Best Plumbing System Inspection in Kansas City MO

They responded quickly to my quote request through yelp, and gave a reasonable price range estimate. They were very accommodating to come out on a Saturday for us, even just to do a plumbing water valve replacement. While he was there I asked about nest thermostat installation, and he already had one in the truck and he was able to install it for us while he was there for a reasonable price. We will be calling them for future needs!

Cooter's replaced a leaking water line/joint inside a wall going to our upstairs shower.  They did a great job in a courteous and professional manner.  No wasting time with these guys...they come prepared, and get right to work.  The cost for the job was very reasonable, and I recommend Cooter's to anyone needing plumbing work done in their home/business.

Woke up to a toilet issue,called them at 7:30 and Cory was at our house within 45 minutes. Service was very professional. Instead of waiting for a new toilet to be delivered later, he picked it up himself. Great new toilet up and running 4 hours after first call made. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We are new to the area and we needed a plumber this morning.  We called Earl at Rising Son Plumbing.  He promptly answered the phone and our issue was fixed before noon.   Prompt, professional, and reasonable service.  Highly recommend.

Nice enough people but $152. for a plastic toilet handle install that took approx. 10 minutes seems too high to me.

They showed up on time for the estimate (which you have to pay for) this almost kept me from calling. Gave me a proposal via email for a new water heater. I accepted and called the office to schedule. They came out 2 days later to do the work/

We had an 8 am apt to do the work and they showed up at 9. They did call and give me a heads up about that.

That night we got home and had no hot water. They came out for free after hours and got it working.

The true test of a contractor is not how it goes when everything goes right, it's how they respond to problems.

We had our main line collapse, which made our basement start flooding.  I called the owner to let him know our situation got worse and he made us a priority as we were having to pump water out of our basement. When the crew arrived, they were able to get the line open to prevent flooding in the basement. They did a great job of fixing the problem and cleaning up all of the dirt. Every guy on the crew was nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and their services. I know we will be happy to call them out again for any other issues we might have.

Update says AB will be contacting me to discuss.  As I assumed from previous poor customer service I received, I did not receive any call.  Again, just goes to show you type of company your dealing with.  I'm not even sure who this Maria is or who she works for.

I am so pleased with Blue Mills Plumbing.  We've used them several times, but this last time, they were truly a lifesaver.  They showed up so fast after we called and explained that we were in deep (literally, ugh!).  Their service people are awesome, and they even cleaned up after they'd resolved the problem.  I have to have service people I can trust to be fair, honest, and to do the job right the first time every time, and Blue Mills plumbing met all of our expectations. I'm keeping them on speed-dial!  P.S. Not sure why it thinks I'm in California... I'm right here in Independence!

On June 16th, I called for service for a slow drain in my bathtub. Someone was able to get out immediately and I was charged $180. To my dismay it is August 28th and I am having the same problem again. I called and was told that there was only a 30-day warranty on the parts and that I would be charged another $274 for an after-hours technician to come back to look at the same tub. I will not be using their services again.

I called Midwest this morning to request service on my furnace.  Temps were in the 30's and the house was in the 50's and dropping.  Left a voice message with my name, furnace problem, make and age, along with my location and phone number.  11 hours later, after no attempt to contact me by Midwest, I'm writing this review.  Nothing chaps my ass like a service company that blows off a customer's call.  Fortunately, this will be the last review I have for this company.
