked for better service.

what can I say about about Home Depot.. is that the first plumber I had was not friendly and did not communicate with me.. and very rude.. wanted a another pipe replaced by the water heater and he gave me the runaround it was obvious he did not want to do the work.. call delta back and explain the situation and told them to send me someone else.. they sent me a wonderful plumber is name is Diego Arroyo very knowledgeable and great customer service.. would recommend him so if you ever want your water heater replaced or water softener..ask for him at delta.. thank you again.

It appears as though this company isn't new to getting bad reviews for service and repair work. I've been renting this home for over a year and the plumbing is jimmy rigged through out the entire place and I MEAN EVERYTHING!. I'm the 1st tenant to occupy this home since it had been re-piped by this company in 2011 after a class action suit made it mandatoy to re-pipe these tract homes. It's obvious Delta mechanical did it since their sticky labels are in every piped room. Low pressure, terribly slow drainage, leaky fawsets, toilets, showers, 2 damaging floods due to bad assembly and wrong seals. Theres no seperate shut off valves for the sinks and toilets in any of the rooms. This place has become one I can't stand to live in. Customer beware! Absolutely tragic job it makes me sick. Well gotta go and plunge the toilet for the thousanth time, hardly ever used it too since theres only one 1/2 working bathroom out of the 3 this home has.

Update:
DELTA MECHANICAL INC. is the WORST company to do business with. They, along with HOME DEPOT will mess up your order, send the WORST technicians to do installation, in my case a water heater, and show zero accountability when it comes to correcting their mistakes!

I set out to buy a water heater at Home Depot and they subcontracted Delta to install....this is the nightmare I ended up with:

* Technician Genari G. installed a different water heater than the one I chose at Home Depot

*Detla billed me the wrong amount

*Delta sent me an invoice with a completely different water heater model & serial number than the unit installed in my home!

*Delta will most definitely not honor warranty should service be needed due to invoice vs. unit discrepancy....so guess what, I'll be screwed again.

HOME DEPOT & DELTA MECHANICAL refuse to straighten their mistake!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I should've steered clear from these two companies after reading the legion of negative reviews. Live and learn....horrible companies! Shop elsewhere.

These are the people Home Depot farms out their plumbing to. In my case a water heater.  The ad states call by 11 am and you will have same day service Monday thru Friday. This is a lie, false advertising. I called 10:30 am . They talked me into a $1700+ water heater. Gave me a 2-6 pm window. Sat around and never heard from them. No customer service call, nothing. Next morning I get a message stating they were very busy and had no time to call. Everyone went home. I did try calling the night before around 5:45 but the phone just rang. So I call the person back that let the morning message Donna. I said I'm the guy you just called and left a message. She says hold on and transfers me to the managers voice mail. I thought they were calling to apologize and make a new appointment. Now I have voicemail. So forget it. These idiots can't get a anything correct up to this point. I wasn't going to see what their technicians will be like. I bought my own water heater, installed it in an hour and saved myself a grand. Same unit. It was an easy project. Don't waste your time with these people with their poor service.

WARNING I agree with the other reviews. This company takes the Grand Prize for scammers. They re plumbed my house in May 2015 and I've had 2 water issues so far. They of course take no responsibility. They cut into your walls & wood floors leaving your home damaged. This company I'm not letting off..im filing a formal complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board & Nevada state Attorney General's office. They need to be aware what this company is doing to consumers. It's shameful !!
They don't deserve a star,it was the only way I could post this. It should be a negative 5 stars..that's how bad this company is

They are offering full water filtration system installation.
The installation includes drilling a hole in countertop, wood, granite and all the others.
But apparently they don't do the drilling because they don't.
Thinking that installation of the fauset should be included in the installation of the water filtration system but apparently for them it's not,  so before you call them make sure that you have the hole for the fauset drilled already otherwise don't bother because they will not do it for you.
